Pasquale responded quickly to my email when I requested to make an appointment, and as a beginner, I felt quite welcomed to bring my flute in with his response. My G-key was misaligned and the price to get it fixed was very fair. The flute was returned to me in less than a week, and when I came to pick it up, he even attached his own head joint to demonstrate to me that it was most certainly in working order. Overall, I am very satisfied with Pasquales work and I will not hesitate to bring my flute back when I am in the area. He is also a very friendly person.

Pasquale was so easy and pleasant to work with. Super responsiven My flute had been sitting unused for quite a while and he fixed it so it plays beautifully and looks like a new instrument again.
