Best automotive shop ever. Luke is an honest and upfront business owner. Todd is the best Mechanic Ive ever met. Todd removed and replaced the engine, transmission, rebuilt the front end suspension on my car. I am very pleased with the work they have done to my car and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. L. A. Automotive is my one stop shop for auto repairs.

I wanted to take time to write a good review here for LA Automotive. I called and got and idea on what It would cost to put a lift on my 1972 Chevrolet, Luke ran over the process and took the time to explain in detail what would be needed and how they would plan to go about It. I took the truck in and was very happy with how quickly they installed the lift. Steve was very knowledgeable an did a great job! I had my friend take his 09 Ford Explorer in to have them change the radiator, the vehicle broke down on the way there. Luke and Steve stayed late after my friend called and explained he would need to have It towed to their shop. I wont go anywhere else, these guys are good at what they do and just wanted to show my appreciation . I wont take my vehicle anywhere else.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for some services at LA Auto. The owner Luke was very knowledgeable concerning my vehicle and got the work done in a timely manner. The technician that worked on my jeep was an ASE master tech and had alot of jeep knowledge, as well as some recommendations to make it better off road.I ended up getting new shocks and a small lift installed as additional work. Great shop !

Totally botched my car.. now i had to take it somewhere else and am going to be $1000 out plus what i paid them. Do not recommend.

Luke, Steven and the L.A. crew have been my Go-TO auto repair for several years now. They are trustworthy, responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. They helped a friend who had out of town family and needed a quick repair to get back on the road - fast, thorough and helpful indeed! The shop is always so well maintained. Located right in downtown Medford, they are easy to get to.

Thank you for the attention to detail during the last service on my vehicle! Brakes are not squeaking anymore...that’s a first for my RAV 4! Luke and his crew are excellent at what they do. They know off road builds and Yotas! Had them do a motor swap then rack and pinion and tie rods on 4runner and complete brakes on my Toyota truck. I trust Luke and his shop and likely one of a few mechanics in the valley that there is ZERO worry or doubt about their service. Thats a good feeling.

Have heard from my friend how great they were and how well she was treated when she was taken advantage of from a local dealership LA Automotive and Luke went out of there way to make sure her car was fixed and did not even charge her to fix it the right way, the way it should have been fixed from the dealership. For sure if we have any car issues I will have them check out the vehicle first. Very glad to hear great stories about mechanics making things right! Kudos to you and your crew

LA Automotive is a top notch shop, before I found LA Automotive I was going to an overpriced shop and not getting the service my car needed now my car gets plenty of TLC When it needs it and runs great. I like Luke because he can Diagnose a problem quickly and accurately and get it repaired properly. I refer everyone to LA Automotive because Luke can work on anything. He Provides outstanding service

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to an old Toyota. $609 dollars and 3 weeks in another shop only to have the problem not fixed $300 and a couple of days and they nailed it. My car runs great.

I have a 1988 Ford Pickup. I Hired L.A. Automotive to give my Truck a Tune Up & Replace some Engine Gaskets. While doing the tune up they found another issue & fixed it on the spot. The Price for the work was Definitely Competitive. Most Importantly, Luke the Owner is a Man of Honor & Integrity. With L.A. Automotive you get what you pay for. This is what a good Auto Repair shop looks like.

Best I can tell, they did great work on my 2011 RAV4. New brakes and rotors/pads. Even test drove it to ensure their work was perfect.Best part was got it done within a couple hours so I could take my own vehicle to work! Thanks, Luke!

My Ford Explorer developed a sensor issue which another shop could not fix, although they charged me $400 for the time they spent trying.I brought it to LA Automotive and they figured out it needed a new alternator and temperature gauge.Problems like this can be very difficult to fix and some persist for years.I am very impressed Luke and Steve were able to figure it out and fix it right, and for less money than the first shop.Five stars all the way.

I read some of these reviews and I was floored. My friend recommended Luke and he was kind courteous and honest. He worked in my sons Toyota Tacoma - there were some things ga that needed to be fixed but some that could wait - like noticed a very small leak in the power steering but instead of giving me some horror story about how I had to get it fixed or.... he simply handed me a bottle of steering fluid and showed me how to check it.Great guy!

Outstanding service! Bends over backwards to help you, I cant reccomend him enough. Fixed items that werent even his responsibility.

This shop is truly a 5 star operation. They do great work. After using subpar mechanics I will only go here and reccomend LA Automotive. They go way above what Id expect from a mechanic. From routine repairs to aftermarket mods these guys are good. Really good. Luke truly cares that his customers are happy with his shops work.
