UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading this review. The issue has been resolved. The Patch Superstore replaced all the patches that had an issue with a few days after contacting me. The new patches meet my high standards for quality. Based on the phone conversation and their response I can now recommend their services. Note if you have an issue dont rely solely on email it may make it into the spam folder and never be seen. Call and speak to a company representative to make sure theyre aware of any issues. Ive changed my 2 star rating to 5. Below is the original edited post so you may see the issue I had and how it was resolved....Ordered 100 patches, 37 were not unusable. Most of the unusable patches lettering appeared off center nearly touching the border. Several had loose threads, stitching and letters missing...

Promo Daddy did an amazing job on lanyards I ordered for the company I work for. The lanyards are full-color and of excellent quality. Ian was very responsive to my emails and easy to work with. His price was better than all the other vendors I obtained quotes from. Quick turnaround time too. I definitely recommend Promo Daddy and will be doing more business with them in the future.

These guys actually make products for some of the bigger name companies. I have bought thousands of their lip balms, and Ive had customers come back just to take one because its very good quality.
