Although I cannot speak for tattoos, I’ve had 3 piercings done here in the past 3 years (a conch, septum and belly button). I’ve also had other body jewelry changed here, ALL done by Nate. He was always extremely professional, clean and kind. He was also happy to answer any questions I had and honest with his own opinion based on his own piercing experiences. I found that helpful and comforting. I feel like for a piercing parlor in a mall, this is a better, more personable place to go than piercing pagoda (and they won’t use a gun on you). I look forward to getting more piercings done by Nate (tomorrow, at the earliest)!

I got a vertical labret piercing today from Nate. It was awesome he was very understanding of my anxiety and walked me through everything. 100% recommend every time. Will definitely be back.

I was super nervous for my first tattoo but they were super understanding and they made me feel comfortable and we joked and had fun with it. When you walk out of the shop and someone warns you not to get the tattoo there, listen to them. After stopping in in the morning, my wife scheduled an appointment for later in the week and paid the deposit. When we walked out someone warned us not to go here. My wife chalked it up to them just not liking the tattoo they got. We checked out the artist artwork and it looked good. We got a call around noon the same day saying the artists appointment canceled and we can come in at 1:30. We did. My wife waited until 3:30 which is an excessive amount of time to wait. we tried to get the deposit back because she had to leave. Since they already copied the internet image onto the stencil, they would not refund it. I cant comment about the quality of work but I can say, if its anything like their customer service, dont do it.

Chanie has done my last 3 tattoos and I am satisfied with every one. Justin did the one before that. Good place. Good people. Good vibes

Their main concern is the comfort of their clients. The salon is spotlessly clean. They are so polite, professional and caring. I’ve had two done and was thrilled with the results. I’m going in for another but I’m not young so I have smaller ones. I can’t say enough good things about them!!!

Just got my tongue pierced today by Josh. He did a great job with it. Very quiet and to the point. In and out in 10 minutes. Very clean. My friends and I could smell the cleanliness of the shop. The only thing I have a very miniscule problem with, is the lack of hard copy cleaning instructions before you leave. But Google is always there so I have no issue if I need a question answered. I’ve had to undergo the SURGICAL REMOVAL of a keloid on my ear because of Inkspot’s negligence. Months ago I came in and purchased a hoop earring for my cartilage piercing. I also asked for them to remove and replace my old earring with the one I purchased. The girl at the front desk told me she could do this, and took me to the back- not only did she visibly struggle to put in my new jewelry, she had to ask for the help of another employee. After about twenty minutes, the new hoop earring was finally in my ear- it was too tight and my ear was red. I was assured by both employees that the jewelry would fit and the redness would subside within a few hours- it didn’t. The area around my ear was red, tender, and painful for days- a bump started to form. I had to use pliers to cut off the jewelry from my ear because it was so tight- the hoop did not reach the full circumference of my ear cartilage. Within days, the bump grew into a full keloid that I subsequently had to get surgically removed at a dermatologist. Whatever you do, don’t go to this place. I went in for a simple jewelry change and had to deal with pain, discomfort, and surgical expenses because of it.

I scheduled an appointment for nipple piercings with Faith and she was amazing! She explained everything thoroughly and made the entire experience less nerve-wracking. Definitely will come back for more piercings

I had a very good piercer named Faith. She did everything to make sure while I was getting pierced that I was comfortable and safe. COVID-19 safety precautions were practiced at all times.

I would not recommend this place. I got a nose piercing four months ago and it didn’t heal properly. I had a bulk or keloid because of the angle that the piercer did mine. I’ve been having itching, swelling and redness on the area. And in fact the material of the jewelry was cheap. So don’t do your piercing at Ink Spot in Melbourne Square unless you plan to waste money.

Right now I am only giving 4 stars because we have not had them do any piercings or tattoos...yet. They are very knowledgeable and have serious skills but what was really impresskve to me was how honest they are with their clients and how they look out for them both before and after they do their thing. I will post more after we have them do the work...which we are excited to have done!

I highly recommend Nate for any piercing, he’s done 3 of mine and always explains things amazingly. He makes sure you understand exactly what he’s doing and how to care and clean for each piercing. I have brought numerous people to him and they all loved him. I come all the from Orlando just to see him and refuse to go to any other piercer. It’s a clean shop and they all know what they’re doing.

I was pierced by Nate Flores. I got my first 2 piercings here. I got an industrial bar and a belly button piercing. It didn’t hurt like I thought they would, 100/10 would definitely come here again 😁

I have gotten a tattoo from here on a whim twice now and they did not disappoint! The most recent being Friday the 13th and they actually had a good selection compared to other shops in the area.

Extremely disappointed. The guy who did my tattoo screwed up the drawing and spent an hour of my session trying to redraw it. Left after two sessions with tattoo partially finished ( even tipped) to which he told me he would give me extra time on next session to compensate. Fast forward 3 months, he is ducking me and not answering text messages. I come in, in person and Im told he is now working at a new place. Trying to be optimistic I text the artist again only to get a response a week later at 12 am saying yo. When I responded back if he was still going to work on my tattoo I got radio silence.So now I have a tattoo thats half shaded and unfinished and I cant even get a hold of the artist and at this point dont even want to.

Dont give these guys money up front. 3 months later a small tribal still isnt drawn and guy is giving excuses . Telling me now Im screwed out of my money cause theres no way Im letting him put a needle on my body at this point. I remember he told me a story where he did this to someone else. I should have caught on. I even said Id still get it if the girl did it but he just wanted to argue and screw me over.

Kat is an amazing artist! She designed a custom sleeve for me, and its the most beautiful artwork I have on my body. She is absolutely my go to girl for all of my tattoos. Got my nose pierced by Josh, he was super kind and gentle. It didnt hurt, even though we were having a little trouble finding the right ring since my nostrils are a little weird. Josh was very patient, and ended up piercing my husbands tongue as well because of the trouble my nostrils were giving lol. All in all we left very happy and cant wait to go back for more piercings!!

I got my daughters name on my arm and the artist John made it super bulky and not the font I wanted at all. He didn’t let me look he just went straight for the tattoo. Now I have to get a cover up tattoo. I do not recommend this place.

I got my nose pierced 4 months ago and I cleaned it every night and day. So I took it out to clean it, only for it to be impossible to put back. The piercing on the inside immediately closed & the nose ring being a cork screw makes it even harder to try and put it back in! Disappointed.

I got my double helix done today, Nate did a great job it looks wonderful. He was super nice and tells you all you need to know. Ill definitely be back for more piercings!

Not bad but not great. For a quick piercing its fine, but the pricing for rings are pretty high. I got a friday the 13th tattoo and it was ok, but not perfect.

Ask for Kat. She has a soft touch and does great work. A real plus was what a sweet person she was.

I called earlier to get details on a piercing that me and my sister wanted and when I received the information I said good and you guys dont closer until 6? okay I will let her know Im on my way. Me and my sister got there at 5:40 to be told we are closed. They failed to mention about them stopping piercings at 5:30 you also work in the mall so you dont close until 6:00pm. I had my sister drive all the way up here for nothing. You just lost two new customers. Everything happens for a reason.

Very nice of Chris to set up an appointment for me on Sunday at 2:00pm when the place isnt even open! Waste of time and gas. He was supposed to fix screw up #3 being as the last stripe on my Flag is a completely different color as the rest (due to him forgetting a stripe on my 1st visit and having to come back to add it on trip #2). There are 7 red stripes on the American flag bud!!!. You need to get another job and leave the tattoos to the professionals! Do NOT ask for Chris if you come to this place!!!

Nate was the rudest most belittling person I ever met! Completely degraded me for bringing my own (gold) nose ring to be pierced and tried to make me feel stupid because I was allergic to stainless steel! No one is allergic to this- its medical grade and used in defibrillators um first of all that is not relevant to and second I know what I can and cannot use. Not to mention he said my nose was too big. Yes he ACTUALLY said that!! Absolutely disgusting costumer service. Would never waste a dollar there.

I got my first tattoo here, about six, almost seven years ago. This place was completely horrible with tattoos. Piercings were okay, but this place is not worth it. Overprice, newbies at tattoo work whom dont know how to be professional, and too small of a place to actually relax and enjoy getting tatted.

The lines are terrible especially on mine my husbands wasnt even drawn on correctly and when I tried to make an appointment to fix them the dude made up just about any excuse not to! When my girlfriend and I walked into the shop out if curiosity because of some of the stories Ive heard about the place I came upon a girl at the front desk that was dressed in flip flops, sweat pants and a tank top of which her bulbous stomach was sticking out of. I shouldve left right away because of that. After she finally got off her phone from what I can only assume must have been an extremely important call enough to ignore me for 10 minutes, I asked to see some portfolios. All the pictures were out of focus and half of them were printed on paper instead of being actual photos. Im not sure what was more shocking, that they were proudly displaying their horrible work or that there are people that are stupid enough to pay to have these clowns mutilate them.

Kat is an amazing artist . I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my work . I have several tattoos done by her . Always friendly and always end up with great tattoos .

I went in with two other people and we all got tattoos by different artist. Two out of the three of us are not happy with them. Mine showed signs of infection and indeed was. On top of all that the color has faded to the point where you cant even tell what it is. The only reason they get two stars from me is because one person out of our group had a great experience. Their tattoo artist no longer works there btw.

My daughter got her surface piercing ny her ear done there. They used the wrong bar first off. They used a long curved bar. 2nd she was experiences some swelling and a bump in the middle of it. She went back there 2xs to ask if it was rejecting or normal. They told her all normal, in fact to change the bar. Went to another tattoo park or to look at bars, turns out her whole ear was infected and rejecting! Do not go to this place for a piercing! They have no idea what they are doing

My father got a tattoo at this location 3 months ago waiting for it to heal before returning for his touch up . When we went for the touch up they claimed the person who originally did the tattoo quit so they were unable to touch up the tattoo without paying the original price for the tattoo. The manager lost his cool due to the fact that we were upset customers he even threw his phone! And again this is the MANAGER. Some type of accommodation or sympathy would of been appreciated after all it is not our fault that there employee quit why should we have to pay for his mistakes? As a business you should take responsibility for your work and accommodate your customers! The tattoo business is a word of mouth business I would not recommend this place for anyone. Thier customer service is horrible, thier professional is beyond accepted. Craziest part about this was that we were actually going to make an appointment for 3 tattoos which would of easily been over $800 due to a $50 touch up they lost out in business and referrals. Do not go here they will not care for you or your tattoo!

Dont bother going here. The person who did my tattoo was awful cocky as he decided to critic the art on my body then left messed up lines and trailed a line that he said he would fix when he touched it up. Now he is avoiding touching up my tattoo. When I called the person who answered said he had no scheduled appointments and when he decided to talk to me he said he was full for a few days. Originally when I went he also tried to screw me on tattoo prices. Not even worth it.

Made my daughters appointment for her FIRST tattoo. Got there, Kat had left early. The guy called her and handed the phone to me. She said it was a bad day...told me to come back another day. So much for appointments. Wow. My daughter was deeply disappointed.

I got a belly buttom peircing here. The girl who did it was pretty rude she didnt give me any cleaning information or info about the peircing she gave me. When I tried to ask about cleaning amd care she handed me a peice of paper and sent me on my way. I have 7 other peircings so I bought the proper cleaning products. For months I was in agony even though I cleaned everyday with saline solution and antibacterial soap. My entire belly button turned black and the inside of my skin where the metal was touching also hardened and turned black. The peircing was so cheap I couldnt get it off and my mother had to help me remove it with a pair of pliers. Awful experience all around! I dont know if they didnt use proper sanitation or it was a poor quality of metal. I have a permanent uhly scare for the rest of me life. Beware.

This was the worse place i have ever been too..... i got my cartilage pierced a week ago and they put a lip ring in my helix and my ear was fine at first they didnt tell me how to clean my ear and they stabbed me in the helix like michael M the killer would do with his victims. A week later i find my ear is swollen burning and red i thought it was my hair so i then had a feeling to go tO where i got my belly button and the piercer there was so worried she said i had a lip ring in my helix and that my ear is bruised and that my ear is suffocating. She then told me a girl got her tongue pierced at the mall place .... and she had a white tongue and she had to go to the ER and she found out she had like 6 diseases. If you want diseases or unhealthy things go to this place or you can go to a healthy tattoo shop.

I went in just to look around, and ended up talking to an artist who quoted me 800 dollars for my tattoo, I got it done for 150 by an artist that is 10 times better. This is a mall studio, praying on 18 year old mall kids that dont know better, just keep walking.
