They have foreseen several service requirements on my 15 year old Tacoma. Provide straightforward service advice. Prices are not low but seem reasonable. Service reps are not pushy and are always courteous and helpful. Have taken my truck here for service since I purchased it new.

Will not use Toyota of Melbourne Shuttle after tomorrow morning. I waited today for 1.5 before I could get a ride. While waiting, service calls me with a price to my home phone, but couldnt start the work until my approval. When I called back, I ask why he didnt come find me as I was in the waiting room. He said he thought I was gone with the shuttle. Due to it was late that he got my approval, my car wont be ready until possibly tomorrow morning. Aghh

10K service was thorough...31 points! In less than 2 hours.Their workroom are Fabulous while you wait.

Ive had to pull in without an appointment and these guys took me with no hesitation. This dealership is honest, friendly with gr8 prices. They dont tell you you need work done when you DONT.I used to go to another Toyota place where I found them dishonest,Its worth my drive going here.Jeep it up guys gr8 customer service

Sometimes feel like they must use junk parts. Get new brakes about a year ago and they say they are bad. No thanks. Going back to Hyundai for next car

Its the only place I would take my Tundra and my wifes Camry. The sales staff is amazing as well as the service department and Chris Heinz does an amazing job managing this dealership.

Charged my tire rotation fee, but didnt do it and didnt tell me. The managers attitude was very bad and he tried his best to quibble.

First time visit. Took my Camry in for an oil change. Friendly service guys. Ive never used the dealer, after purchasing a vehicle, for the vehicle maintenance. Mind you, there was a time where they didnt offer these new, free car maintenance programs they offer now a days. Besides, I didnt purchase my car brand new nor from Toyota of Melbourne. I always had the assumption that dealers were more expensive and were just, out to get you. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the oil change (just as competitive as other auto maintenance shops) and there was no pressure. Great facility and waiting area(s)! I think Ill be giving them more of my car car business.

Absolutely horrible I want to go get my oil changed and the lady said appointment only on Sunday to travel all the way from Palm Bay to Melbourne its ridiculous I just wanted it an oil change and they couldnt get that right

Dropped off husbands Tundra for a recall repair at 7 am and was told it would be a couple of hours. No call or text by 1 pm so said to ourselves its got to be done by now and headed over. Get there to find that its not done because they had mistakenly done someone elses vehicle before ours even though we had the early appointment. Then the svc mgr (John) or whatever his title is comes in and starts talking to my husband even though I was the one who was doing the talking, asking the questions...like I was not even there. Hell will freeze over before I go back there. The lack of communication is completely unprofessional and ignoring me to talk to my husband was just the cherry on the cake.

Brought my truck in and the staff was extremely helpful in getting my information. I was in and on my way in no time at all. High marks all the way around.
