I love the Potomac store in Medina. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I visited a bead store in Ft. Myers Florida recently and the rude staff disparaged the Potomac chain. I will not go back there. I will however, come back to your store over and over again. I love you guys!

I visited Potomac Bead in Medina Ohio yesterday January 19th, when I walked in the sales people looked at me and walked away. I was looking to buy a chasing hammer so I walked around the store alone with my wife until I found what I wanted, they had a real nice chrome plated chasing hammer which I picked up and took to the counter to pay for, as I walked up to the sales counter 3 women were standing around a table (I have to assume at least 1 of these women worked there because no one else was there) all 3 looked at me and I had eye contact with all of them, I stood at the sales counter for about 5 minutes no one spoke to me and no one would ring me out. I put the hammer down and walked out of the store with no one saying 1 word to me.. This store doesnt deserve a 1 star rating but I cant go any lower then that. Never again will I set foot in that store and I will tell everyone I meet about my experience with them. What a shame to have such a nice looking store and then to hire such RUDE people to work in it.Jeff Winland
