Eric and Paul are awesome guys to do business with. They know every product on the market for Harley Davidson’s both after-market and OEM. They are both enthusiastic about spending the time to get to know you and your bike and find maintenance and upgrade solutions that work for your budget.Labor rates are very reasonable for an absolute top notch mechanic like Jim.The whole crew is focused on building relationships with clients rather than trying to nickel and dime people.

I needed tires done ASAP on a bike I had just got to pass inspection. The guys over here got me right in and the tires switched out. While I was there, figured I’d ask if they had time to do a couple other things or if I had to come back and they took care of me right there. Laid back atmosphere, knowledgeable people and fair prices. How they handled everything today, they have my recommendation. Solid work, guys!

Why would you put a 21 registration sticker on top of my already paid for 2022 renewal sticker?

Paul is awesome. I took my new motorcycle there just to know a few things and ask questions. He was extremely patient and nice to me and open to help. I will certainly go there.

The guys over at Aero Cycle Co were outstanding! I brought in my 2005 HD Sportster 883 for a 10,000 mile tune up and to have the fork seals replaced and they took care of everything, with a quick turn around and for a very fair price. I could definitly tell the bike ran better the moment i drove away. Will absolutely be back to have work done by Paul and the crew!

Cant speak to their mechanic work but can recommend them based on character of the owner. I showed up to this place after finally getting my bike running without stalling. Having little confidence in my temporary fix, I blindly raced to the nearest motorcycle shop on google to have someone with some actual knowledge help diagnose the problem. I arrived after hours but the owner kindly came out to explain that they work primarily on Harleys and dont have the tools or knowledge base to service my bmw. Despite my extreme stupidity he kindly suggested some other shops and even offered to overnight the bike at their shop of it didnt start for me. Based on that interaction alone, if I had a Harley, this would be my go to shop.

I gave him five stars because they were definitely professional and made you feel comfortable coming in and it was my first time so thank you guys

The level of incompetence here is astounding. I cant believe anyone would go here.I was sitting on my bike when one of the staff (without asking) grabbed and revved my gas. I was in 1st gear. Luckily, had my hand on the clutch. Otherwise, I couldve been seriously injured and my bike wouldve been seriously damaged.This lack of professionalism still blows my mind. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the risk.

I was having a problem with my battery that I purchased last year elsewhere. Paul said bring it in, he charged it up .told me that it should be fine .I purchased a newbattery tender. I went home put it in motorcycle the bike fired right up. Im very happy that Paul checked this out and didnt just try to sell me a new battery. Hes definitely looking out for the customers interest, highly recommend Aero cycle

Great shop, never try to over sell you. Very knowledgeable. Don’t care if it’s a Harley, a Sport bike or a dirt bike, they can do it all.

This is the absolute best motorcycle shop in the Greater Boston area. Paul is the man. He and his crew have tuned up my bike over the past six years. Theyve done work on it multiple other times, and always give fair pricing. Nicest guys in the world and super happy with the service Ive received.

Theres a good bunch of guys here. They care. Theres a personal service here you dont get in a bigger bike shop. Even, if they mess up something. Which they rarely do, the courteous nature in which they handle their business is how it should be done. I have been going there for 7 yrs and even though I switched to an Indian, I would rather go to Aero than a my dealership. Cant say enough good things about the fellows down there. Keep it up boys.

Had them do an inspection on my, GASP, Yamaha. Did a very nice job and go above and beyond, airing up tires, checking spokes, fixing a bad brake switch and headlight alignment. All gratis. And with a smile and good conversation. Would highly recommend!

Always a one stop shop for DIY jobs, or for repairs, modifications and upgrades. All staff are knowledgeable and helpful with a sense of humor for those DIY jobs that didnt go as expected, but willing to help you get it done right.

Stopped in during a random ride because ny 7 days were up for getting an inpection sticker for my Powermax 150 scooter. Because this scooter has a top speed of about 65 - 70mph, Massachusetts requires it to be registered, insured, and inpected the same way as any standard motorcycle with a top speed over 30mph, or an engine size above 49cc. The Powermax 150 has a motor thats 150cc, and a CVT transmission which can propel it to 65+ mph.I was able to just walk in, ask about obtaining a new inpection sticker, which Aero Cyle Co. did alnost immediately. They brought my scooter into their garage bay and closed the bay door so they could do their thing. About 15 min or so later out it came by one of their technical staff, complete with a fresh, new, Massachusetts inpection sticker attached to my registration plate. The staff at Aero were super helpful by accepting my walk-in request, and getting me the inspection sticker
