Hot topic is a great store. My favorite honestly. Its a great place for alt fashion clothes. Right now at the time of this review there are a lot of kawaii accesories and tees.Customer service is great also.

They have so many wonderful things there and the prices are reasonable. Customer service was great too 👍

Awesome staff that love what they do and are friendly while professional. Always a positive environment. A large percentage of my wardrobe is Hot Topic and I get frequent complements on said pieces.

Staff was great. Inventory a little less than a month ago. Lots of fun new buttons and jewelry.

I love going to hot topic. They always have so many graphic tees, jewelry, and merch from different fandoms to choose from. I could spend hundreds in there.

Hot topic has all the hip teenage trends from anime to goth. All my kids found something they really like having at this store.

This store has everything. Who doesnt like to hang out in the mall and search through the endless Treasures like the ones at Hot Topic? Whether its movie memorabilia or just a great piece of unique jewelry Hot Topic has it!

My 12 year old granddaughters first time shopping there and found some unique styles.

Hot Topic is the Shiz, anyone who has been there knows that, anyone who hasnt yet will. I would have taken pictures but Im sure there are plenty already.

This this hot topics mainly had shirts so if you like Hot topic shirts a must see but if you like Hot topics in general its not a normal Hot topic

Customer service was a little lacking due to the pandemic. Good selection of merchandise though.

This is usually one of my favorite stores to shop at, but a 25 minute wait to get into the store?? No thanks.The lady “policing” the door said “so there’s a couple people a head of you, we’re going to call them they get first dibs.”W H A T?! I understand covid guidelines but holy cow, this is a clothing store not a freaking restaurant. Get a grip.

Its a bit cramped in there, hard to walk past people in the aisles. Otherwise the employees are always very kind and helpful :)

Love this place. I walk through and buy the occasional item that catches my eye. Its my go to place of Im looking for something geeky like Harry Potter and now Critical Role! I dont mind the choice of music, its sort of to be expected, I just wish it werent quite so loud. I want to be able to hear people around me...

Hot topic, still what you expect. Clothing collectables & jewelry for the outcast. A little too much mainstream cheap stuff but I supposed thats what their brand title suggests. It has become less grunge as a franchise but respectable business nonetheless. Employees kinda sus tho low key. Mad disrespectful to my mentally disabled sister. Not the companies fault but something to be aware of.

I went in and got a Naruto fanny pack and now I can match my favorite Mario character sonic from silent hill

I dont live in California no more, but Hot topic has Disney products so I got my Disney fix 😂 loved it.

If I could 0 stars I would. Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago. Still have not showed and the shipping partners have no idea whats going on. Never will I order or shop they hot topic again.

Ive been going to Hot Topic since I was a kid, about 16 years, and I still love it. Tons of options. I only wish they had more in their plus sizes in store. Theres tons online, but its nice to be able to try stuff on.

Used to be better its a really cool store seems like they dont really carry alot of jackets and other stuff bigger hot topics would carry but still awesome employees and great customers service

I was there today around 3:30pm, This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Its VERY RARE that one of the employees will greet me upon entering. As a customer, there is no reason why I should have to hunt down the employee for service. Work on your customer service skills.

Dirty place. To many people in a small area. It was a social gathering. Not a shopping place. Couldnt look at nothing or get threw to even look. Bad smell in there too.

Kind of pricey for novelty goods and quite crowded. There are good items and great customer service, but I kept finding ways bump into people around every corner and narrow passage way.

Veronica is the sweetest sales associate ever!! She makes it her priority to remember the regulars like me. She always makes shopping there a great experience.

If you love dark or really colorful clothing and spiked chokers this is the place for you. Theres a decent selection of shirts with your favorite band or movie which is cool.

This place felt like the Hot Topic of my preteen years. I was hit with all sorts of grungy nostalgia. Got some stellar shirts that I tried to take a photo of but got hit with a tall person problem: too short of a mirror.

The store is really tight and hard to maneuver around but staff seemed nice and merchandise was plentiful.

Kids and my wife love the fun t shirts they finds here, mostly Dr Who! Always a fun store to browse

Havent been in this place since high school however they didnt let me down, they had the Harry Potter t-shirt I needed for taking my five-year-old to the Harry Potter birthday celebration in Ashland.The girl working the front counter was super friendly and answered all of my sons questions. They even both talked about their love of Invader Zim. It was sweet.

An amazing experience!! I absolutely love the stores merch (BNHA...) And the people helped me and my family find things we loved at a low price! I will continue to return to hot topic for years Im sure!
