As a sales professional myself, I have to say that I was taken back by the level of pride, knowledge of product, and emotional intelligence showed by Mike today when I bought a mattress from him. While we ended up getting the first mattress we tried, Mike made sure to have us try out a few others (both more and less expensive) to make sure we made the right decision. He was mindful of price but focused on getting us a package that fit our needs - and he hit our price point on the nose. Whats more is that he was working alone today and expertly managed different customer sets despite being understaffed - and he never showed exasperation. If you live anywhere close to the store, this is the place to go hands down and Mike is the guy to deal with.

My overall experience was very pleasant. The manger followed up given the in store staff was freshly trained and still getting up to speed on the financials. And was able to find a great deal for us, while talking us through the whole process. Giving us the confidence we needed to before signing any dotted line.

Worst experience ever from top to bottom. Wont buy ever again from this store and maybe from this mattress company.The manager (Michael) is very disrespectful with customers, he lied and what is worst called him personally to cancel items from My order with plenty of time and he still ship them with my order i felt like he was forcing me to buy this product. When i called him to ask him why he sent me that after i cancelled them his answer was not only rude but helpless. At the end he hang up the phone and let me talking alone! What a great customer service!! And it was the manager (Michael) so what to expect from the rest of the staff. This store must be run by other manager in order to improve customer service and relations with its customers. He shouldnt be running a store, needs training and learn about respect, the way i was treated is completely unprofessional and a complete shame. Make a favor to yourself and stay away from this store. You will be disappointed as i am right now. I have bought several beds from Sleepys now Mattress Firm and i can say my latest experience with Brian and Mia was pretty cool. No pressure, very knowledgeable, and they made me feel very comfortable about my purchases. The store is also set up well.

Horrible service. No salesmanship. Usually very polite and engaged with people throughout the day. The moment I said I needed to think about it, the guy said fine bye. Guess when you ask for their deals, and consider your options by looking at your phone for comparison, that’s enough to call it a day. Would’ve continued here, but he was clear in it being a non important sale and maybe low commission, I’ll take my sale and commission to another store. Sadly, it’ll have to be another mattress firm branch since the state of the in-person industry is a monopoly, and I prefer to buy that way. But would rather take my business elsewhere.

I initially came into this store and met with a salesman (Mike) who was extremely professional and friendly. Spent a lot of time with me and made sure I found a mattress that was a good fit. I left and checked out a couple other stores (mattress superstore, bobs discount furniture and spring air mattress). Bobs discount had a really sleezy salesman. After shopping around I ended up coming here because I got the best deal and service, hands down.

We had a fantastic experience at this store and particularly with Mike the manager. My wife and I were looking into a king bed but we were unsure if it would fit up our narrow staircase. Plus we hadnt bought a mattress in almost 8 years. Just a few of the Mike highlights:- Walked us through King pricing and explained the various pluses and minuses- Clearly steered us towards beds that were the most comfortable to us, not the most expensive- Was *incredibly* nice with our two little kids -- he even brought out a coloring book for our older one- Made abundantly clear that we could get a full refund if the bed simply couldnt make it up the stairs- Searched the Mattressfirm website to make sure we got all potential discounts- Brought the price down below a similar mattress I found online- Next day delivery but some very helpful and resourceful delivery guys (ok - thats not Mike, but it was a huge plus)Highly recommended for a low-key mattress-buying experience.

We couldnt walk away from the best deal in the store which was the floor model of the last Temperpedic coupled with the Heads Up base so Peter can sit up & read in bed. The Temperpedic pillows were on sale for $7!There was no question even dumb ones that Mia couldnt answer. It was a happy sale today!

Michael B was really good about sticking to my budget. He was alone in the store which worried me but he managed all the customers really well and I was out of there with a new bed on order within half an hour.
