I was very happy with the job Joe and his crew did in getting my stair lift installed. He did a professional job at measuring my staircase, and kept me informed throughout the design and manufacturing process at Bruno. Installation went very well, and the result is a stair lift that perfectly fits my staircase! Its as easy to use as Joe said it would be. After using it for a while, I had a question about silencing the beep when the chair is not at the 0° position. Joe came out that day to make the adjustment to silence the beep. Im a high level quadriplegic who chose to have a fixed ceiling lift installed in my bedroom to make bed/wheelchair transfers easier for my caregivers. Great company to work with! We needed a stair lift for my dad and 101 came over and did quick measure of the steps and recommended a couple options. Installation took about 2 hours and they didnt leave a mess behind. Would definitely recommend to other in the market.
