First time going to this place but was very satisfied with my experience. I got everything that I needed for a really great price.

I always enjoy going to Sally Beauty Supply. Their products are quality and the staff is helpful. They have new nail wrap sets. I m looking forward to trying them out.

Service was slow. Return was complicated.

We love Sallys. The workers are always friendly and helpful. You can run in and out or you can get lost in all the possibilities for hours. Not a huge store but lots of stock. Only problem is since we have long hair, we need 3-4 boxes of dye per head. They dont always have that many of each color in stock so we Franenstein our colors.

A friend of mine (who is a cosmetologist) recently purchased some real human hair extensions from this location. They were already a light blonde, though she planned to lighten and tone them a bit to match her hair a bit better. She asked the woman at the store if it is safe to color them and the woman told her that she could color, bleach, and tone them, that theyre real human hair, so it would be fine. My friend, who is, as I said a cosmetologist and knows her stuff when it comes to coloring and lightening hair, tried to lighten the extentions. After she finished and started to brush them out, the hair was coming off in clumps. We called the store and they told us that there isnt anything that they can do. No refund or replacement offered. We contacted corporate and they also said they there is nothing they can do. They did say we could send the extensions to their office in Texas and they would take a look at them and possibly replace them. Even after we explained that she was leaving the country to visit family in a week or so, which is why she purchased the extentions, they didnt seem to care. Be careful with what you purchase from this company, as they will not be helpful if the product is defective. They have terrible customer service and obviously their products arent what they claim to be.

If there was a zero star I would put that.. They employees that work there dont know what there talking dont know product and worse customer service I will never go to this location ever again. Im sad that the telegraph store closed down..

Most of the employees are really rude in my experience and uneducated on a lot of the products the store offers - Overall just kind of sucks to the point I dread going to this location lol

If I could give a zero I would. Ive been going here for years and Im just finally fed up. They dont know what theyre talking about. They have horrible customer service. The place is always dirty and not organized. I will never go to this store again and I will advise all family and friends to do the same.

Always got what i need

Always have what i need and very friendly staff.

Not sure i like the change from the old rewards card to the new one. Not sure how much Ill actually save. I like their hair color and hair care products. Makeup is hit or miss - when i find something i like, they stop carrying it.
