I came in because I needed cash for a move. The owner gave me a very fair price for my item. He also sells some very interesting historical items. I would highly recommend this pawn shop.

I honestly dont think 5 is enough stars to rate the quality of care, service, and inventory supplied to those who enter All Star Pawn. Todd and Erin are TRULY two of the most generous, kind, caring, empathetic people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. If time permitted I would complete this review by writing something akin to a novel. Alas, time is short and my review ends here. My dad works here and honestly, theyve been really nice to me. Ive only ever sold a few things to them, but theyve been honest and awesome people. Sucks to see that someone had ond bad experience and got so ass hurt that they felt the need to write a novel about it here. But just know that its a cool environment and theyll straight up be honest about the prices and whats worth it or not.

Absolutely no respect for customers..... The bigger gentlemen who asked if I needed help was great but, then a younger ladie maybe girlfriend or wife stepped in and completely disrespected me. Ignored me as I told them to have a great night, said it 3 times....

Ive lived nearby for several years, naturally Ive stopped in from time to time & perused their inventory. Ive purchased a few things...a little on the pricey side, but the merchandise is quality, the staff knowledgeable & helpful. What more do you want?

They will downright insult your intelligence. They know nothing about precious metals. And the slob thats in charge smells of BO and corn chips. Ill die a happy man if I never step foot in that dump again.

Bait and switch. Told one value for an item on the phone then when in person they tried to give me a cut rate price. Didnt work on me. Im not as desperate to sell as most of their customers must be. Dont let them rob you. Better yet dont even go down there in the first place. Trust me your not missing anything.

Called for an estimate on a loan for firearms and was told it was against store policy to do quotes over the phone. This kind of surreptitiousness should serve as a warning to anyone interested in doing business with these people.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had I took in a $700 asus republic of gamers laptop asking only $200 on loan assuming I had a good record unfortunately it seems I had forgotten several things or didnt have the money to get em back mind you they only offer 20% for most items so they got a hefty profit off my mistake but still they refused after learning this I was surprised confused and may have come off rude this guy was rude from the start regardless I apologized and stated I understood while leaving I stated its a $1000 dollar laptop he turned around says what the f### did you say in an extremely threatening way so much I felt he was about to physically attack me I turned around and told him exactly what I said asked what f### his problem was with no answer and called him an a##h### on my way out this is unacceptable and highly unprofessional this guy should not be dealing with ppl dude you seriously need to develop some social skills or find a job where your not dealing with the public I hope this helps someone avoid these crooks

NO STAR PAWN is more like it....If you are looking for value for your money, DO NOT SHOP HERE. These guys are jacking people with inflated like new prices on used, damaged and incomplete items and they are liars. They will promise you anything to make a sale and then change their policy when you try and exchange it on their store credit program. Their stuff is junk, their customer care is junk, and they are complete ripoffs. Even if you spend over $700 in one day they will treat you like rubbish and refuse you entrance to the store when you ask them to be good on their word and allow for store credit on the broken rubbish the sold you. They actually sold us a $140 dirty lawnmower that had a broken wheel zip tied onto it, which we discovered when we tried to use it. They obviously dont care about the quality of their items or customer satisfaction. You will have better luck on Craigslist. I would bet money that the other review here on Google by Skip Ridge is written by one of the large and in charge chumps who work at ALL STAR.
