Its $3.99 for a bagel with cream cheese. Thats outlandish, especially considering that none of the bagel or cream cheese varieties are unique or unusual. I got a bialy with lox and olive pimento cream cheese, which already was high at $7.99, and then was told that there was a $1 upcharge for actual sliced lox (not house-made, and likely presliced), so my sandwich came to almost $10 after tax. I believe that the $7.99 version then is made with lox spread: premade lox and cream cheese blend. It was mediocre at best, but that that price, it should have been top tier. I would not repeat. Better can be had for less at pretty much any bagel shop in Long Island.

I try to cut people some slack these days, I know how hard it is to find good employees, but this place needs a little wake up call. Not only are they the most expensive egg sandwich or bagel in the area, but their counter help needs some serious training. Just now was the third time in the past few months that I called to place an order, the person who answered asked me to hold on a second, put the phone down, and just never came back. Its not like they are on another line, or have to take another call, they simply place the phone down and forget its there for as long as 20 minutes(yes Ive timed them on a previous occasion) while you listen to them go about their day. Does no one think its strange that calls stop coming in for 20 minutes on a busy weekend morning? Or that the phone itself is just sitting on the counter or a prep station? Ill be ordering from somewhere else from now on, even if I have to drive a little further to pick it up.

$27.97 for a dry chicken sandwich, a pastrami hero (smallest hero I’ve ever seen) an Arizona bottle and a can of dr. Pepper….long wait…dirty tables…dirty floor…flies..what a mess!

Monday through Friday they have some specials, buttered bagel and coffee for $2.65, so I will come in for that on my way to work at 6am, and then I like it so much that I will go back there later for lunch sometimes. I am a loyal customer and the people there are very pleasant and the food is always fresh. Its been my breakfast for the past many years and it never disappoints.

This place was awesome. Came here after cashing a check with my fiance and we ordered our usual breakfast sandwiches. A BLT and BEC .. the food was done quickly and was so delicious. Plus, the BLT came with a side salad. Glad to know there are still bagel shops open that can make a decent sandwhich. Also, the staff was very friendly. Happy we came here.I wanted to post a photo of my BLT but it was so good I couldnt put it down for 2 seconds. 😂 And I am not ashamed lol

I came in after working a night shift then taking a delayed flight - rough. They treated me politely, helped me order something yummy (although it looked like everything was yummy) and the price was very reasonable. I ordered the classic ham and swiss bagel with a coffee, rice pudding and a buttered egg bagel on the side (I wanted a snack for later). Everything was great!

Worst place ever!! The people who take your order take cash with their gloves on and then they get the bagels with the same dirty gloves. When I saw this happening I asked them to change gloves and grab me a new bagel, they got nasty and refused. Said that as per the owner’s rules they are not supposed to change gloves after they handle money. When the owner arrived I asked him if that was true. He confirmed that he does not want them to change gloves even after they handle money.ultimately, they did comply and did as I had requested. Unbelievable what poor service they have. I am surprised they have not had inspectors shut them down by now for their dirty practice of handling food. So disgusting If they are like that out in public I wonder how they are like at home. They have really good food. They say they deliver but they never are able to because they either dont have enough people or they close to early. They wont even deliver if youre right across the street. They make a big issue out of it. Youre better off going inside if youre hungry

Good bagels and I worked in a place in Brooklyn for 5 years

Today I decided to treat myself to a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel (haven’t had one in years) and I went to Medford Bagel Lovers because it was on my way to where I was going. After I ordered from this guy, while he was making the eggs, I noticed he wasn’t toasting the bagel. So politely, I asked if he could also toast the bagel (no one else was in the store besides me). He turned around and said “The eggs are already done. You can’t just assume I’m going to toast your bagel, what do you think the world revolves around you?” and proceeded to rant, annoyed at me. Very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. The sandwich was not great either. I won’t be going back.

Horrible place, the owner makes food with the same gloves he takes your money with. He doesnt change his gloves or any of the works their. And they argue with you if you say anything about it.. they didnt even toast bagels for the longest time and give an attitude when you ask to get it toasted but now they charge people 35 cents to toast anything... price change all the time there.. i could go on and on but ill leave it here....
