Mixed experience. 5 stars for the sales person, 4 stars for the installers, 0 stars for the service, organization, scheduling and support. At one point the whole order got cancelled and the delivery got cancelled. Watch out that you get only 15 days for any exchanges - even if the appliance you received doesnt work properly. Thats where I had issues. The dishwasher was partially installed (due to plumber coming the next week) and the cooktop was delayed by another week due to the countertop issues. Therefore I had no dirty dishes to wash for almost 3 weeks after the dishwasher was delivered. The first time I use it, it doesnt work, doesnt circulate water, doesnt pump the water out. Spent over a week going round and round with the installers, geek squad, etc. When installers came they called and the person said theyd exchange the dishwasher and wed get a call to schedule delivery within an hour. No call back. We checked back, got transferred from department to department - store, geek squad, delivery people. No one could just set up an exchange. Finally they say that its been over 15 days and the dishwasher is mine - call GE to get warranty service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I will never, ever buy an appliance from this company ever again. Go to Lowes or Home Depot. They stand behind the products they sell and have a longer period of time if you have an issue. I still have a non-working dishwasher as I have to wait YET ANOTHER WEEK to get a GE appliance service person here.
