We built a new home and used Hammond Kitchen to install our cabinets. It is difficult to build a home during a pandemic to say the least. We had a few issues with product along the way however all of our concerns were answered. They have really nice and professional people working for them. In the end, our cabinets look awesome!

I stopped in the showroom and picked out the cabinets and countertops. Made an appointment for JP to come out and measure my space. He was a no show the first time but did call much later and reschedule. He came out and measured my kitchen but forgot to measure my 2 bathrooms. Was supposed to get back with me for the price later in the week. Nope didnt happen. Sent a text that would get with me later and again that didnt happen. They were too busy in the showroom for him to work up my estimate. Now a month later and still no word from a company that had what I wanted. If I am treated this way upfront then how will I be treated when they have my kitchen gutted? Wasted time and now I have to start over looking for a kitchen and bath company.

I called this morning to try and see if they would be able to assist installing kitchen cabinets that were bought elsewhere. The gentleman that answered was very short with me and to be honest, had such a negative attitude that I felt a need to write a review.I 100% understand if the company does not install cabinets from other suppliers, but that does not mean getting short or talking to folks like they are somehow less because we aren’t sure of how these things normally go.We are installing a whole new kitchen and honestly would have bought your suppliers cabinets but just haven’t done this before. But that is never a reason to be short with a customer.

The whole team and Hammond Kitchen and Bath was very professional and attentive. Chris did an amazing job listening to our needs and wants and designing the kitchen we wanted. The follow up and attention to detail has been second to none. I highly recommend them for your kitchen or bathroom needs.

The process was simple and and our kitchen was installed without an issue.While going through the design process new suggestions clearly made the final design better and clearly a more functional kitchen. We could not be happier!

We Werent sure what we wanted till we went to the showroom and talked with Chris. Installation was smooth and finished without problems. They did everything as we expected. Cant ask for more.

Had an outstanding experience with them. They were very helpful in picking out the right cabinets for our bathroom remodel. We also decided to upgrade the contertops to an awesome looking quartz. They installed everything on time and were very quick about it. We didnt have any issues whatsoever. They even provided some spare pieces of quartz for our shower step and niches for FREE. They didnt have to do that, but helped me out anyway. Highly recommend!

I have called this company 3 different times over the course of 3 months and asked for someone to come out and measure to give me a quote on new kitchen counters.Each time they have given my a relatively quick date and time after the call that they would be out to do the required measurements and each time as I waited at home for them, they never showed. I ended up having to go elsewhere.

Called for new kitchen remodel. Their knowledge and expertise are beyond any expect ions I have. They were friendly courteous and prompt. The workmanship was that of pure excellence and perfection. The seams are nearly invisible and my kitchen now looks like a masterpiece. We had a great experience with Hammond Kitchens installing new quartz countertops in our existing kitchen. Chris was friendly and efficient. He provided suggestions when we wanted them but was not overbearing with his opinions. The installers were hard working and polite. I returned later for a small remnant of granite for another project and found excellent service and helpful attitude yet again.

We contracted Hammond in 2016 to remodel our Kitchen. They did a very good job and delivered as promised with all our requirements. Overall, we were pleased with the way Mr. Chris Hammond treated us and with the quality of the work. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a nice kitchen remodel.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. cheap products, poor workmanship, and inadequate workers. Measurement were off, they had to come back and reinstall a lot of the cabinets hardware. The paint was rough so they had to send them back, the hardware wasnt working and a lot of the pieces came broken. I completely regret spending the money I did here and its a little over a year and paint is chipping and a little bit of water can cause major damage. Stay far away!

We shopped around looking for quality kitchen cabinets and a bathroom cabinet. We wanted solid wood cabinets that were going to last for a reasonable price. We decided on Hammond Kitchen and Baths. They impressed us from the design all the way to the installation. We saw up front the quality of what we were buying and they have been in business for almost 30 years.The cabinet installers were on-time and very professional. Very clean work and the John did a great job of designing the cabinet and getting the most out of our space, while keeping the kitchen symmetrical and clean. They were so many selections to choose from and we were a little lost in what we wanted. We were pointed in the right direction and told why it would work. I could not be happier.Overall - I have to say that I am very pleased with the work, cabinets, and price with Hammond Kitchens and Baths and I would recommend them to anyone

Chris poor customer service overshadowed the good job done by the people he hires to do the work. We put our deposit on 12/9 and the stone was in 1/10 but the install was not done until 2/9,. I had to contact both Chris and his template guy several times to get them to come out to template. Then I had to contact Chris again several times the next week to get them to start the install. Chris never initiated conversation and further caused delays by not telling us we had to re-pick a stone piece, one of his workers told us the day of installation. Our main kitchen piece was brought in with the seam in the wrong place and not per the drawing we signed up to. Chris said he could not do it to the drawing but it was very frustrating to have this be a surprise the day of installation as we didnt like the seam location. I dont understand why Chris did not feel this was important enough to contact us and try and work out a better solution. A seam in our most used counter space right above the middle of the dishwasher was not ideal.That weekend we went to Chris to discuss options for our frustrations. Chris was quick to become agitated and rude, raising his voice, using foul language and threatening to walk out. We did receive 2% back as we thought this was better than his offer of i will rip your counters out on my dime and place a seam where ever I want. We did over 120 sq ft of quartz with Chris, an expensive job, but we never felt like valued customers.After this episode we still had the delayed piece left to install. By mid week we had once again not received a call from Chris and I had to contact him. He never responded but an hour later I received a call from Leonard saying the installer would be at my house in half hour, very inconvenient when you are in the middle of the work day. Luckily we were called by the actual installer and he was willing to schedule a time the next day.At this point we thought we were done but two days later we received a call from John Watson the general manager. John was courteous and actually apologetic for what happened. He seemed interested in helping and offered some further compensation. We refused as we did not want to do any further business with Hammond kitchens.

Hammond Kitchen and Bath did our bathroom vanities and also our kitchen and we couldnt be any happier. They were professional and helpful thru the entire process. Our cabinets came out great and the granite looks awesome. Highly recommend them for any cabinet or granite projects you have.

We have used HK&B several times over the past 20 years or so.When it comes to developing the concept and presenting options, theres nobody better than Chris. He really has an eye for this stuff. Our den unit, in particular, received nothing but great comments from guests.While there were some minor bumps in the road during execution, they were quickly and professionally addressed.

Called for an estimate, people came out (late), measured my counter tops then I never got a call back. Also while the man was here he pretty much shot down each of my ideas or said it couldnt be done. Called a week later, said they would have someone call or come by, never heard from them again. Wasted my time, dont waste yours! PS I found a great guy who was able to do all I wanted at a great price and in a timely manner! You can too just keep looking!!

Hammond Kitchens and Bath installed a home office for me and I couldnt be happier! From design to installation their customer service was above par. The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and am a very happy customer!

Built a home with Lifestyle and Hammonds is their choice for cabinet work. Where to begin, first the cabinets themselves are junk. The drawers dont open with ease. Some of them you have to open with force because they stick. We have the soft close and most of them dont close all the way. When they installed our hardware, they installed it incorrectly so each handle had a gap in them. We spoke with owner, he agreed it was a mistake and he would make it right with all new doors and handles. Turns out that he was just saying that to keep me happy. I think he thought I was stupid, he sent one of his guys out and they pushed the handles together and glued them. Leaving glue all over the handles. Told lifestyle contractor this was totally unexceptable. Hammonds is to replace all cabinet doors and handles. Still waiting on this to get done. They installed my sink, I went with a 40/60 split with the 40 on the right and the 60 on the left, they installed in backwards, couldnt be fixed unless they recut a new counter top. I let this mistake go, but they never offered anything in return. I saved them money by not making then recut the slab.Horrible company, cheap products, poor workmanship, inadequate workers, and an untrustworthy owner.I may have to seek legal counsel to get my cabinet doors and handles done!!They made my building a new kitchen experience awful!

Contacted them twice to get an estimate and received their auto responder that they would be in contact with me shortly, and then never heard back. It was a good indicator that this was how organized the company is. Thanks for nothing!
