Dont expect fancy because thats not what the story is about. If you want passion fancy go to Home Depot or Lowes. I love Harbor Freight and I save tons of money there over the other big hardware brands. Always nice no matter what location I go to.

I like this place. It can get you supplies at a fraction of the cost of Home Depot or Lowes. I recommend getting their sale ad and using their coupons for even further discounts. Most people are afraid to buy their power tools thinking since theyre so cheap they wont last, I have bought an angle grinder, a skill saw and a battery jump pack years ago and they all still work. I do handyman work, the grinder and skill saw are used almost daily.

Was looking for something specific as I entered the door I ask a cashier the location. She knew and advise me I went straight to it and was able to get in-and-out quickly.As I was checking out I inquired about the paper coupons and was told they wont be sending them out as frequently.I was advised they would be sending them out via emails in the future. I asked them to confirm they had my email address. They did not. They entered it. I expect I will start getting my coupons again.

I think there are new managers I had a great experience the last three times that I visited. There was two managers and they made sure people didnt wait too long. I exchanged a battery jumper and it went fast. They were very courtesy and professional. They have great low priced items and some items you can use over and over again, for half the price of big stores. I love the new feel of the store they are very efficient and seem to be on top of things. GREAT JOB

For a cheap tool store, not half bad!

The staff here is really helpful and knowledgeable on everything from what tools are best for particular projects to what their weekly ad base covers to get you the very best deals. The store is always clean and things are as they should be. The shelves arent too cluttered and the organization of the store actually makes sense. When it comes to a crafty project to just doing repairs or renovations around the house, theyve got whatever i need to get the job done at a price that works for my budget.

I have the 2000 watt power Inverter installed on my boat, its connected directly to my braker panel and runs my 32 inch flat screen TV 12 hours a day, runs a coffee maker every day, a shop vacuum, laptop and shaver, and I can run a 8 amp battery charger for my electric bicycle off this, it has been running for 2 or 3 years now 24 hours a day its on. I am running this off 2 8d batteries and 700 watts in solar panels, happy camper... buy all of my tools there and all is well...

Always helpful, People knock the Harbor Freight tools but I own several Hercules and Bower products and never had a issue with any of them. One of my 20v drives I Have dropped in saltwater,it did ruin the battery but the driver is still going and that was over a year ago. The same driver was used to remove very rusted 9/16 frame bolts from under my rv.The driver hammered and hammered, got so hot that I couldnt hold the metal part of it and I removed 16 of these bolts and its still going hard, I wouldnt trade it for 5 Dewalts

The staff was friendly and seemed to know where stuff was. Socially distancing was in full swing and I bought alot of good cheap drill bits. I dont to much like most of the cheap power tools that come from here. But that can be overlooked for this review since Im reviewing the store and employees not its products they earned the 5 stars there. Their power tools might be good for a guy that wants tools but does not use them often, mabey. Many of the hand tools are just fine.

I just left Harbor freight and tools and I have never been treated so wonderful by associate Dwayne. He was knowledgeable and acted as if he really loves his job! Very formative and as a women in a relatively mans store I got treated excellent from Dwayne. Good employee! Thank you.

Great selection good price hard to find products are there convienent location

Went in for a table top drill press and they actually had two different models for the same price. Inexpensive and will work just fine when I need to use. Couldnt see spending twice as much at the big stores for something I will only use once in awhile.

Harbor freight has doubled maybe even trippled the prices of thier surgical gloves and you get 50, where you were getting 100. Shame on them, they have lost my business

Great place for tools and a big selection. The quality is not quite as good as I would like but the prics are rock bottom. I use a hand held grinder a lot. Over the years I have bought several. The prices are so low that it is better to do that than to buy a high cost tool from another supplier.

Went in to buy a flashlight that was on sale $26.99 had a 20% coupon that did not exclude this item even the supervisor of the store Zack could not find the exclusion in the fine print but still refuse to honor my 20% coupon harbor freight puts these 20% coupons out to get you in the store and then they don’t honor the coupon in hopes that you would buy the item anyway it’s a scam

Always have a good deal on something I need.

The store is a hit-or-miss store. Do not go by the pictures of the equipment but carefully read the side of the package. One example is a wet tile table saw has no blade. The blade has to be purchased separately.And some of the tools will work as good as higher price name brand tools and appear to be the same. Some of the tools look good but will burn out after a couple uses. Dont waste your time on the step drill bits they will go dull very quickly I dont know what theyre made out of but it is not a long-lasting material . This store is very friendly toward exchanging for warranty replacement. Most Automotive tools such as sockets or gear wrenches are sold as sets. They have no separate sockets or wrenches to sell you.They always keep a person at the counter to check you out quickly.Parking is good, getting in and out of the store on Wickham Drive can be a slight delay due to traffic.

Harbor freight is a great place for wonderful prices on a foreign made tools.While snap on in Mac might have better warranties and might be better tools they cost way more moneyAnd can you can usually have a Harbor freight tool with a 30 minute drive

Great place to buy tools. If your a weekend mechanic or handyman you can get what you need here. The even have specialty items like dremel tool bits and motorcycle jacks.

Great place for good deals on tools. Many of their tools are cheap Chinese construction, but they keep getting better. Recently bought wrenches and a small compressor.
