Overpriced mostly made in a China junk. $25 min charge for non account customers. Staff for the most part has no experience with hardware. When you have a minimum order, this is a sign of company headed towards hard times. They will never compete with Grainger, MSC or McMaster Carr. Good stock to short....

Terrible customer service. Can’t walk in to get materials. As a service contractor with 4 locations in the state, they have lost my business.
