Associate was very helpful and patient while I tried to make a decision! Even tried to help me find a replacement coil even though i couldnt remember the brand name or other specs.Great selection of juice and descriptions!

I went there today trying to make my regular purchase, when I overheard the guy who works there talking to the customer in front of me about the initial $5 off you’re supposed to get for being a loyalty member. Which made me ask about my reward that was never redeemed. His response was you did and that he’s not trying to hear opinion, his computer is fact. Afterwards continued to raise his voice, and shortly after told me to get out his store. I was also threatened with a call to the police. When his coworker came in he was more polite, but he also put his hands on me. So I being a paying customer, am supposed to go In an establishment and get yelled at, disrespected, and touched without consent. Not how you run a business. Won’t be getting a dime from me again. I also don’t advise anyone else to spend their money with people that would treat a paying customer that way.

The experience was waaay better than Cloud 9... They still carried the brand Coastal clouds which is bogus but I learned to avoid that brand and am happy with the juice I have now!!

Came there for a grinder and picked from their nice selection. Then I asked about kratom for my back pain and the staff explained about different kinds and different uses for it. They were super informative. Nice guys, nice place, good selection

I dont smoke myself, but my boyfriend & I often go here to get pipe tobacco & cigars for him. You really have to know what you want because no one working there has ever been able to answer any of our questions. So, if you know what you want, this place is a good place to get it, but if you have questions, youre on your own.Update: The store manager responded to my review and offered to make it right. I would like to just say that I appreciate the offer, but I dont feel as though there is anything to make right. Everyone has differing areas of specialties in retail and perhaps the people I asked were more familiar with vape products than the pipe tobacco and cigars I was asking about. I certainly do not want to receive a discount or anything similar, when so many businesses are currently struggling. I will say that everyone there is very nice. I appreciate the managers offer, but respectfully decline.

I bought an item from this store that should have lasted years. It didn’t. I came in and talked to the owner. He could have cared less in fact if he was the only one I spoke to I would have been leaving a much different review. I know the guys in here pretty well and they see me on a regular basis, almost weekly. The level of professionalism displayed by the other employee was outstanding. There wasn’t much he could do to help me because the owner didn’t care about my concern but he did. He showed compassion and even gave me a token for his concern out of his own pocket while stating “you are my customer and I want to make sure you are taken care of”. I hope the owner knows what kind of employees he has. I have a business and employees of this caliber are hard to find. I will be returning to this store and not because I willingly give this owner a single dime of mine but because I support this level of customer service and if one of his employees ever needed a job I would hire them without hesitation.

Always great customer service when my boyfriend and I go in. I dont smoke anything but he does. They are very knowledgeable in what they do. Prices are unbeatable!! My boyfriend has not been able to find anywhere lower priced! Its also hard to find the large bottles of vape juice for a good price but you can find a variety here.

I would recommend the other shops in town over this one for really any type of product. Their only good employee left recently and he was the only one there interested in ordering quality products so now its all just low quality goods with prices hiked up to make the 30% profitable for the owner. Even with 30% off the kratom and vape juice come out more expensive than other shops around unless you go with OK brand kratom which is really bad stuff.

Supposed to be open at 10. 10:25 and still not open. This is twice Ive been here now and not open on time.Update: 2 months later. Still cant open on time.Update again: 3 Weeks ago they respond apologizing. Saying they are sorry to hear I am disappointed with my purchase. I wasnt disappointed with my purchase. Im disappointed with their ability to open on time.

Very poor service. Seemed like the two gentleman didnt really know what they were doing at all. Purchased $80 worth of product drove an hour and a half home and realized that the three pack of coils that I paid for only had two in it. Dont see myself going back there at all.

Bought a vape 2 days ago and I dont even think I got to use it more than 5 times and it leaks profusely, I tried to take it back but the employee said I couldnt due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so how can I buy a defective product but not get my money back?

Just bought Bad Drip:Bad Blood vape juice this morning... i usually smoke 3mg nic and i told the owner that, he proceeds to tell me i have 2.5MG nic in Bad Blood knowing that it was 25mg nicotine (5 times as strong) and it is absolutely disgusting. I bought it trusting the man and I cant believe he would tell me 25mg stands for 2.5mg.Ridiculous bad customer serviceDo not come here!!

Poor customer service. Every time I bought something it was either the wrong item / size... or it was broke. None of the people up there seem to care or know what theyre really doing. All they do is mix vap juice together for themselves from the boxes that people seems to buy buying..... they sit on their phones and when you ask a question they look completely dumb founded and walk away.... HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE with vapes.. theyre ripping people off with buying the wrong stuff and messing up their damn vapes.....

This place is awful. Prices are outrageous, they sell electronic equipment that has been used and doesnt work, horrible customer service. Bought a Atmos from them told me if it didnt work bring it back and they would take care of it. We are Great customer of theirs, I spend a lot of money there and the owner kept telling us I will replace the battery four different times telling us the shipment never came in when there are news ones all over the store! Want a great experience and equipment that isnt a knock off and works and customer service you cant count on as they they value there loyal customers, is KULTURE down town Richmond, VA. Please for the sake of the public eye save your money and time and go get the real stuff for cheaper prices other places, NO ONE SHOULD SHOPE HERE! Also every glass piece I have bought from here has broke as it is the poorest quality glass you find at gad station but pay premium prices.
