I stopped in this morning around 10am to see if they can patch up my tire… I ran over a nail and it was losing air. It was urgent for me to get it repaired today. They said they can take a look at it and have it ready around 2pm. I got a call about 40 minutes after I dropped it off to let me know that they patched up my tire and it was ready. First, I was impressed that they were open on Sundays. Second, the man I spoke with at the shop was very kind. Third, I was so happy that they went ahead and looked at my car earlier then they expected and had it repaired so quickly. Fourth, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely consider this business for any future tire needs!!

The people I spoke with were polite, however we were rescheduled on twice, and they didnt honor the reserved time they scheduled us for. Our 11am safety inspection didnt start until 3:30. When I called to check in, I was told the car was done getting checked. I came in, and learned the inspection hadnt even started. Then, I learned the discount we were offered over the phone would/could not be granted.

Zack and his team went the extra mile to help me get my #JeepCherokee upgraded! New tires ( #KO2s ), TPMS reprogrammed and emissions + safety and an oil change - plus the attention to detail! Awesome work

Not great customer service here. My husband and I waited over half an hour just to drop off my car for an oil change. DROP OFF. We literally just needed to hand them the keys and leave. Instead, the guy working the counter decides to spend over half an hour chatting up the guy in line in front of us instead of taking 5 seconds to check us in. They have definitely lost us as a customer, since you think chatting with someone is more important than helping your customers.

I booked online on Sunday for an appointment on Labor Day, at the Lemay location. Tommy, Ian, and Drew were pleasant and helpful since the moment I arrived. I had a flat tire and was driving with my spare and they took care of it within 45 minutes.I definitely will come back if I need anymore tire services in the future!

I purchased a tire elsewhere and they wouldnt mount my tire. I brought my shredded tire along with the new tire here. They mounted the tire for free and were extremely friendly. They didnt have to do me the favor but I greatly appreciated it. Top notch in my book!!!

I showed up with a tire that was leaking air. It was my first time there, and they were so nice! Started working on my tire within minutes! They had me in and out before I knew it! Did a great job with my tire!

Never again. Made an appointment a week ago. When I showed up worker was unfriendly and wouldnt take my car. Said his computer was down and it was his last day. I understand having technical issues, but he made no effort to contact me before I came in, no effort to reschedule, no decency give the minimal amount of courtesy, much less an apology.

We had bought a tire from them some months back and needed a plug in one. We werent aware of the warranty on the tire until we went in for repair. They charged us nothing and had it fixed right away. Very nice staff at this location.

I went in there to patch one of my tires that had a screw in it, and they were able to get it taken care of right away. I was told they are under new leadership, and they working to rebuild their reputation with their customers.

My first time here and the service is amazing. I am not an expert when it comes to cars but Bill took the time out to explain to me everything that I needed to get done on my car from front to back. Its important for us women to feel comfortable when going to have work done on our vehicles and they did not disappoint. 0 STARS Very rude manager. Do not go here, especially if you are a woman. Look at the other reviews. I had brake pads and rotors replaced on front and back a couple of days ago $730+. (There was a fill-in manager that day who was very nice.) But, I noticed in the next couple of days, there was a noise in the rear brakes, like grinding. I took in my receipt and explained it to the manager. First of all, he says I only see front brakes replaced on your receipt. Totally, not true. Which he later admitted that the receipt did read front and back brakes, after I asked for a replacement receipt showing both front and back brakes replaced. I tried to explain to him the noise, and he tries to tell me I hear something different than what I am explaining to him, and it is normal for the first 100-200 miles. It takes a lot of back and forth before he will consent to even look to see if something is wrong. He drives it only a minute or so and then comes in and says he doesnt hear anything. We go back and forth again, and he finally says he will put it on the rack and look. Yes, there is a problem. The rotor needed ground down a bit and that was the grinding I was hearing, exactly what I explained to him. I wait an hour there for this to be fixed. He never apologizes for my having to come back, the problem, or the wait. There are a lot of places that can do this kind of work; I would not suggest Tire Choice for any work! If you have a problem with the service, you are in for a lot of push back, rudeness, and no customer service whatsoever. Who needs this with everything else we are going through right now!!!

I have been going to the south county location for the last few years for tires and after today decided to not return. I’ve never been particularly pleased with their customer service, mostly with the manager’s hostility and disregard towards me, but I ignored it since I had gotten tires there with protection coverage and would have to return. Everyone else I interacted with was very nice and courteous.

I went in for a routine tire and oil change. I asked specifically to have air added to my tires as they were a bit low. The worker at the desk assured me they do this as part of their multi-point inspection. The tech failed to check and add air. I forgot to check before leaving the store. Shame on me.They also tried to upsell me on new shocks and struts and a coolant flush, even though the coolant was flushed 20K miles prior. Only needing to top off fluid due to changing temps doesnt necessitate a system flush. Not getting what you came for and then getting asked to spend over $1K in additional items, thats what you can expect to get at this store. Its a good thing the owner has responded to many other comments with a canned response about using these opportunities for improvement -- its just a shame no improvements are being made.

AutoTire has been awesome regardless of where I go! Bill at this store was exceptionally kind, helping with a tire pressure issue. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to assist me. i will definitely visit this store again and highly recommend!

Although the work performed was satisfactory, the staff were very unprofessional and rude. All staff members were not wearing face coverings in violation of the Public Health Order and scoffed when I politely pointed it out. I still think the work they did was fine, but Im really disappointed in their customer service and professionalism. Please abide by the county mandated Public Health Order.

I would give more stars if I could - this review is specifically for the mechanic Jeff. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and thorough in his work. I had brought my car in for a harmonic balancer replacement, after having done some competitive shopping had it towed from my previous go to place to this one. My old place said I needed a serpentine belt replacement, which after having looked at it Jeff said it was still good (hence the honesty). Additionally found an issue with the pulley, a low cost part but which my other place had missed. Net result was vehicle properly fixed and at a lower cost compared to the competition. Easy to see why AAA choose to partner with this place. Excellent work - Thank you again Jeff.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The mechanic that was working was just plain and flat out rude. I don’t recommend going in unless you wanna get yelled at basically for coming in a few minutes before your appointment so you dont run late. As for the guy that worked the front desk, he at least was some what nice and welcoming.

Ive taken my car to the Lemay Ferry location several times over the last two years. Each and every time, I have been genuinely impressed by the excellent customer- and auto service provided by Mike (the store manager) and his team. Highly recommended.

The guy at the desk is extremely rude. I was told that I need an ID/OD to get my vehicle registered. When I tried to explain that a safety inspection would satisfy that requirement, he told me Id come crawling back to get the ID/OD like everyone else as he crumbled up some paper and literally tossed it behind him. I didnt have any interaction with anyone else and they seemed to have treated my car with respect so no complaints there.As for the grouch at the desk...hes the reason Ill never come back. Too many options out there to be treated like that

Went here a couple of times because I received coupons for dirt cheap oil changes. I thought it was a great deal. Took it in this last time and Im told my drain plug bolt is rounded off. My issue with this is simple to understand: If it was showing signs of being rounded before, why was nothing said to me? This last time, I was told to bring it back when they had more tools available, which I did. Handed printed off paperwork where they include a charge for extraction ($15 +$120/hr?!!!). I feel AutoTire is liable for this. Why should I pay when you neglected to properly do your job on a previous visit? If it was rounded, tell me. If you rounded it, TELL ME. Replacement bolts are cheap, oil pans are not. I was unable to reason with the staff and didnt have up to three hours to potentially wait, and certainly was not going to be stuck with a bill for extracting this.My point is, you rounded it off. You removed it fine last time, this time was an issue. It was you. Make it right. But, you refused. Now, Im stuck still needing an oil change and either have to purchase bolt extractors and attempt this myself, or find someone else. Either way goes south, theres $500 for a new oil pan. Yes, you are liable, AutoTire. You failed and provided poor customer service.

Today I had an experience with Jeff (I believe is his name) that was so disturbing, I would never recommend anyone coming to this establishment. Jeff was testy with me after I questioned him when he tried to get me to get a rather expensive service done right on the spot. After I questioned it, he said my inspection couldn’t pass then. He gave me some inaccurate information about my mileage I had driven since the last time I was in which I didn’t even ask about, but since he brought it up, I tried correcting him and at this point was very upset with his customer service and attitude with me trying to ask him questions. I just wanted to go and never do business here again do to his attitude toward me. (I had already put my cash on the counter). I picked up my wallet, told him I want my keys and I was going to call corporate for his behavior towards me, he said something along the lines of “I’ve got one better for you” and dialed 911. He then hung up the phone. I told him I wasn’t sure what all this nonsense was about when all I did was ask a question and tell him he was wrong about my mileage which didn’t even matter and I don’t know why he brought it up. He preceded to argue with me and I couldn’t leave because he still hadn’t given me my keys. The situation thus far was me, standing there in tears not understanding why a front desk customer service associate was arguing with me and not giving me my property. 911 called back and he told them that he had a volatile female causing issues but he had it under control. I listened to him lie to 911 right in front of me about my behavior when I hadn’t done anything volatile, violent, or even disrespectful. When he got off the phone there was more arguing, me telling him I just wanted to go and I couldn’t even understand why he was arguing with me, and him telling me I was wrong, I was accusing him and the company of things ( whatever that means), then he told me we’re done here. I’ve yet to get my keys back, and as I repeat to him again that I still need my keys, he tells me to go outside and someone will bring them to me. I stood outside for some time while he was in the back with my vehicle. I wound up having to call the police myself for them to go in and get them to give me my vehicle back. The police suggested I leave a review. I have called corporate and will keep calling every day until this situation is resolved. The whole time I felt terrified by the situation. No woman or person deserves to be disrespected in that manner. And to think this was all because I questioned why they may have missed the problem with my vehicle when I was recently in the shop.

I’m new to the area and when I called to make an appointment the process was very quick and easy. I had to reschedule a day later and once again, very easy process. I even showed up 15 min late to that appointment (come to think of it I’m not a great customer) and like before they never acted unprofessional. They quoted me a price, and that was the price I paid. This place is a joke!!! They lie and charge for parts they dont replace. We have given them a few chances after they were caught doing this. They say management changed etc. Its the same experience every time!!! Now we dropped a vehicle off for a safety inspection. They wanted to flush the transmission so we let them. Now the check engine light is on and transmission wont shift into gear. They are now tryin to say we brought it to them because of transmission issues. Im calling the BBB on them this time!!!!

They gave my dad a great deal and will most likely go there this Spring for new tires.

The details of my experience are as followed. No embellishing. Simply passing an experience that is not only frustrating, but became dangerous.I set an appointment for my associates car to have maintance. 29.99 is what I was told after finally finding me in the system, because they spelled the name wrong. If I had listened to Jeff say “you probably didn’t get them here”. Then I’d have no proof of my purchase... the tires were worn, badly. I just needed the vehicle balanced and if that cannot be done with bad tires, then I would have been happy to buy again and continue being a repeat customer.Two days later my associate goes to the shop, with no knowledge of cars. They lift the vehicle and then say the total will be either 320-375 and she had to pay now or they wouldn’t release the vehicle for her safety. (I’m glad they were looking out for her, I appreciate that). She literally did not have the money. No money at all... no allies (family, friends, me, etc.) to answer as she asked for the car back and Jeff continued to refuse. Living within a 20 minute walk, she wanted to just leave with three men telling her that she didn’t take care of her tires and her fault for buying the tires they suggested I buy. Finally her family member, a female, Calls back and talks to Jeff. He refused to give the car back. And without the keys, unable to unlock the house.She was stuck, crying and shaking, being told she cannot have her car back. Then Jeff mentioned that “your dad would shoot me if I let you drive this car so I’m not going to”. Again, the “care” for her is appreciated but we all know it’s also a scare tactic. But she did need new tires. He was right, like I explained two days prior.It was not until 3 other women called on her behalf and he told them no. Then a man called back and asked to speak with Jeff. Jeff immediately took the car down and gave the keys, with his coworkers apologizing profusely as she left in tears.Please do not go here. Not because I like to write reviews, but because this is something you need to know before considering going inside. Not because they try and upsell or may do a bad job, but because they literally held a car hostage and the keys to every door in my associates life. It’s literally not a safe environment. I do not wish anyone to lose their job or talk badly about a one time experience there happens to be one bad day. We all have them. But for your safety, even if an alpha male, please do not consider this location. Please. You will see that this is not the first time, either. Currently speaking with corporate and seeking nothing, but in 2019...Treating women differently than men, while being recorded, and refusing to give her property back until paying for new tires, is front page. The video will stay private if this issue is resolved.

I just read the statement posted by this AutoTire, and youve got to be kidding! Best prices... Not by my experience!I recently went there for an oil change and was told my front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I was nervous about getting back on the road with bad brakes, and so authorized the work. But, after I left I kept thinking their cost seemed really high. So I did some checking around (including calling the dealer), and the calls I made just reinforced my feeling that Id been overcharged.Also, AutoTire put ceramic brake pads on my car. These are more expensive, and are not original to my car. Even the dealer told me I would have been well served to use pads original to the car.End cost for front pads and rotors... $419.23.I did call them and discussed my feelings at length with the manager, who, after MUCH discussion, decided to give me a partial refund. I received a check for $81.27. This made me feel a little bit better, but still, I wont be back there ever.

Was told my Ford escort would cost $400 to fix then $700. I got in it to drive home and it shakes so bad I cant use the mirrors. I told them and they told my it would cost another $1000 to fix. What a joke. The KBB value of the car is not even $1700. Lets see if they actually care as we plan to call and ask them to work with us since it was their poor diagnostics that led to this.
