My wife and I just moved to the area and were looking for a new bed. Joe, the sales guy was super helpful. Not pushy at all. He was able to match the online price of the bed we wanted. He even was able to give us info for the vet he uses for his dogs when we said we had a small dog of our own. The bed got delivered today. Overall, pretty smooth experience.

I bought a bed a year ago from the Suntree loction. WONDERFUL experience. My mother needed a bed a couple weeks ago and we went in and saw Ashley and she took great care of us. My mother didnt want a high end, top of the line mattress she just wanted something firm and lasting. Ashley asked her a few questions and was able to recommend a bed that for the last week she has woken up rested and happy. Knowledgeable and not pushy. Thank you and Ill be returning when my boys need mattress.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and not pushy. The store offers a wide variety of name brand mattresses at prices to match the buyers budget.

I had a great experience buying a mattress from here. and the customer service was top notch! They even put up with us while my two little rug rats went excitedly crazy trying out mattresses. I price shopped and found the prices to be really good! I do not enjoy shopping in general but when I do, Iike a place that gives me a great and easy experience.My rating is an A+.

My 6 bedrooms house and my other three families have been buying mattresses from this family since 1992. Service has been always excellent and the price is reasonable too. Well continue shopping with them.

We are so happy with our Comforpedic memory foam mattress. As always, we had great customer service. I am not a fan of the high pressure sales pitch- and thank God they dont do that here. They made it easy to buy a much needed mattress.

I do not typically critique my purchasing experiences online. However, when customer service exceeds your expectations so much that you buy 2 mattresses, its time to write a review. So here is mine.We needed to buy a mattress for my daughter. We wanted a full size mattress. First, we went to other stores bait and switch, inferior product, or upselling. Over and over. Then we went to Mattress Barn. Well, who knew there was honesty and just good old fashion customer service still existed.I was in the store, zero pressure, the guy educated me on the products (as there are differences) but, never once did they try to upsell or take advantage of me. They were so good that we are now going to go back and buy a new mattress for my son.In the end, buy from this store! They are great! Sorry for the rant but, again when your that good, you deserve the kudos!

We shopped every mattress outlet within 25 miles and there are plenty. Gordon at Mattress Barn was by far the best associate to work with to find what we needed. Other shops like Mattress 1 felt like we were on a used car lot with all the pressure. Not only was the prices great at Mattress Barn but, the service was excellent.

We were looking to replace our mattress and had gone to several mattress companies in the area. We stopped by Mattress Barn and found the salesgirl, Ashley, to be very informative, not pushy, and listened to our concerns. We are very pleased with our purchase. Thanks Mattress Barn!

Run. Don’t walk to any other mattress store in the area. Customer service is non existent. After paying for new boxsprings, I was told by Ashley that she would call me. No call. After a week, I called her. Box springs not there, but she said the truck was coming that day and she would call me by end of the day. Yup. NO CALL! The next day I went to the store at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday and the doors were LOCKED! I knocked AND called but, you guessed it, NO ANSWER! I understand if you are alone in store and have to use the bathroom or such, but no note and not answering the phone during business hours!!! I then had to call one of their other stores and spoke with a salesman there who said they would contact the owner and have him call me. Instead of the owner taking the time to call a very upset customer, he called Ashley and had HER call me!!! Are you serious? I just tell your employee that your store is locked in the middle of a business and a customer can’t reach anyone at the store and YOU DONT CALL YOURSELF? That’s how much he obviously cares for his business. End story—Ashley called and somehow my box spring is here and will be delivered tomorrow. Good thing it was or I would have gone right back to the store to get my money back. I will never shop at one of their stores again and if you like being appreciated as a customer, don’t shop here.
