Great Experience. Called in the morning to see if they could take a look at my brakes. Ray told me to bring it in and they would check it out. Within 2 hours I received a report of what needed to be done. Ray called me with quote and suggested additional items that were recommended by manufacturer. Truck was repaired and ready for pick-up less than 4 hours of quote approval. Great team over there. Very happy with service and reasonable pricing. Will be using them again for future needs.

I learned of Hogan tire in Medway a little over a year ago. Since then I’ve had new tires put on a trailer, tire repairs and most recently exhaust repair. Hogan is excellent at communicating before, during and after work is completed. I feel prices are fair and honest. Strongly recommend Hogan Tire.

I specifically picked Hogan Tire over the bigger tire dealer hoping to receive a better personalized purchasing experience. With the bigger chains you tend to feel like a number instead of a customer. Their prices were better than their competitors pricing considering I purchased tires with a 65,000 mile warranty and paid the extra money for a four wheel alignment on my wife’s vehicle. Their competitors pricing was higher and didn’t include a four wheel alignment. I am pleased with my overall decision to use them for my tire purchase, but I do have a complaint. When they take a customers car in for service they should put a paper carpet protector on the drivers floor to protect the floor mats or carpet from dirt and mud. I am hoping the carpet protector was an oversight and the employee simply forgot to put it in the vehicle. Otherwise the transaction went smoothly. I would have given them five stars if they didn’t muddy up the drivers floor mat.

I loved my experience with this place. They got the item I needed right away and installed it with no unnecessary questions or unsolicited sales pitches. Super nice people and great at what they do. Plus, the waiting room has free wifi and comfortable seating so I could work while I waited. It took me less than an hour to get in and out for a new tire install (popped one on some construction debris a day or two before). I called them the day my tire went flat, they got a new replacement tire in the following day and it was fixed & I was driving out of the parking lot ~1 hour later. I would definitely go back for other services in the future. I highly recommend this place if you want no nonsense, fast, easy, professional service.

Great experience at Hogan tire in Medway. Sent online request via website to have 4 tires replaced at 4:00 pm. Got very quick response and an appointment for 8:30 following morning. Tires were there when I arrived and Ray quickly went over everything. Got a call about 1 1/hrs later that car was done. They also emailed me a couple of maintenance items to address which will do next time. They did a great job balancing tires as well which not all do.Overall great service.

Been here multiple times and always had a positive experience. Work gets done efficiently and quickly with fair prices and everyone is friendly. Even without an appointment they were able to accommodate my car and get it back on the road. Cant recommend this place enough!

They are always willing to work with me with appointment times and my time frame of returning my car. The biggest thing that I love the most about them is that they are able to tell me how to prioritize the maintenance on my car. They don’t do what some dealerships do which is just try to get you to fix everything for their benefit. Instead, they offer suggestions and try to give me a timeline on when things should be handled. Highly recommended.

I experienced two flat one evening and Hogan tire got the tires needed and were able to return my car to full operational state on Saturday which was the next day. I had inquired at another tire store across the street and they could not even guarantee service by Monday. The team was very helpful.

BEWARE of RIP OFF! Had a vehicle brought in to Hogan Tire. Two tires were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. One could be patched. The original tires are $75 new and a patch

I had a leaky tire that turned out to have a staple in it. They said two tires should be replaced. I just moved to this area, so this is the first time going to this particular Hogan Tire. Staff were friendly, courteous and prompt. As my dad taught me, the four tires are our only contact with the road, so they should be well taken care of.

Super helpful staff. Recently bought new tires here and the price was great. I usually come through for my oil changes. They staff is always really nice and they get things done quickly. But, if you have to wait, there are comfy seats and a tv in the waiting area. Its a fine deal.

They are awesome with their customers! Came in a few months ago, (think it was late summer) and had a tire gone flat while I had been driving. I had a donut in the back that AAA came and put on for me. Found out they stripped my lug-nuts so bad that Hogan Tire had to break some of them and the bolts off to get the donut off and put the spare tire I had on. They threw on the spare for me in a day. I was kind of a last-minute customer, but they still managed to fix my tire situation up so quickly. The manager and workers there are great! They even gave me a hand-written report with the broken lug-nuts to give to AAA for me to be reimbursed for the work done by Hogan Tire. I wouldnt have had to have them replace lug-nuts and bolts if AAA had just put the donut on the right way in the first place, but Hogan Tire in Medway was fair, friendly, and fast in their service.

The crew over here excels at professionalism, pride in there work, and most of all human to human interaction via communication. They love what they do, you get the feeling of being loved and cared for because they are doing the job for you. Great customer service thats all.

So disappointed because I heard really good things about you guys. Put in an appointment request on Wednesday and ordered 4 tires. I was told Id be contacted in 24 hours confirming my appointment. When no such contact happened, I called Saturday and was told I would be called right back. Its now Sunday....so I guess Ill be shopping somewhere else.

Exact opposite exhaust system experience to 1 star poster. My regular mechanic wanted $1200 to replace exhaust system in daughters car....long distance tire made two repairs, under $500 total and the car is perfect.

They get four stars for the following:- They had the tires I wanted in stock- They beat the best price Direct Tire & Auto in Medway gave me- They didnt try to upsell me on things I didnt want or need- The process of dropping off and picking up my car was relatively efficientThey dont get 5 stars because their online quote generation tool produced a quote for the wrong tire size and one of their reps informed me they always tell people not to use it (which seems silly, because it is a useful tool for people and a great way to generate leads for follow up). The answer should be to fix it or remove it from the website.The good news is that while my online quote was incorrect the actual work came in well below that quote, so no harm done. But I worked with one of their reps, via email, before scheduling service and that rep never caught that the tire size was wrong. This would be a much different review if I learned - after scheduling service - that the work would be more than the online quote.I love supporting local businesses and hope theyll tighten up their process because I hope to come back in the future!

I was very happy with the tire replacement service I received here and the follow up lugnut and tire inflation check.

I went to have my exhaust system fixed on my 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo. They wanted to charge me 1600 dollars and rip out the entire system. I went to a service center which charged me 400 dollars. Rip off artists.

I went to Shawn and Long Distance Tire a couple of years ago for a very difficult alignment problem on my Camry. They were true professionals and bent over backwards to resolve the issue, to the point of getting Toyota service on the phone.Fast forward to recently and due to an accident the car had to be realigned with new tires. The tire dealer (not purchased at LDT) sold me a faulty tire. LDT put the car through rigorous work to get things straightened (pun intended!) out. Once again they went to the moon and back to send me away a happy customer. You and all of your family and friends should go to Long Distance Tire for any work. They deliver THE BEST automotive service I have ever experienced. A company to trust!
