I’m a floater from Sephora to Ulta, I don’t have a favorite location because I really just go when I need to stock up on supplies. The woman who checked me out yesterday was so professional & helpful. I think I could have probably purchased more than what I did if she was helping me select more items. She was a great listener & wasn’t pushy on protects. She did add a great dry shampoo to my regime. She was understanding.Sometimes when you go to these stores the staff isn’t always friendly & they don’t listen to your perspective. I will pursposly look dumpy to avoid people helping me or to see what type of treatment I will receive.

We made an appointment for a skin care demo. Of course we arrived early, we were greeted nicely and asked to browse until the event started. Staff on the floor were helpful and answered questions.The demo did not start on time. In fact we had to suggest it was time to start. After suggesting about 10 minutes after the time, there was no sense of urgency to start the demo.Slightly irritated we decided to purchase a few items and leave. Disappointed at the lack of respect for the Customers timeou.

They know their products and are very customer service oriented. Staff is always helpful. Quality products, good prices.

I have my hair done every three weeks and have never had a bad experience. Marianne is always professional, prompt, and does a great job. And as for the reviewer who says she doesn’t wear a mask, I beg to differ. Since early last year, every time I have had my hair done, every body in the shop is wearing a mask.

Customer service should be the same for all customers . Also they were caught selling returned items as new. I purchased this press powder only to find out someone else had already used it and returned it. The national news did a large investigative story on the chain of stores and found this to be happening all over. Because of this Ulta Beauty has lost a number of customers including myself, my family and friends. Word to the wise, if you still choose to shop here at your own risk please be sure to check if what you are purchasing is infact brand new.

I have been a client of Marianne Raccas for many years and have been coming to ULTA since she began working there. Marianne is VERY professional every time I have been in her chair. She is a master of color, highlighting and cuts. She listens to what my thoughts are and will be honest if she thinks that a certain cut or color wouldnt work. Marianne is very personable and helpful and she takes the greatest care in cleaning/sanitizing her station and always wears a mask and insists her clients do as well. I love ULTA for so many reasons and always find the employees to be extremely helpful and courteous.

I have been seeing Marianne Racca for many years in Viera Ulta. She is an amazing stylist/colorist. Especially during this latest issue with COVID-19, she has made me feel very safe, asking me many questions upon arrival and following safe protocols.

I was able to get a last minute appointment with Gina and she was wonderful! She put up with me talking her ear off and handled my super thick, long hair without complaint! I Ive found my stylist!

Lovely little store. Not all Ultas carry MAC cosmetics. This store does! I just needed a new powder. They did not carry my powder but had the shade on either side of it. The MAC employee told me it is a scaled down selection so you still may have to order from MAC directly, depending on what you’re looking for.Due to COVID there is no testing or sampling. The employee said that if something doesn’t work, just bring it back for a refund.

The customer service at Viera Ulta is incredible and they treat you with kindness and sincerity. I also feel like the staff are so much more knowledgeable and trustworthy in their recommendations on products. Each time I have gone to the Viera location I have had a positive experience. The manager has even gone out of her way to create a positive outcome when she didnt have to.

Confusing with so many products, hard to find items. Their hair styling tools are visible but cant try them.out and prices are very high

I enjoy going into Ulta. The salespeople are very helpful. I was habing a hard timd matching my skin tone and they were able to help and due to Covid, if the make-up doesnt match i can return it with no problems.

By far the worst Ulta experience I have ever had. I use Ulta for my cosmetics because I usually have a wonderful experience and I love the dedicated customer service. Unfortunately during my shopping experience today, I left never wanting to enter another Ulta again. I am a biracial 25 year old female and I was shopping with my mom who is white. I had two smaller items while I looked for a nail file and as I bent down to look at the nail file a sales associate abruptly came around the corner and aggressively asked what I needed help finding. Although I would love to think this question was in the best interest of my shopping experience, I couldn’t help but feel extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. I nicely responded with no thank you but I couldn’t help but wonder why I was aggressively questioned while my mom in the isle over, a white woman with small items just like me was over looked. I understand shop lifting is a constant battle in retail but after today’s experience at this Ulta and how terrible I feel I will probably be switching my businesses elsewhere.

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable is an accurate description of the staff. The store is clean, well organized and usually sufficiently stocked.

Very wide selection for all skin types and colors. Diverse staff that all have their makeup perfectly done. If you need your makeup done I highly recommend the salon. Very talented makeup artists there.

Did an order pick up months ago and they gave me the wrong item. Didn’t realize till I got home and opened it and it was too late.I went to the store a couple of days ago to try to find a product inside and not one associate greeted me or said a single word the entire twenty mins I was inside. Not a word when I left either. Never shopping at this location again.

Visited with my daughter for some new products and to get some face masks. Amy was super helpful in directing us to what to look for and products she recommends along with answering any questions we had Very clean with dividers at the checkout and samples closed up to minimize the possibility of passing along COVID virus between customers.

The sales associates at this Ulta location at The Avenues in Viera are superb! They are never pushy or intrusive, but always make themselves available to their customers. They make every customer feel like they are the most important people in the store. I would give them 10 stars if that was available. Thank you, ladies!!

I had never shopped at an Ulta before and thought I would try it as I was having trouble finding an eyeshadow I liked and thought this would be a good place to try since their primary business is cosmetics. But this was a terrible shopping experience and I will never shop there again! The sales staff were more interested in talking with each other than helping a customer. I wandered around looking to see if I could find what I was looking for. In the process my arm scraped the corner of a very sharp edge of an end counter and put a small gash in my arm that started to bleed. I approached a sales person who was just standing around and told her what happened and she began laughing! When I said it really wasn’t funny because I was bleeding she continued to laugh and just stared at me. Maybe she didn’t speak English but I don’t know because she just stood there and grinned. I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had in a store. I guess I’ll have to go to a drugstore for my cosmetics and better customer service.

Good Ulta. Despite the holiday crowd there was plenty of associates to help color match me and find what I needed. The line even moved efficiently. My usual Ulta doesnt have MAC and this one does so I spent extra time there, and another helpful associate. Overall great experience and would be there more if I lived around here

Ulta carries everything an individual could want Im regards to cosmetic, hair, nails, and various beauty products for women and men. This location offers a lovely shopping experience with friendly staff members knowledgeable on the in-store products.

I have been to the Viera store several times and I agree that no-one asked me if I needed help. In fact when I did purchase something, they had one cashier and the other one was talking to two other employees about when her shift was over. Finally someone acknowledged me but they certainly didn’t care about the customer. I have contemplated other services there but will find another place to go.

So I just went in and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I came up to three young ladies who are willing to help me and I flat-out said I have no clue what Im doing Im a big challenge! The girls listen to me and then a young lady named Ivy went ahead and started taking me around and describing all the different products that would help me in what I was actually looking for. The only thing that gets me is a prices butt if you need a good product you got to pay the money which Im willing to try a new product that Bare Minerals came out with. Also it was great that she showed me a new black eyeliner that doesnt run and its still on my hand at midnight after she put it on at 6 p.m. and I wash my hands and everything I cook dinner. The one thing that I picked on them for but I only did it to play was Bare Minerals had a free gift with purchase. Unfortunately they did not have the free gift available so I was joking around saying they should take down the signs if they dont have the free gift. So what they ended up doing is giving me something else to replace the actual one I was supposed to get. Everybody is always so nice whenever I go there and I will continue to go there. I did tell the girl about the bad experience I had at Sephora and she understood why I was complaining. Thank you girls for helping me do an easy daily fast routine.

I really needed a haircut while I was on my way to Orlando so I stopped in at this Ulta and couldn’t have been happier. Just by sheer luck Megan was available and took me right away and cut and styled my hair perfectly the way I asked and had me out and on the road in no time. I really I lived closer to the Ulta because everyone there was super nice.And to anyone who has Megan as your regular stylist. Lucky you 👍.

Poor customer service ! My daughter turned 14 and was so excited to go to Ulta for her first time. I have traveled all over and shopped Ulta in different states and just love Ulta BUT I WILL NOT RETURN to the Viera store! I was extremely disappointed in the staff. We walked around the entire store and nobody offered to help us. Several of the staff looked once at me and turned to co worker and rushed off to look busy. The looks were hurtful and certainly not welcoming. I eventually reached out for help which the girl was resistant to do. I asked about brushes and she told me where I could find them. I am a supervisor and typically dont complain but given the situation; this was for my daughter and I was trying to induce her to a store where she could get make up advice and help but experienced anything but that. I hope a store manager reads this and takes the time to reach to staff that sometimes all in a days work, impressions can be damaging.

My wife loves this place and so do all the other women I have met... So Im guessing its a great place for you ladies other.. They have like every makeup line possible... So yea yall enjoy...

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Booked in the store in advance for a cut and balayage, when I showed up for the appointment I was informed there wasn’t enough time and she “had a time schedule for other customers who booked in advance “ given the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I would not recommend using this place. My friend scheduled after me was also informed there was not enough time for hers and had to take up both of our appointment slots. Apparently some customers are more important than others at this salon.

Paid $100 for a perm and sit for 3 hours to leave with straight hair, no responds when reach out to company with dissatisfaction. I have had several perms done before with my long hair with no issues and the stylist was trying to tell my my hair had to be cut shorter to show wave.

As far as beauty stores go, I usually have a good experience here. Im often uncomfortable with makeup stores, employees are often snotty and dont give good service to someone who wants something simple rather than 567 products to look like a clown. But this store has been pretty good. Ive gotten friendly and honest help. The lady at checkout was great today. And they tend to keep better stocked than the closest Sephora.

Came in right before a wedding.. I mean like a few hours before... the whole entire team helped get my hair a make-up in gear! Bad ass people! I like shopping here; they have so many products and they have a lot of helpers walking around. Im just not 100% sure how much help they can offer. I am not sure anyone could be on top of the thousands of products they stock. I would actually be happier if they had an iPad or something and typed in your requirements rather than listening and recommending. The girl who helped me wasnt familiar with the product I came in for, so she sold me something else. Not that what she sold me was better than what I asked for, only that she didnt know anything about the one I wanted so she sold me the makeup she wears. Or so she said. But it would have been helpful to have a little kiosk in the store where you could look at reviews and decide what to buy. Of course you can do it on your phone, but thats hard to do when the helper is hovering over you telling you that the product in your hand is perfect for you. At least I can return what I bought....

I never leave bad reviews but I feel compelled. I walked in and no one said hi. I looked around and no one asked if I needed help and I really did. I needed help with skin care and I couldn’t find what I needed so it cost them a good $100 dollars they could have got. I went to check out with a foundation I am splurging in for myself and they wouldn’t take my coupon and said it was part of the prestige line but it was not the prestige brand. I just felt really ugly, unwelcome and bothersome to be honest. Nevermind. Thanks for being jerks.

First time in an Ulta and I have to say it is much nicer than Sephora, a lot more relaxed and more variety. But I wish all brands had their own sections since some just have select products from certain brands.

Used to be able to get samples of most any product, all brands. Now only 2 brands provide samples and not lipcolor. Doesnt help when u want to try/compare products

Brandi, the hairstylist, did an AMAZING JOB ON MY HAIR. i have a wedding to go to on friday but fly out tomorrow and made a last minute decision to get my hair colored and wanted it as close to my original hair color as possible. she matched it PERFECTLY and my hair turned out so perfect!! they use top of the line products and i could not be happier. This Ulta has everything that is expected of an Ulta. But I have to say Ive never been all that impressed with the service. Ive been in here many times and have only been helped once. And its not because Ive said I dont need it. When I was helped, the woman was great. I spent significantly more than I had planned because she was so helpful in picking products. But most of the time when I go in, I get a hello and thats it. Maybe Im just unlucky? Im not sure. All I know is the service leaves much to be desired.

OMG these girls are amazing. I am in my 50s and always looking for things that will enhance me. I am not into plastic surgery. These girls hooked me up with lipstick that stays on all day. They even introduced me to eyebrow enhancer. Just these and my normal makeup has brightened up my face. My face lights up the room. People I run into ask me what I have done differently and I am happy to share my experience there

My hair salon appointment a few month ago was very dissapointing after a consultation that I have being assured that they can do the things on my hair I asked for. Today was a more upsetting one with the cashier. I had to return some items that I bought yesterday I sure felt like that I am committing a crime after dealing with the cashier. I really felt like I was doing something wrong I felt so uncomfortable. If I dont wear make up at that time and have no stilettos on that doesnt mean that I am less of a person.

Went to Ulta Salon for the first time today and was very impressed. Kyla cut and styled my hair just as I asked and even gave me tips on how to do it myself at home. I have found my new go-to salon!

Perm was an absolute disaster! They dont have anybody that can do it right. I found an excellent hair salon that cuts for half the price and for the first time right.Prices are high and for the longest time they havent replenished certain IT cosmetics. I never find what I need.The Young ladies look like clowns out of a wax museum. Tons of make up. Does that entice me to walk up to them, saying, I really like your look, how can I achieve that? UGLY. I go very rarely now. There are better places to shop and get hair done.

Extremely friendly staff! I dont understand all of the negative reviews and the rude experiences. Ive been here a couple times and have always been treated well.If you ever want to get your hair done at Ultas salon, I highly recommend booking with Kaylee. Im always so happy with the results. Shes great at blending, an expert with lightening hair, and overall just really talented.

Very friendly staff and they had what I needed in stock. Enjoyed the store which wasnt my regular store, I just happened to be in the area and it was convenient to stop there and shop. Plus there were lots of ladies my age shopping which I liked!

Been in here 3 times in 1 month hoping to pick up concealer but they are still out of my shade! Awful inventory and terrible organization. I have never seen an Ulta so skimpy and bare. From what I understand the location of this store is new so I dont understand the issue and as a previous resident of Orlando, the scarce selection is something I would expect from stores there but I never ran into this problem. This store needs to get it together.

Its a beauty extravaganza in here, lol. Associates are friendly & helpful. Its like Sephora but MUCH more. Many brands to choose from with a broader selection of upper scale cosmetics & also some lower ones as well. I like that they carry a lot of cruelty free products. They also have a full beauty salon; hair, facials, lash/brow tx. as well. You will definitely find what you need & then some here😊. Only downside is theyre a little overzealous on pushing their credit card. All & all nice place to go crazy shopping if you got some bucks to spend 😁

I have used the services of their beauty salon too and the prices are reasonable.I buy my make up, skin care and hair care products there. Very organized and have a lot in stock compared to the West Melbourne location, but the women at the registers are terrible. The women at the MAC displays are always so helpful and have the best customer service. Viera is just a snobby town anyway so Im not surprised some of their employees act like this.
