According to pharmacist at these 3 pharmacies VCC Target, Atlee Rd and Kings Charter their district management keeps them short staffed and overworked. I gave up on this districts CVS after trying these three. The stress and mistakes are passed along to the customers. Do better CVS.
I love this store and pharmacy, it has a great manager and very helpful pharmacist. It is a busy store so go with patience in mind .
Staff is friendly but my prescription is seriously never ready... everytime I come they say it hasnt been filled even if I call it in days in advance
Went to get my medicine and wanted to use my Care Credit to pay for it. Went to the drive thru and they said that they accept Care Credit. So as I’m sitting there for 10 minutes and they come back and said my card won’t accept the charge, so I leave and go home and call Synchrony Bank. Well, I was told that you cannot use CareCredit at CVS. I’m confused as to why the employees at CVS wouldn’t know that instead of trying to run my card over and over. I will be changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
As a pharmacy for prescriptions, this place is terrible. The drive thru is always backed up. If you stand at the counter, its not uncommon to be ignored for several minutes before someone looks up with disgust to acknowledge you. The store itself is clean and organized and staffed by typically friendly people, but if you need an Rx filled, I recommend the CVS in Target a few minutes away. Much faster and their customer service blows this place out of the water.
This CVS store is located at 9498 Charter Gate Drive in Mechanicsville, Virginia and it is a typical CVS.Staff here is nice and helpful, though the place can get busy and there are not a lot of people working there at any given time... so sometimes it takes a few minutes to check out.Products are as usually found in a CVS. Vitamins. Tylenol. Band Aides. Wine.... yes, wine. Prices are more expensive that if you find the same item at the Food Lion next door, but that is not unusual.Their pharmacy handles typical insurance companies, and we have had no issues with service. Nice place, if you need a pharmacy.
Taylor is a beast 💪🏼
$30 for 6 rolls of toilet paper and 6 rolls of paper towels during COVID-19. You should be ashamed.
Idiot in the drive thru window, told me 1 hour, I came back 3+hours later he said they were out of my medicine, sent me to a different store and sent my prescription to a completely different store so now that Im at the new location they also dont have my medicine. Its going to take over 2 hours of extra waiting in lines and driving to get my antibiotics. Dude said well have some tomorrow afternoon if you dont mind waiting lmao
Great place to get your prescriptions filled and grab medicine at reasonable prices.
Lots of huge pot holes in parking area!
Always quiet and clean.
Horrible Pharmacist
