Stuff are pretty knowledgeable and they have always dealt with any issue that came up. Such and selling me the wrong brake rotars, which was partly my own fault.The reason I took a star is because they dont offer any curbside assistance. Every auto parts store Ive ever been to had a code reader on hand they would bring out for you. These guys acted like I was some kind of freeloader for even asking and then tried to sell me a $100 code reader. No thanks guys.

Just paid $5.00 more for the same bulb sold for at auto zone, do what I didn’t (shop around !) Employees helpful and courteous.

Beware! Prices in store are set by whoever waits on you. I just got screwed badly on some fuel hose... almost double their online price. Never going back... NEVER!!!

All of the sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Ive been doing business with them for over 2 years now and Im hooked for life. Ive never once provided with the incorrect part. Id drive 3 hours out of my way if I had to to get my parts from them just to avoid having to deal with the standard big name parts stores that tend to have sales associates with very little knowledge.

Popped in for a bolt, ended up buying much more. Great help behind the counter. Non-intimidating, My wife would feel comfortable there, its not an auto store that makes you feel like an idiot if your not mechanical. I purchased a 12 volt battery charger for less than the cost on Amazon after UPS damage mine. Good staff, good prices.

These guys are always helpful! My husband always sends me on parts runs and this is nearly the only place I go where I wont have to make a return trip because of a mistake or forgotten item. They are dog friendly too.

Ladies beware,My daughter stopped in to get a battery for her older vehicle. She was sold a very expensive battery - as a matter of fact the most expensive battery for her make and model without the salesman showing her the options. While being sold the battery the man made her feel very uncomfortable by remarking about the young women who found him sexy. She has an extremely important meeting she cannot miss tomorrow and was so uncomfortable and worried about missing her meeting that she bought it.Thankfully she came to me and shared her story. It took me 2 minutes of viewing the website to find that he offered her one option - the MOST expensive option and did not offer her a variety of options. I perused Walmart site and found a variety of options. We bought one HALF the price at Walmart without the sexual innuendoes.If you treat your daughter the way you treated my daughter - oh wait - you probably do treat them as less than. I will never set foot in your stores again.Ladies beware.

Website states this location installs wiper blades, show up and they have a random, non-AAP branded sign that says no mechanical work in parking lot and they wont install wiper blades. Update the website.

Try and buy online first, and pickup at store. You will save a bundle. In store customer service is inexperienced. A little rude too on occasion. I use this for the good prices and convenience.

Never again I needed a ball joint press they put in face and I had 56$ the part with me they refused me to use it the have a free loner tool sing not the case I went to autozone they had no problem lending me the tool the African claimed to be a mechanic not the case at all he tried having me put the peace in bacwords... never again will I go to them 0 stars

I needed wiper blades. I arrived at 7:30 AM on a cold and rainy day. The person in the store helped me pick the blades and put them on my car for me. What more could I ask for?
