Grover has been the go to place for many years. My family has been shopping at Grover even before it was Grover...when it was called Beaver Electric and Plumbing. They are so knowledgeable of the products they carry. They even will help you to understand how to do the job yourself. They have always saved me money. I highly recommend Grover to everyone.

Got some things I needed but other things were not in stock. They were also bit slow at helping customers. I only saw 1 person manning the help desk. Wasnt even lunch time yet, so have no idea where they were. Ill still go back, its a go to place if I need plumbing or electrical. Just wish the help was faster!

Staff was in a rush, they did not have the parts the employee helping me was unable to answer questions.I went to a local hardware on hiway 62 got the parts I needed and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Lady in lighting fixed me up with everything I needed for my project. I like that the grover team can answer my questions.

Walking into this place for parts can seem very confusing if you dont know exactly what your looking for but I guess this is why Grovers in Medford has had the same knowledgeable employees for as long as I have been going there ( 10 years plus). Just grab a ticket and ask the staff your questions and listen to them because they know what they are talking about. Not to mention that the prices are great and they have a larger selection than most larger competitors.

These guys know whats up. Very knowledgeable and no cheep merchandise. Your not gonna get $7 faucet handles (more like $15 for a pair) but theyll last.

Grovers is the best place to buy plumbing and electrical supplies in southern Oregon. They are the most helpful people. They tell you what really is needed and how to go about making everything works. They will talk you through your plan. The only bad thing is they are busy so it can be hard to talk to an expert but hey they are good so they will be busy.

Bob was super amazing with helping with my plumbing needs. He walked the store grabbing everything i needed. Explained how to install it also. He put everything in a bag and printed me out a price sheet to take to the register. These guys really know how to provide great customer service.

I walked into Grover with a damaged washer for my freeze proof faucet and the salesman recognized the brand and found the replacement! The entire time in the store was less than 10 minutes. I spent more time than that just to find a person at Home Depot and then they had no idea about finding a replacement.Its great working with smart people. Good job Grover.

Most of the employees seem to know what they are talking about but some of them are a little rude. I filled out the form for them to design a sprinkler system for our yard and they quoted almost $1500 for the whole system, we do have a large yard with a lot of corners that requires more sprinklers but that price seemed pretty high to me. I went home and designed my own system with the same amount of sprinklers and bought my material from another local business and got it all done for less than $700. It was definitely worth shopping around

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I absolutely wood Ive shopped here quite a few times last time I was in Customer Service was absolutely horrible completely ignored when asking sales rap questions by two employees I have a business here in Medford Oregon and Ive never been treated so poorly at a place where I do business. Go to Lowes much better service.

This is a great place for home improvement projects when you need guidance to ensure success. Took a number at the service counter for personal service & was helped within a few minutes. A much better experience than a big box stores; if only all of the gas line fittings & adapters I was sent home with worked for the clothes dryer I was trying to hook up it could have been a perfect 5-star rating.

Grovers helped me convert a 2 well sink plumbing to a single line. They had all the supplies I needed. $40 and Im done!!!! Forget hiring a plumber and it was 1/3 the cost!!! Score !!!!!!

So I usually go to Lowes for all my home issues but my water heater sprung a leak and I need some help and advice. Anyone ever get good advice from Lowes I know I have not and luckily my brother in law told me about Grovers. I walked in and within seconds I had some one asking what they could do to help, I showed some pictures and in less then a minute they had exactly what I needed and told me what to do. Went home followed instructions and wahala fixed for $20.00 Im guessing if I called a plumber it would have been $200 easy. Most likely they would pressure me to buy a new water heater costing a boatload more. Anyhow Grovers got my business and Lowes lost it, thanks Grovers!

They do NOT answer their phones, called over a dozen times, drove all the way across town and watched them not answer phones deliberately. You cannot talk to someone to ask a quick question you have to take a number and stand in line. Spent almost 45 min there waiting only to find out they dont have what was needed, complete waste of time.

Although this place might feel a little like traveling through time to the past, its actually pretty great. Grocers is one of the few places in town that an average Joe needing plumbing and electrical help can go for trusted advice. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I love this store - yes, you need to take a number for service, but compare this to the never-present help - when you need it at Lowes or Home Depot...I will take the organized number system ANY day. Plus, when you get a salesperson to assist, he / she follows you down your shopping list to locate EACH item...and make suggestions. You cannot beat this service. Prices are fair / not discounted, but you can also get competitive job quotes as needed.

Where to begin? Our water line to the house unfortunately broke at both ends of the valve severing the water supply to our home My husband, a true do it DIY guy immediately headed to Grover in Medford for parts and advice. Chris came to the rescue the minute he stepped through the door. His knowledge and assistance proved invaluable, he literally took charge by removing the damaged parts after attempting to salvage the old parts in an effort to save us money. Help at the Medford store is usually slow. I understand that almost every customer there needs assistance but waiting for your number to be called can sometimes take 15 minutes or more.I tried to phone a question about a water heater thermostat I needed but was told someone would have to phone me back.It took them over 4 hours to phone me back! I even had the part number before I called and the woman on the phone said that their parts had different numbers.I finally went down and found the part myself.Im just disappointed that the service isnt what the television commercials promise....unless you want to wait!

I couldnt get any help to purchase lights. I already knew what I wanted but I was stuck waiting for over 20min without any help at all. If the items that I wanted were available for me to grab myself I would have been in and out. I gave up and put all of my items back then I left.

I Live on a farm, an hours drive each way into town. I had a water leak problem from the well tank to my house -- some of the connectors were leaking. No big deal right? Easy fix, as I have an engineering type of brain. WRONG!!! These connections were so tightly fit and angled there wasnt a quarter inch to spare. Also every connection was glued (welded) together. I had vision of cutting pipes and multiple inserts. After attemping twice at the discount store to gather the parts on my own spending a couple of hours staring/glaring at every connector part ever made) and then traveling back with parts I thought would be the fix (8 hours of wasted time). Finnally, I decided to go to Grovers and took a number. Sterling called me to the counter and I proudly showed him the pics on my phone and a paper diagram of all the connection parts (which I might add, had all the widths & lengths of each part). I discussed how I thought it should be done. He gently explained what I was attempting to do would not work....lol. He explained the only way to disconnect it all and how to avoid causing other issues disconnecting. Also that the leaking metal pipe amoung all the PVC connectors was a pressure regulator. A what I said...as my education continued! Needless to say, Sterling went and gathered up the parts I would need (including a pressure regulator). I purchased the parts he recommended. An hour later I got home and within 10 minutes, using Sterlings directions, I had taken it all apart and put it back together. No more leaks! How sweat it is when you go to the experts!
