Lara and Jeff are the best! Lara did an awesome job of walking us through the selection not our home, as well as the selection of all the upgrades and changes to the original floor plan. Jeff was awesome at helping us get our site ready for delivery and helping with after delivery issues. This was our second manufactured home purchase. Our experience with Holton Creek was by far the better experience! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

She always kept appointments and returned my calls promptly (always!) and followed through with everything she said she would do (everything!) She is incredibly knowledgeable about building materials and how homes are built. She has many contacts in the area and can either get work done or can find other people to get it done. She is a wonderful listener and can ferret out key information so that she can zero in on solutions. She dodges no questions. We still have a relationship over two years after she helped us buy our home. She is never too busy to help or to say hello. She welcomed us home to a new part of the country. Wonderful people to do business with and to know!
