What a great store. They have everything you could ever want in Pandora. The friendly staff make sure you get the best customer service. They are great and I would give them 10 stars.

Very nice store. The sales associate Brooke was especially helpful. I was greeted right away with a smile. It was hard to choose from the large selection of affordable jewelry they have (I thought it was just bracelets and charms...) but they have earrings, necklaces, and rings too. A couple of the workers even speak Spanish which I think is very helpful. I will be back to shop more soon!

I own a lot of Pandora. I usually love coming to this store. I came in to buy a charm and first the girl was very nice. Then all of a sudden she got extremely rude. Michella tossed my bracelets at me and didn’t add the new charm on to my warranty. Maybe she makes it a habit of coming onto the men when they come in. Watch her husbands ladies! I will make the long drive to Orlando before I go back there again! I should’ve called Corporate!

Excellent service and friendly staff

I got a charm bracelet as a gift but it’s not my style and I wanted to use my gift receipt to exchange it for something I would wear. I drove an hour away to get here because this is the closest store to me. When I got to the mall at 10:50 I noticed the door says they open at 12 even though Pandora opens at 11 so I called to check and see what time they open. I was told that they do open at 11 but they would be closed all day today for inventory. I know it’s not anyone’s fault but I am so discouraged. I don’t know why they would do inventory in the middle of the day as opposed to after hours like most businesses ? I won’t be driving all the way back here again so I guess I have a bracelet that I won’t ever wear now and two hours worth of gas waisted.

I spend too much money when I walk in the door. Employees know their merchandise.

I went in to get a charm for daughter and what I got in return was an experience. Melissa helped me pick out the most gorgeous charm, clips and safety chain. They really listen to what you want and/or need. Thank you Pandora. I will be back again.

The experience I had at Pandora in Melbourne Square Mall was fabulous. I have never owned Pandora in my life, but because I was treated with such trust and respect I bought my first pieces. Melissa, the manager was excellent and very loving. She helped me and even convinced me of Pandoras amazing products. I came back for the third time today and Peter was there to assist me with all my questions during their awesome sale. Sue who also speaks Spanish was their to help me. My overall experience was spectacular. I recommend this store to anyone. I am officially a Pandora client.

I had such a peaceful experience in this store. Ive never had my bracelet cleaned ...Lisa helped me ...she was so sweet and caring. She made my bracelet look so beautiful and brand new I could not believe it. She took her time and helped me learn that some of my charms had been retired. It was special for me because now my bracelet went from a special occasion piece to an everyday piece. Thank you Pandora and Lisa my bracelet has new life in it :)

Called the manager Melissa to talk about an online order that I purchased and a promotional bracelet that I thought may be too small but she assured me to come into the store and she would swap it out for another one. I went in and met her and then I also met amazing Lisa...It worked out that I didnt have to exchange the bracelets and that they would be perfect size! I added a couple peices to the bracelets and I can definitely tell from Lisas style that she had great taste and not just great customer service. I would highly recommend this place for the jewelry but definitely for the shiny and perfect customer service...Thanks to them, i was very happy when I left the store!!!😄

Now that the Melbourne Square Mall has a GREAT Pandora store I have an unlimited selection of Pandora stuff to get for her.If you go to the store, you must ask for Melissa and Lisa.Thank You Melissa for your Stellar customer service, and much appreciation to Lisa for taking good care of my wife. You ladies have gained some repeat customers as long as you are there.
