Yum yum yum! My daughters fav is the salted caramel. There maple bars are the bomb and they have this raisin square that is pretty good also. Get there early because its a pretty popular place. Donut on my friends you guys rock.

By far the best donut shop in the region!! The drive through entrance is a little quirky but every donut Ive tried was worth every penny. All donuts are reasonably priced and absolutely pillowy delicious!!

Horrible customer service.First of all my children and I waited in line for 40 mins lined up down the street to get their donuts. Then when its finally our turn I accidentally missed their speaker box because it was raining and I didnt hear anybody saying anything so I drove up to the first window and they just turned me and two other cars away because we accidentally missed their speaker box! I was wondering why the white truck in front of us sped off so fast. I explained to them that I didnt hear anybody at the speaker box and they said they could not take my order and that I had to leave. The owner was in the back saying she needs to go we have cars waiting! They refused to take my order! Whats strange is that they said they could sell me 2 donuts but not a full box! What??? I told them I dont want just a couple, I have kids and a sick husband at home and I just drove from Phoenix for these donuts! But they refused. Apparently based on the reviews this happens A LOT. I am shocked at the lack of customer service here.

Great donuts. Super fresh and not to sugary glaze. Family run for a long time. Friendly staff! They also have a drive thru which served them well during the lockdown. I was going to go there one Saturday morning and there was a line of cars way down the street so had to forgo that time. Went there a week ago and you could go inside. Yea! Great donut place!

We go every Saturday. Best donuts in the valley =) the whole family loves them. I grew up eating them myself. Its turned into a family tradition.Staff are very prompt and always friendly and smiling.

Waited in line, no one was at the speaker so figured we had to order at the window. The lady took our order and the said they were out of a lot of our donuts (which was fine) then they told us to pull around and go back through the line because they said they didnt know what they had in stock. This has been our favorite donut shop but super bad service and we will be going elsewhere. They clearly just didnt want to take the time to check what they had and complete our order.

This was the most rude and infuriating experience Ive ever had at a business. We waited around the block for twenty minutes and it was raining so we couldnt hear them from the speaker. When we got to the window she told us we had to order at the speaker and refused to take our order at the window. We nicely told her that we had just waited for twenty minutes and she literally called is liars. She yelled and revised to serve us. I never write negative reviews but this was just so bizarre and hostile coming from a donut shop of all places. Ill never come here again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else spend their money at a business that berates their costumers. Yikes on bikes.

Best doughnuts in town and they have a drive through! I wish the drive thru was better designed but thats not their fault. Also if you are in the drive thru please pull as far forward as you can. We have people waiting out in the street and you have 12 feet to the car in front of you! 😁

Hands down the best donut shop in town. Ive been getting donuts from Donut County since when I was in the 4th grade at Roosevelt Elementary school 93?You can count on fresh donuts, friendly staff and a clean store. Supporting local feels good as well.Easy 5 stars!

Just spent 20 minutes in line just to get to the speaker box then we sat at the speaker box to order for over 5 minutes, no one responded so pulled up to the window at the window we were told we had to go back to the end of the line and order. This was absolutely ridiculous. Take some responsibility for your poor customer service and take care of the customer you have wronged. Needless to say we did not go back to the end of the line nor did we get our donuts. Extremely disappointed.

Although probably the best donuts in town it’s really irritating and he won’t open the dinning room so you can pick the ones you want.

We went through to get donuts for mothers day and they are currently doing drive through ordering, but when we got to the window they told us that since we didnt order at the speaker we would have to go back to the beginning of the line. This was incredibly frustrating as this was our first time going here and we did not see a speaker to order, and we had already waited 20 minutes in the drive through. I dont see why they couldnt have taken our order at the window.

Donuts are good. The line was long. 1 of the staff was rude. After waiting to give my order for a few minutes at the speaker I moved up to the pay window and gave it there. The guy handing me my order says, We have a speaker to order at. You should use that next time.

I have been going here since I was a child. Their donuts are consistently good and their staff is always friendly. First time I have been here since COVID. All the staff as properly masked, which made me feel good. I was putting my change away as I rolled up to the second window and apologized to the staff member, he was so warm and friendly it made my morning. :)

I cant even explain how much this place means to me, I remember on the first day of kindergarten, I went here for breakfast and have been coming here for donuts for a long time, now Im going to middle school right next to it! I absolutely LOVE this place, everybodys so nice and the donuts are 1 million out of 10. this place honestly raised me and inspired me to be a baker! This will be my first job in a few years!

My family and I had a small family birthday party. We didnt want your traditional cake so donut country was unique and a favorite donut shop among us. Why is it that my sister went to pick up the donuts and for 1 the cost was $30 and for 2 when we got home, we didnt get hardly anything that we ordered. I am livid. Not only for the fact that the donuts were as costly as a cake but you would not call what we purchased an assortment. This is a childrens party. My kids dont eat huge cinnamon rolls and maple bars with bacon. I had her ask them for only 2 with bacon and the others plain. But no. We got 4 maple bars with bacon and only 2 plain ones. Its as if they gave us an assortment of the donuts that would be left over by the end of the business day.Their donuts are highly priced for such a poor assortment and poor quality. I dont think I will be re-ordering anything from Donut Country. I will try their competitor, Pucks.

The doughnuts were delicious as usual. The wait in drive threw was a little long but with covid it was worth it still. Price was reasonable. My only regret was that by 11am they started running out of my favorite choices.

Who doesn’t love a great old-fashioned donut place. When you walk in you realize that this is something special. First they have your normal favorites but then they have some exceptionally yummy and usual donuts. In the modern age you can go to all kinds of different donut places but this is one not to miss good quality and delicious. They have one I think it’s called the butterfly and has blueberries in it something not to forget to get in your bag. So if you’re in the area and you want to great Donut this is your spot.

Edit of my harsh review. They set up a menu outside an the donuts are good. I am impressed how they have turned it around within 2 months give or take few weeks, of my initial review.

Any grocery store has better donuts. We got our 4 favorite kinds, and all were a bit stale and flavorless. Maybe it was just an off day, but we cannot understand how they have such great reviews.

This has been my go to for as ling as I can remember. The customer service has always been friendly and there has never been an issue. Until now. This last Friday, September 18th, 2020 at around 11:00 am, I went to get a dozen donuts. The girl helping me was so nice. I paid for my donuts and after I arrived at my destination to distribute these donuts I was shocked. All of the cake donuts were placed in the box sideways, so that when I took them out they were smashed and looked awful. I took a picture and messaged it to Donut Country’s FB page to quietly express my dissatisfaction with my purchase. The message was read right away and nothing. No apology, no attempt at rectifying this mishap. Nothing. And that is why I am writing this review. I will no longer give my business to a place that apparently does not care for their customers. I will drive out of my way to buy my donuts from another.

Was my favorite donut shop but the morning workers are very disrespectful!!!!! I had a simple order of 5 donuts and they forgot two I didn’t noticed until I got home and I called and the guy who answered was very rude so I had to drive down because he just hung up in my face!!! And they all laughed in my face because I wanted to refund! I felt just uncomfortable and just got my two donuts because they couldn’t do anything else and now I truly don’t even want them just a waste of my time, gas and money thanks donut country will never eat here again!

I am a rough customer for donut shops, but grandkids need to be pampered occasionally. When they do, Donut Country is their choice (after a LOT of comparison) and for good reason. They have excellent, consistent quality, a very good variety, and good prices!

Donut County is a Medford institution. They make great donuts and have for many years. Always fresh and always the taste you expect...no off days. Love these guys!

These are the best, and freshest donuts in the Medford area. I have been coming here for years, and I freely admit that there are other good donut shops in town, but these are still the best.The store itself is pretty much a no frills location that hasnt been changed or updated in decades. However, it always feels cozy and inviting. There is a drive through that is always busy, but I can never decide what I want without looking at all the choices.Donut Country carries all of the varieties you would expect from a typical donut shop. I would note however, that I have never seen the big pile of donut holes that most other places have. They might have them, and maybe I have just missed them.

I live in Boise for the last 3 yrs and every time I visit Medford my family insist on me bringing back a dozen. Now we have friends requesting donuts. My oldest son loves their buttermilk donuts while I love the cinnamon rolls covers I choc icing. They also make extremely leg donuts. I have gotten one for my birthday as a cake (with donut hole) and it feed 5 people!

My garage is in the alley behind this place and have to use that alley to leave my hose. I almost get his by its patrons at least 3x a week because they turn into the alley (which is a road) without even looking. Not to mention that the place has an actual exit around the other side.So please, if you decide to go to this glutinous, greasy hole actually pay attention to what your doing. Be courteous to the places neighbors and use common sense, i.e., use the EXIT.

Best donuts around!! Always busy so get there early for best selection. Made fresh daily so once they are sold put thats all for that day. Prices are great. Once you go you wont go anywhere else.

I come to Oregon from California about every 3 months to help my Uncle and look forward to going there soon as I get here Theres no one in CA. that makes the salted caramel doughnut I have called most of the shops in. a 50 mile radius in CA.a n d nobody knows what Im talking about So if you see a 80 year old man in there with a doberman service dog say Hi and he would be happy to tell you all about the how good the doughnuts are!!!

Drive thur only and the line was down the street. The pumpkin coffee had no flavor and the apple fiddler has no apples only cinnamon that gave me the worst heart burn.

Im really picky when it comes to sweets, especially donuts, I dont like sweet things normally. However, Donut Country has the best of the best donuts. Very fresh! Very well made! Great attention to detail. Not tv notable decorations, but who needs that? The price, people and product are great.
