I thought I needed a new cat (told by 2 trusting mechanics) but turns out just need a good clean out. Car runs great!! I hope I dont have to go back but if I do I know that I will be important to them because thats the way they make everyone feel.

Great family owned/ operated company. No nonsense repairs and priced accordingly. Came last week for exhaust system replacement. Now Im back getting sway bar links replaced. As a SWF it can be commin to go into unknown auto repair shops without feeling like you will most likely get taken advantage of with unnecessary repairs. NOT HERE! Kathy is highly knowledgeable and makes you feel like family.

Super nice people here, had my car in and out really fast. I had to get my catalytic converter replaced, which I didnt even know was the problem. I assumed I just had an exhaust leak. Ever since then my car has sounded SO much nicer. And the cost to fix it was honestly much cheaper than I expected. I will definitely go here again if need be.

I Called and Hatch told me he could see me later that day.I arrived early, but did not have to wait to long for them to take a look at my 2020 Nissan Frontier and make recommendations for a performance muffler. We settled on a 14 MagnaFlow Muffler. Installation was straightforward and I didnt have to wait to long. The billing was reasonable, and I was on my way. I Really do love how it sounds now. Loud exhaust, was highly recommended by my local mechanic for their custom exhaust work. They were able to fit me in the same day and had me done while I waited, saving me hundreds of dollars. My car is so quiet now I didnt even know the lady started for me. This is an old school family business that have been at their location for years. Stopped by and asked if they could bend or cut my motorcycle exhaust (which i brought with me in the truck), Herculues refused to look at it saying he doesnt touch motorcycle exhausts and then just ignored me. The receptionist then said I know youre trying to save some money which is insane because they didnt see the exhaust (and Im just trying to get it done regardless of price). Anyway super unprofessional, I recommend avoiding.

Had an appointment at 8am. No one was there until 8:15, and it was the mechanic, who is either to shy to say hello or doesn’t care to. Waited, until 830 to approach him, after he seemed to open all the doors. I asked him what’s up? he told me to wait for the boss lady, I asked for a time, couldn’t give me one. He told me I could leave the keys and come back... I asked to sign paper work, he says “ain’t nothing going to happen to your car”...At that moment I knew it was time to leave. I have been to plenty of mechanics, and paper work for insurance purposes always gets handled first before a vehicle gets worked on.Zero customer service, late, and sketchy...

Changed my original 5 stars. So sad. Used them for 15 years until being treated wrong. They kept my car for two weeks only to say they didnt want to work on it. We needed brake lines and they kept saying they couldnt find them, not even from the junk yard. We found them online right away. We ended up towing to another shop that they recommended. Lost a great customer. Guess they didnt want to work on it.

Needed work done on my car called up Kathy answered and said bring car straight in and in the time frame promised got a call car was ready! Great service super friendly 5stars easily.. thanks guys

Muffler pipe broke (northern car), got me in the next day to look at it. Called in the morning and said it would be an hour fix and gave me a reasonable quote. Super friendly service from the first phone call to pick up and car sounds a lot better now!

Best exhaust shop Ive seen in years(Im from GA). I love the old school feel and craftsmanship. They do things the way my grandfather taught me, with pride and custom perfection. I have had both of my trucks here and very satisfied with the work performed. This week Im bringing my wifes truck for performance exhaust work to top off her escalades built 6.0! The pricing is fair and they always get me in and out quickly! I have recommended my friends in Ga and Jacksonville to come visit and get there exhaust done here too. If someone had a bad experience here or left a bad review......there has to be more to the story because these folks do a great job and if they dont do your specific work needed they gladly point you in a reputable direction and try to help.

The duo here are very knowledgable, reliable, and honest. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for exhaust related tasks. These days it’s hard to find trustworthy folks, and these guys always do things right.

The woman who works in the office is absolutely terrible. I made an appointment to have a catback installed. When I arrived no one was there, waited 30 minutes and she shows up and says “look if we break a bolt installing this you’re on your own” I found that unbelievable, and my car is brand new with 800 miles on it. Exhaust is dirty work and rusty parts break, if they don’t have the ability to press out a broken stud IF they happen to snap one then what good are they? And on top of that- this woman was incredibly rude, condescending, and honestly seemed clueless about exhaust systems. I took my business to another shop in Sebastian and they took me in right away and had it installed in 40 minutes and ended up being cheaper than what that witch at Economy quoted me. Take my advice and go somewhere else, there are better options, trust me.

Awful experience. Brought my car in for something to be worked on, mechanic admitted he accidentally broke something to get to the part he needed to fix. Said he would talk to the owner, his aunt, about fixing it. I go to aunt to fix it, she calls me a liar and yelled that I brought it in that way and refuses to fix it. Wouldnt let me talk to her nephew, the mechanic in question, again. Had to pay $400 to someone else to fix it. HORRIBLE customer service. They will ruin your car, yell at you in the store, insult you, and refuse to fix their own damage. Do NOT go here, they are NOT to be trusted. Also sarcastically referred to me as chica due to my Hispanic heritage. So racist.

Decent prices and work but horrible customer service. the receptionist referred to me as guy the entire time i was there until, coincidentally, it came time to pay the bill. the mechanic walked by me several times without ever saying hi, acknowledging me, or asking if i had any inputs. by no means am i asking for royal service buy i do think customers should be acknowledged as people and at least treated courteously. will never do business with them again and wouldnt recommend their services

Typical Ma-N-Pa shop. Great quality work, great price, on time. Kathy knows what she is talking about. There is a reason why they have been in this same spot, doing the same thing for decades. No need to go to one of those big box muffler shops. My Dodge never sounded better!

I just had an exhaust on my 2003 Infiniti M45 repaired there, a MagnaFlow cat-back performance exhaust that David hand crafted and bent and installed on that car in 2004! It had been on the car for some 14 years... He repaired the rusted pipes for reasonable money, and the car is back together, and sounds throaty again! Quality and Workmanship! And reasonably priced. Can only recommend them.

Most people that are bad reviewers are usually grumpy jerk customers that feel they are more priveledged then anyone.but This place is solid, Kathy was very friendly and helpful. Then when I got my truck in (same day I called ) they got right to work none stop and Hercules was very efficient hard working and did good work fairly quick for replacing all my exhaust pipes from headers back for a very good price . Welds were pretty clean and pipes where ran well . I can’t complain at all and would certainly reccomend them . Support this family ran business and the hardworking guys there .

I went in thinking I needed a new catalytic converter and after their exam of my vehicle it ended up I did not need it so they werent going to sell me something I didnt need so youve got to have a lot of respect for a shop like that.

They really know about exhaust systems! I got an estimate of around $3,000.00 from not one but two Toyota dealerships. Took the vehicle to them and by the sound of the exhaust they told that it would be less than $100.00 repair. They put up the vehicle and took care of the problem right away. Really experienced and honest! Thanks Kathy and Hercules for taking care. I exhaust sound had been bothering for quite some time and the dealerships really wanted to hack the money...

Replaced catalytic converter. A job well done, also guy is named Hercules, what better guy do u want working on your car than someone named hercules. They also do welding on parts. They charge very cheap and do the work really fast. Pls try them out before wasting money on dealer mechanics that want to charge you for every single thing known possible.

Charged me 100 dollars more after work done. Total of 800. Then to top it off he broke my dipstick along with parts missing from my vehicle and bent my steering column shaft. Another 386 to fix that. Stay away. DO NOT USE THEM. Gonna tell others in newspaper ad also. Along with attorney that bad!!! And not a fake review. Shade tree uncertified mechanic, tore my vehicle up....DO NOT USE THEM! Go with somebody certified like Mineke! Oh look she original stated fake review. now she remembers me the customer in small claims court. LET ME CLARIFY. YOU BROKE OIL DIPSTICK TUBE, REFUSED TO FIX, EVEN WITH ME BRINGING YOU BRAND NEW PART FROM CHEVY, AND BENT MY STEERING SHAFT HAMMERING ON IT TO PUT IN THE ONE SIDE. JUST TO ADVISE. Tried to get an estimate for a custom exhaust to be put on my Mustang. Guy in the office acted like I was inconveniencing him. Couldnt get an estimate. Just a depends how long it takes.
