I was in the Medford Mall shopping around as I am from Redding CA, and came across this store LIDS. I love this store! The guy Jake that works there took his time to help me find exactly what I wanted and even called around other stores for other items that were not available. As I was checking out he mentioned they did custom embroidery and even had it on his own hat! I had to get it as I am a DJ and I love custom things like this. Jake did an amazing job and had some of the best customer service in the entire Mall!! I hope the company realizes how valuable employees like Jake are, as it meant a lot to me as a customer. Thanks again Jake, and I look forward to my next trip up to Medford for more custom hats from LIDS!

They dont have the buy 1 get 1 50$ off no more but found a hat i liked so did my gf

DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM HATS FROM THIS STORE!!PROS: Staff seemed courteous.CONS: Took them over 2 weeks to make a custom hat. Ended up asking for a full refund because they no longer had a hat in stock. Who doesnt keep more than 1 tan medium hat on the shelf?? The whole store lacks professionalism. If you want a custom hat pay the extra and go to the booth.SUMMARY: Worst shopping experience in YEARS!!! Reported to corporate headquarters.

Its Lids.. they either got what you want or dont. Its always regional for college sports, so they never have mine where I travel or work...But there is always something for you. I went in needing something to replace a work hat, left with 3 I didnt need but wanted. Guys at the counter were friendly even though one was a Cheese head, so he looses a star.

Still the place for your favorite team gear (lucky fishing hats)

If there were ten stars, they would get it. I am an indecisive shopper. This was my first time shopping at Lids in the Rouge Valley Mall. Upon my arrival Vince & Mario were not only patient and professional but they helped me find the perfect hat. I tried on at least 20. Great Team-Perfect Attitudes. Sales associates like these keep me coming back. Thank You!!!

No hat repair, dont know anyone in town that does. Recommend YouTube. Not helpful.

I dont even know where to begin. One employee proceeded to customize a hat that I specifically told him I did not want. I was extremely upset that the employee did exactly what I asked him not too and did not want to give me a refund on it. I will never in my life refer anyone there nor will I spend another dollar with this business. Completely unacceptable. Find somewhere 3lse for your hats. They dont even offer military discount.

Very limited selection. Definitely not comparable to any other lids store. Unless you want an Oregon ducks, Seattle sea hawks, or Portland trailblazer hat they probably dont have it. Those three teams take up over half of the store. No East coast love at all? And the staff has always been rude. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is being my fourth time trying them in about a year, I am throwing in the towel on these guys. You cant fix stuck up. Especially when they wont even listen to customer feedback!
