Heard so much about Crumbl Cookies that I had to come here while in town. The place is brightly lit, nicely decorated, and they sure are busy with all the takeout orders.The girls were busy fulfilling orders and having a good time collaborating with each other, but the order process still went smoothly and efficiently. To our taste, the cookies were decadent, a little too sweet, but the flavoring were excellent and the cookies looked just as advertised.Individual cookies are sold at $4 each, so get a 4-pack or more to see some economies of scale.

Came by to get some cookies for the roadtrip to Klamath Falls and couldn’t decide on which ones to get so for one of each and they were all delicious. But the chocolate mint one was the best followed by the pumpkin and finally the double death by chocolate super yummy.

Bought a party box for a birthday party and they were great! The app made it super easy with delivery or curbside pick-up.

These cookies are SO wonderful!!! I especially love the iced sugar cookie with pink almond frosting, but the weekly selections are all so creative and unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Such a fun treat 😋

This is 10 Stars, order early if you can. They have their variety box with the cookies that change. But, always have their sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie. I just found out they also have mini cookies to order and ice cream too!!! The hard part if deciding if you want them all. You can order ahead on their app then pull into the reserved parking spot and out they come with fresh warm cookies that with make your mouth so happy 😊You will never be disappointed, I promise you. They were sold out of the pink velvet cookie, we asked about and the very polite gal went to check and brought us one straight from the back. Someone brought these to work and they were wonderful. They are giant! I’d love to go there to see all of the flavors and varieties available. The raspberry cheesecake was on point. I was also told the Nutella was to die for. Looking forward to exploring other options with an in person visit.

Today’s the first time trying Crumbl. I’ve heard so much things about their cookies but haven’t gone since it always seemed so busy. Today I decided to check out their weekly menu and everything just sounded amazing. I did curbside pickup and although they were busy as usual, it was definitely worth the wait. Staff were super friendly and cookies are amazing.

Ordered last week and the pumpkin cookie was still raw. It fell apart when I picked it up and ended up looking like this. It was literally batter!

They have huge cookies, the cookies are good, limited contact with employees but they seemed nice?But the way the store works is weird. You have to order from a tablet and we did not see a way to pay with cash.We werent really sure how we felt about that.

Ordered online and they brought it me curbside. It was hot and fresh. These cookies were the best I have tasted in a long time. The outside was crispy and the inside gooey and chewy! Perfect combination of flavor in your mouth! Dropped a box off to my husband at work and he and his coworkers enjoyed every last bite while raving about them.

My family and I love Crumbl cookie. We enjoy their rotating menu so we are always able to try something new. The curbside pick up is perfect, I order ahead and pull up outside the shop and they bring it right out. Never a wrong order or missing anything. Always perfect!

We door dashed these whileIn Medford Oregon and that is the first time we had tried them and they are the best cookies we have ever had. Even brought some home for the fam and they were still delicious when we got home. What was left of them that is.. that we didn’t eat. 😁 Just found out they ship certain ones so placed and order, they are arriving Saturday. So delicious.

The cookies are absolutely amazing! I love the variety of flavors each week. Everything from Reese’s pieces peanut butter cookie to lemon poppyseed. My only complaint is our local store does run out of flavors early on in the week which is a major bummer. I really wanted to try the banana cream pie cookie but it was sold out by Thursday. In fact, three out of the six flavors were sold out at our store. But I will still continue to support them because I love their cookies.

Ordered 2 box of 12 cookies each $75 plus delivery and tips. The amazing delivery guy called me asking me to change the order because some of the cookies are sold out. After that they made the poor delivery guys wait for almost 45 minutes. It’s this is so disrespectful with clients but especially with the driver.

My daughter in Portland ordered our cookies onlineas a surprise. She was notified as the cookies arrived at our door - very fast and such a nice surprise. The variety was great and introduced us to several yummy choices. Great gift idea!!!

Tried to place an order on Doordash and nothing on the menu was available. So we went to the crumbl website. Placed the order and saw no progress for an hour. When I called the store they said they were not delivering due to being short staffed. My issue is why not turn off online ordering? Why not call customers and tell them that instead of wasting their time and waiting for them to call? I understand everywhere is short handed but the way it was handled is ridiculous! And then to be told it takes 5-7 days for a refund? Also there is no way to email corporate directly. Imagine that..

They are probably the only place I’d ever spend $15 on cookies. So good. 🤤🤤🤤

I love these cookies, the flavors are delicious. However my order today came with a hair baked into it. I tossed that cookie away but it’s a little disappointing. I used to work here and I know how strict the rules were when it came to hair and cleanliness, however I do acknowledge that accidents happen. I just wish the cookies would have been inspected before being sent out.

I tried to place an order on the crumbl app. But it kept crashing so I HAD to order on door dash. I ordered 8 cookies for my coworkers in the ER. I received 4. I called Crumbl and they admitted it was their mistake but said since I ordered on door dash I had to go through them. I tried to re order but it wouldnt let me. I called back and she again admitted it was Crumbls mistake but there wasnt anything they could do. Cookies are generally good but youd think they would try and make up for that mistake somehow. But nothing. Crumbl app didnt work and Crumbl didnt make the correct order. Door dash did their job. But I suppose they should have noticed the order was wrong too. Oh well:(

I really hate leaving poor reviews, especially for a place I love so much and would normally give 5 stars to. But I feel like it’s important enough that the company is aware so that they can work to amend it.Ever since computers were added to the ordering process, the whole atmosphere of Crumbl has changed (at least in this particular store). People used to welcome you in, and it felt like they were genuinely happy to see you come in, but now when entering I don’t even receive an acknowledgment of my existence. It honestly feels like I just walked in on a funeral taking place, and everyone was asked to take a moment of silence. It feels a little depressing.I’m not against the computer ordering system by any means, I actually really like it, and it helps streamline things a lot! But I feel like there should still be the element of welcoming environment still. Maybe employees could actually acknowledge when people enter, and say hello. It’s really not much, but I think it would really improve Crumbl as a whole.I absolutely give Crumbl cookies 5 stars in the cookie department. But the customer experience is easily a 1 star at this very moment.

We had cookies delivered to our hotel in Medford on New Years Eve and they were AMAZING to munch on while watching some local fireworks and just as good warmed up in the morning ! Can’t wait to have more!

These are absolutely my favorite cookies ever, even beyond anything Ive had before moving to Medford from the Portland area. (Weve got to give Medford some love, since Portland gets all the hype about being the foodie scene.) I saw some reviewers complaining about the prices, but these cookies are wide, thick, and dense! A serving is actually only half a cookie, and thats about all I can handle before getting an intense sugar headache. My employer buys them for us here and there, and eating a whole cookie will send me into a coma for the rest of the day. They have mainstay flavors like chocolate chip and sugar cookie, as well as seasonal choices. There is almond extract in the recipe, which is what makes these so amazingly good in my opinion. My favorite way to eat them is slightly warmed up and with a fork.My only reason for not giving this place five stars is that I believe that great customer service begins at the top and trickles down. The company I work for embodies this ethos, as well as companies like Dutch Bros. Yeah, DB coffee is good, but I mainly go there because theyre so nice and friendly. You would think that walking into Crumbl would be like this, but instead the employees just seem like theyre at half mast. I took my friend from out of town there one night and she thought the guy helping me was very nonplussed and rude. I was too busy attending to my friends needs to notice, but regardless, she did. I know were all humans and cant be on 24/7 365, but if theres bad management who is bringing employees down and not encouraging positive and upbeat energy, perhaps the owners take a look at management and employee training.

Crumbl is the greatest treat-shop to land in Southern Oregon. Great for last minute gifts, or treats to take to a party. Their weekly menu always has something for everyone!

This has become a fun treat for my family during the pandemic. It’s been nice to use the curbside option. Everyone that we’ve been in contact with, has been very kind & mindful.

So weird. I got 2 chocolate chip cookies and they had zero flavor. Also, Id like a variety of flavors such as: Mint chocolate chip, oatmeal butterscotch, snickerdoodle, maybe a peanut butter chocolate chip? The flavors when I went in were lemon poppyseed, peaches n cream,.chocolate cupcake, double chocolate and a sugar cookie with frosting. Anyway, the chocolate chip cookie literally tasted like nothing. No vanilla flavor, no saltiness, no brown sugar flavor just nothing. The chocolate wasnt even flavorful.
