Love their blizzards with extra Heath bar, its just delicious. All kinds of goodies there, including cakes. You can either eat in, that area is pretty small, or they have a drive-thru. Great customer service, and the young staff works very quickly and efficiently.

They always do the thing where they flip my cup upside down and it never falls out. I dont know why, but I love it when they do that. Awesome experience every time.

We went for a chicken tender combo with fries and ice cream. They did not have this like the one down south. We sat inside and enjoyed our icecream

I have never had an issue in the 20+ years I have been going here. The ice cream beer milkshakes were hurricanes are top notch. Who doesnt love ice cream? If you are in Suntree, give Dairy Queen a try and you wont be disappointed.

I’m going to be honest, this place is really sketch. Every time I have gone here, there has been a really weird interaction that just leaves me feeling uncomfortable. Plus, the owner is very creepy. Would not recommend.

We really like their products. Even with the pandemic restrictions you still get good dessert and fast service. We eat in the car. Still taste great. Its a good place to go to in the pandemic.

Been there 3 times each time I ordered a Misty Freeze and received a slushy (no ice-cream) first time we let it go, didnt feel like going back .The last 2 times I went in and complained. It was the same young lady everything that took my order,she was the one who even made it the last time !! So I believe she had no clue what the difference was being she asked a other employee what to do !! I wont be returning back there !! 3 nights in a row wrong order same mistake ...not good...

When you order a royal blizzard your paying for a royal blizzard. Not sure if they dont know how to make one or if they just dont care. The toppings are supposed to go down the middle like a core....just look at the picture. About an inch of topping and the rest was plain ice cream. Meh Ill go to tastey cone or Brewsters where they take pride in doing it right.

New management -- what a difference! I love their friendly, customer-service attitude, and it shows with all the employees. Of course Dairy Queen ice cream products are delicious, but more than that, this location takes everything a step up. They will make sure youre happy and have even tweaked our orders to our satisfaction. I just love a place where you feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and where the team works hard to accommodate you :) Its worth going out of your way for!

Went and got two blizzards. They gave one to us and it was running like water. I said something they took it back. Then gave me another one that wasn’t any different. She said oh it’s the hot fudge in it. I wanted ice cream not running shake. 😏

Stopped in for chili cheese dog. It was great. But they were out of onions

Only drive-through open, which is expected and fine. We ordered 7 Blizzards, and they handed them to us quickly without describing which was which. When we asked, she had no idea, and turns out half the Blizzards were wrong. No way to get the situation corrected, as there were several cars in the line, and of course we couldnt speak to anyone. Dairy Queen is a Road Trip Tradition for us, and we had a few disappointed travelers this time.

Excellent ice cream but expensive prices.

Went for a Peanut Buster Parfait I have been craving for a week. They made it with stale peanuts. So I asked to return it for one with no nuts and was told I would still have to pay half price and the manager had just eaten some of the peanuts they werent stale in her mind and were fresh. So then I asked for my money back and they couldnt do that either. Then I asked for who to call to complain to and they dont know corporates number but she could give my number to her boss. So bad service bad food and I still didnt get the treat I wanted but got treated horrible.

We always enjoy this place. The owner suggested our realtor when we first moved here and she was great. The place is small but clean and the staff are friendly. The owner is often there working, hes a nice guy.

So so, but DQ didnt actually care. They have no signage other than on the building behind a tree. Seems like they are just waiting to be bought out at this location.

The smoothies always bang! but the hot fudge sundaes could use a little more hot fudge we asked for extra got charged for extra but got a normal amount but the overall product was good:)

Nice shop overall but the blizzards seem higher priced and smaller than other DQs Ive been. This small looks like a kiddie but looks can be deceiving. $4.27 for this with tax.

We used the drive thru and even with 4 cars ahead of us it was quick to get thru. They even noticed I had my dog with us and asked if we would like a pup cup for him. We got the pup cup and he loved it.

Customer Service needs a lot of work. You pay for a six dollar sundae and compared to other DQ’s it is very small!!!! They barely filled the sundae cup...will find elsewhere to spend our $$$

There is something about Dairy Queen soft serve, so creamy and delicious! Staff is always very friendly and never had any issues. We always bring our dog through the drive through and get a free pup cup.

Its my wife who forces me through the place. Yet another burger joint with an option for ice cream-like desserts. Its a simple drive through and run place which is the main plus.

I believe it is very new. I had Misty Slushie float & enjoyed. The 3 employees needed more help inside. I believe 1 was doing drive-thru which was busy as well. I would go back. Only negative - need more help.

The blizzards are sooo delicious, I drove 18 miles to get a tropical one. The only food they have is hotdogs, you get a soda and a super small bag of chips in a combo. The hotdogs were good. I will go back in a few months

Pretty underwhelmed. The whipped topping wasnt whipped cream, the ice cream was soft and runny. The employees were mid-conversation the whole time I was there. The restaurant was clean.
