Had a fantastic experience on Saturday 17 July 2021. Went in with my wife to get a bow for her. The staff did a great job getting her set up. It was the first complete bow set up the girl working there did on her own. It was clear that she had been trained very well as the bow was set up great.

Love this place. The staff is great and super helpful. I went into the store as a beginner and they took the time to answer my questions and help me find the right bow. They also showed me how to use the stringer and let me practice firing the bow before buying. I will definitely be coming back here, I couldn’t be happier

Comfortable place to purchase a bow, patient staff willing to answer all kinds of questions and work with a budget where you get the best equipment for your needs and your money. Very non pushy. Very responsive to emails as well if you don’t have time to go in the bow shop/range. Im beyond impressed and will be a loyal customer from this point on because of the level of customer service, atmosphere, and not a bit of pressure to spend more or buy. Customer service is great. I recently recommended my nephew go there to buy a bow for his son for christmas. When he arrived the store was packed yet the crew made sure everyone was taken care of. My nephew got the bow he was after. They made the time to get it set up so he could get it under the tree. His comment to me was it is the best customer service I have seen in a long time

I have been shooting archery for over 50 years and have visited and shopped at many archery stores throughout the United States. Dewclaw Archery is one of the most honest and reputable archery store that I have found. They carry good quality bows and accessories at reasonable prices, and have a very knowledgable staff. If your looking to buy a bow or get training on how to shoot or just coming in to gain some knowledge, Dewclaw is the place. Matt and his team are very friendly and seem to really care about bow hunters and people in general. My personal experience has been an awesome one. Every time i need something fixed it gets done at little or no cost. I dont feel pressured to spend alot of money or get something i dont need. I recommend Dewclaw to anyone interested in getting into archery and if you read this i encourage you.

I was stationed in Monterey, California last year and never even visited this store. The reason I chose Dewclaw Archery, is because 1. A good friend of mine who grew up in that area told me about them and how they have the best customer service and 2. The archery stores in California were all about your money and not about the customer, pretty sad. I purchased a Hoyt recurve bow from Mile at DCA and he set me all up with what I wanted, tuned my bow in, and shipped my bow without any damage. Check this out, they even called me a week later to see if my bow was shooting well... Now that is what I call customer service at its best!!! Im making another Hoyt purchase next week. My husband introduced me to archery through Mike Blaschka the owner of Dewclaw Archery Shop. I love the sport and their store is first rate. Mike gave me my first lesson and I a couple of years ago and I have been shooting archery just about every weekend since then. I purchased all my equipment though Declaw Archery because unlike the internet you have someone to explain and show you things about your equipment and help you with any problems.
