I sent my dirt bike in to be jetted, and after RPM held onto my bike for 4+ months I was told they through a bearing in the motor. My bike had no issues involving the motor prior to them working on it, so when I picked it up and I got a $500 bill for a new set of jets and a valve adjustment I asked for a discount but they refused. So immediately after I picked up the bike, I brought it directly to another mechanic that I trust and we found out they ran it out of gas and my motor was fine, but my carb leaked gas. Best of luck to anyone who lets RPM work on their bike.

I needed to have my 2002 Yamaha Raptor 660 quad worked on. I gave RPM Motosports a call to make an appointment. Zack and Austin were extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable on off road bikes as well as street bikes. They were honest about the length in time it will take to do what was discussed. They strive on being thorough and getting the job done right the first time. I was embarrassed about the condition my quad was cuz it has been stored for at least 7+ years. I never once felt judged on my lack of details about my quad or the condition it was in. Thank you Zack and Austin and I cant wait to get it back and be able to ride it again.

Scheduled an appt on 4/13. This appt was schedule 6 weeks in advance due to the shop being too busy. Took the bike in on our scheduled appt. Waited over two weeks with no word. My son then called in to check and was told that it had not even been dug into yet and that there was two bikes ahead of him. Waited yet another week, he called back was again told it had not been touched and now there was 6 bikes ahead. When he questioned this and told them he had called a week earlier an there was only two bikes ahead him the guy just said well we are busy and other parts came in and that is how it was and would not give him a time frame of when they would look at his bike even though we had an appt 3 weeks prior. Finally my husband had to call, again with no help and no timeframe on when the service would even be started. After voicing his displeasure with the service he received a call back about an hour later with a partial run down of problems. My husband did not want to continue with the poor service there and told them to button it up and that we were taking it somewhere else. We still paid the $90 for terrible service with no offer to make it right. They did not even put the bike back together fully, just handed my son a bag of bolts and parts. Took it in with no leaks and specific problem. Brought it home half put together, leaking fluids and a couple other issues that it did not go in with. It at least should have be put back together the way we brought it in! Dont take your bike into this shop!

Best shop in town!It takes trial and error to find the spot. Somewhere you can trust with your baby. You can tell a great shop by the result and their traffic. They are always so busy but treat me like Im the only one there. I trust them to do a great job and never sell me things I dont need. They did an exceptional job on my bike. Im so excited to get out in this beautiful weather.Thank you guys for keeping me safe on the road.

Owner, Zach, has always treated me like a friend than a customer. They recommended I didnt install a tire that was way too old and got me a great deal on a comparable new tire at a great price for my 02 Buell.

I drove my scooter in and my husband followed and we left it there for over 10 days with no word from the shop. I called and was told that they would have an estimate by the 10th business day. That day came and went and three days later we picked up scooter and the scooter does not start. The scooter had previously been at Carlsons and I was charged several hundred dollars for working in the carburetor and replacing a plastic float part and I picked up scooter it had strong smell of gas. I am disappointed at all of the repair shops I have taken my scooter to and believe they are operated by shady criminals that lack integrity and decency.

Zach is very knowledgeable, and treats your bike like his own. So far so good, taking Oprah on a trip along the coast next week. Less apprehensive now that its had a check up at RPM.

My 1995 Triumph Thunderbird broke down in the middle of a hot July afternoon on the I5 just North of Medford towards the end of a long tour. Called Zach and he said he would work on my bike (old, British, water cooled, carbureted), as some shops are afraid to touch it. He sent Benjamin (who couldnt have been nicer) who showed up with his truck and trailer (and a bottle of cold water for me!) shortly. Zach figured out the problem, fabricated the parts (it is a 1995 Triumph after all), and got me back on the road in no time. I road the bike 200 miles home thru the mountains with no issues. The man is a mechanical wizard and I could not recommend him more highly.
