PM Customs did a fantastic job updating my basic builder grade kitchen into a kitchen that I am ready to show off! The team was easy to work with and open to my ideas (although I tried to manage myself with ideas through the process!). Just an overall pleasant experience!

I was referred to the owner, Pat, by a friend that he did work for over 8 years ago.I met with PM Custom Design last year during the pandemic to discuss remodeling an upstairs bonus room Into a bar/media room. Joy, their Ceritied Kitchen and Bath Designer was very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did she listen but, she “got” the exact vibe and style I was going for. I could not be happier with the quality of the products used or the excellent craftsmanship provided by everyone involved in my project. I am looking forward to working with Pat, Joy and their entire crew next year when I remodel my kitchen.

Pat and Joy managed an important project in our condo building a simple but elegant prayer room. They listened and came back with creative and cost effective solutions. The sub contractors they used were highly professional. Despite pandemic induced material and labor issues, the project was done very well. Overall, a pleasant experience to deal with this firm.

I met with PM Custom Design when a neighbor had a new kitchen done.The new kitchen turned out wonderfully. I placed a call and was happy after the first meeting, no pressure and some great ideas to update our very dated kitchen.Soon we had a new design with what turned out some very high-quality materials.Once work started, we found ourselves impressed with Pat and his team Jim and Derek as well as the plumber/electricians and others who not only showed up when they said they would, they provided knowledge and great craftsmanship as well as the ability to clean up after themselves both in our unit as well as the Condo Property. As the project moved forward Pat was able to accommodate a larger scope of work and soon our condo is as wonderful as the completely new kitchen. The design was so much better than what we could only image from the layouts. The new kitchen layout increased not only the storage but the enjoyment of working in the kitchen. We are so incredibly happy with all the work that was done to our condo and enjoy it more every day that passes.At the end of this project I would like to express my thanks to Pat for not only a wonderful job, but his involvement throughout the entire process . living in a condo I have seen so many contractors not oversee the job/workers they bring to the job. All my concerns were addressed sometimes before I really knew of them. We are also incredibly happy that the price quoted was the price billed. We had our 1980’s kitchen completely renovated by Pat and his crew. We interviewed several companies and ended up choosing PM designs because of their willingness to do the entire job, willingness to listen to our ideas and incorporate them into the design and personable attitude.Joy sat down with us and went through every detail with us—adding some details into the project or explaining why other ideas might not work.Unfortunately, we timed our project to begin about the same time as the coronavirus hit. We were only delayed a few weeks (actually happy that we didn’t have a stripped kitchen at that point—just had to deal with our old kitchen a bit longer!). Everything progressed nicely with Pat handling the arrival of the different trades as needed. PM Custom Designs has renovated kitchens in two of my homes. I had my own ideas and became overwhelmed, but after meeting with Patrick Bailey we were given ideas I never thought of and was put at ease with not only the products, but the craftsmanship, the subcontractors Pat suggested and the relationship we had with Patrick. I loved the computer models that he showed me on his large computer screen. I wanted to see exactly what I was getting. My decision to use PM Custom Designs was the BEST decision I made in my home renovations.
