I highly recommend you call Premium Q for your Boston area and cross country moving. We had a move that included VERY difficult items like an 800lb. antique player piano, a jukebox, and a 6 foot tall 3D glass sculpture. All made it to California in perfect shape. In addition, Victor (the manager) is extremely responsive to phone and text. Movers are VERY professional and kind and smart. Use them!

These guys saved us during a chaotic move week. Very helpful and responsive with the scheduling, very competitive rates, right on the money estimate. Everyone was just great and so helpful. Showed up with all the appropriate wrapping and equipment to prevent damage, available overnight storage on the trucks, put everything back together again quickly. The packers were excellent! They put blankets on your furniture then shrink wrap it. That is all furniture! They took real good care of my stuff that I could see because it was placed in storage. They stayed in contact from start to finish they did not complain about anything and were very polite!

I was moving from a smaller apartment to a larger one which included picking up items in a 10x10 storage when I moved 2 years ago from Michigan. That move, with a national company did not go well, and there were quite a few damaged antiques. Premium Q was an outstanding experience compared to my earlier move 2 years ago. They were so attentive, careful beyond words, professional, efficient and no drama. Vic was assuring me that it would go well. We actually had snow the day of the move (April) but it was not a problem for the 4 movers. I would highly recommend Premium Q. Their bid was lower, but I knew that from previous reviews and expected the final cost to be higher. It was still very reasonable for the service I received. The head guy (Jamie) put together an antique dining table, fixed 2 piano legs that the earlier movers had damaged. I cannot say enough good things about this crew.

Move out of house to storage went well. They laid down paper to protect newly finished floors. When moving into townhouse at a later date however they did not come prepared to protect carpeting with plastic or paper, although company was sent both text and email as a reminder about the carpets. Lead guy did what he could and put down a few blankets and separated workers so they were designated inside or outside. Furniture was placed accurately and assembled fast. The guys never took a break and worked straight thru the entire day. All were very friendly.

Our second move with Premium Q, one local and because it was done extremely well we just used them again for a long distance move. Everything went extremely well, on time, all items shipped and delivered in good condition. Would use again without hesitation.
