I asked them to make me some plexiglass window inserts with a cut-out to vent our portable air conditioner. I brought a window screen and the A/C vent piece, and they made them perfectly. So glad I went here.

Ordered glass shelves here for the display cabinets in my kitchen. I brought in an old wood one for them to get measurements exact. When I picked up the shelves about 10-15 days later and got them home I realized they were slightly larger than the wood shelves I had originally had...I called and left a message to see about how to remedy the problem...fortunately it was a quick fix and just a few dollars to buy different brackets to fit in the cabinet...but I was so pleased that Kevin, from General Glass returned my call first thing in the morning and was eager to help me fix the issue. Just to have that kind of customer service is worth five stars if you ask me. Getting a call right away and knowing that they want the customer to be satisfied is a great feeling. After replacing the brackets, I must say the shelves are sturdy and allow the lights I just had hardwired to shine through two levels beautifully to show off my crystal and other heirlooms.
