This savers is excellent. It is well organized and the staff is friendly. The prices are good and now they have a self checkout option.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices have gone up to retail on many items and loyalty rewards program keep changing. Its actually hard to find a deal on something you actually want. Its been like this for a while and it doesnt seem like it will change. $50 for a stereo receiver that was donated is ridiculous I dont care what ebay says. Actually a for profit donation center when you look at it. Nice people though.

I used to love it here but they no longer have dressing rooms. The girl manager is rude.

Had some luck finding some all black work clothes and shoes im gonna be a server and really needed this its affordable and comfortable.

As thrift stores go, I really enjoyed this place! Certain things I wont buy used like that but for toys, clothes, and household items it was awesome!!

People give them stuff for free .. then you find the price is high .. so how much profit they’re making??? Where the money go???

The bag section was lacking by they had an awesome selection on shoes today. Very pleased.

This place is cool. Once the world settles down a bit. Ill visit again. I enjoy browsing their buys and do find something worth picking up each time Ive been there be it a book, or clothes, or picture frame.

It was fine, but after I used their hand sanitizing spray as I left the place, I got 5 feet before I realized my hands now smelled strongly of old angry urine. I cannot emphasize enough how horrid and permeating the smell was. It took a quarter of a febreeze can to get rid of the smell. Great prices.

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely adore going to Savers, & I am a regular, who constantly shops there, but I do have to say that I indeed have a complaint.Starting off, with the pandemic I was one of thousands upon thousands of people who’ve lost their jobs & cannot go back to working yet. Summer is now here & I do not have much clothes for the new season. I decided to go to one of their stores so I can get some cheap clothes for the summer. I would also rather buy second-hand at these thrift stores to be more green & to reduce the waste in landfills as well as pollution. Almost every single item I picked up today & all the other times I go, was priced so extremely high, & some of these items were outdated & quite ugly. I just couldn’t understand why these clothes were not modern & yet so extremely expensive. I have a certain style & I have an eye for certain clothing pieces that I can alter & fit them to what I like. I realize there are some named-brands in which the company decides to price high: understandable. But in this particular type of business, you have to understand that this is not a regular retail store. These articles of clothing have been excessively worn & preowned by strangers who voluntarily donate their clothing to these stores for FREE. Savers does not have to spend an obsessive amount of money buying certain items from other retailers in order to gather their merchandise. Random people simply drop off their unused items and give them to this store to sell. It’s ridiculous that I am paying an obscene amount of money for clothing that’s been worn already & who knows where the articles of clothing originated from! (Of course I wash them before wearing.) If I wanted to spend as much money as I do for these items, I could simply go to the shopping mall & buy brand new clothes for as much as I would spend in Savers: a thrift store. Especially because I am unemployed, it’s a disgrace for these prices to be so high for people to buy who have recently lost their jobs like myself who simply do not have enough money to spend in regular shopping malls.

Its a giant thrift store. Plenty of stuff to peruse. All the stuff you would want at a thrift store including, kitchen ware, clothing, books, toys and board games, and knick knacks.

I called the store to locate an electric fan and i spoke with employee Tom. He said he would check as I was literally 5 minutes away. He told me yes he did have a fan. I got there and he was very helpful with the fan i needed and a bag to carry it. The fan was bigger than I could carry so he gave me a bag. Thank you Tom!! Youre the best! He gets 5 stars. 😁

Good place for bargain hunters! You never know what youre going to find here. Nicely organized, compared to other Thrift stores. They are pretty accurate with their labeling so you dont have to guess. Theres mostly used clothes but also some new clothes, if you look closely. Staff is also very friendly.

I was surprised on the amount of handbags and shoes this store has.It really is paradise...lolOverall the store is very neat and clean..Staff is super Friendly ... I highly recommend a drive out to Medford once a week just to see what they have.

Lots of items in the store. Unfortunately not much to choose from that was above a 40 waist for men. Also not many 3xl shirts. So I didnt find anything today. We have found things here in the past though.

Savers is my favorite store. You find a great variety of very good quality clothing here for a fraction of the origional cost. They give you bonuses and coupons for donating your clothes that dont fit anymore. You find yourself going back again and again to find new treasures each time. Their housewares section lets you find invaluable goods you wouldnt find anywhere else. The staff at Savers is friendly and helpful. They do a great job keeping your store neet and clean.

Very expensive! 2nd hand stores can be very expensive in NY and this place is no exception. You could easily get something brand new for a lot less money if you do your homework and shop clearance.

Love shopping here for just about everything. If you need a suit jacket for a one time event, a few extra sweaters or shorts to get through the weather or some baking pans, youre guarenteed to find something that will fit your needs.

Whomever rates this store above one star needs to reevaluate. Some employees are very rude especially the management team and one cashier in particular. Prices are entirely too high without justification. I frequently shop this store but never again. I called corporate and have yet to resolve issues.

Nice thrift shop on a larger scale compared to most. Mixed review if youll read why...I give 4**** stars for the overall quality of the merchandise and large inventory selection, although they dont carry enough electronic goods. Purchased a Krups coffee maker which has been working great since I bought it last week. Other items Ive had good success with. Thats the reasoning of my 4 stars for the most part.Now comes the 1*STAR- STOP PUTTING THE PACKING TAPE WITH ALL THAT ADHESIVE ON ITEMS THAT IT WONT COME OFF AND OR DAMAGE IT. The Krups carafe had the tape on it to hold it to the machine. I tried Goof Off, acetone, WD-40, and finally had to use paint thinner to remove it off the glass!! Very frustrating. There have been other items where the employees have placed the price tag directly on an item which have damaged items that either Ive bought or passed up on. Just wished theyd think before doing something stupid. I once bypassed a leather coat where they actually pierced the leather with a plastic tie that held the price tag onto it!

I love this place. The prices are a steal, its nice and clean, the staff are friendly, and my mom likes to get her books there for $2.99 compared to $30 retail. Anywho, I got my brand new dell pc mouse today and it was good as new with all the wrapping, and wrappers it had. It also has 6 buttons and not to mention it was only 99 cents
