Bought a new house back in November and wanted to completely remodel the Kitchen and change out all doors . I wasnt sure what i was looking for yet but wanted something modern and fresh, checked out their newly remodeled showroom and fell in love with the atmosphere. multiple different kitchen styles in the showroom and different color options / finishes to chose from. It was very busy at that time but I was able to deal with Norbert who helped me draw up design and showed me the new styles that just came in. I LOVE my new kitchen . He then showed me the new European doors they have ordered and ended up getting all of mine updated. I would definitely come back again for their help . and recommend for my family and friends. Good price and friendly service

I have never had a customer service hang up on me before. I wasn’t even arguing with them. It was just a question as to whether I was getting my cabinet that day. They showed me something and delivered something else, then the cabinet should be “customized” according to them. I loaded the wrong cabinets in my car and brought it back, and It has been a week and I never heard back. This review will be revised when I hear back.

I don’t know about this company product quality.But customer service is BIG ZERO .They ignoring everything, emails, social media, phone calls .Good look this company in future with this customer service.

I was to buy some special doors for this place and beside the cheap price, they dont have nothing to offer to their customers: low customer service and they say something there but when you get your door is something else. At the delivery day instead to be delivered in house in my apartment, like we have agreement they just deliver to the curb and on top of that they bring the doors in very bad condition from the transporting. Check this img. Dont waste your time and money there.

Customer service zero, didn’t called back...

They did not deliver my kitchens as scheduled and the delivery was incomplete. At the store location, I am told one thing by a representative and then something totally different by another. Also, they will says that they are going to call you back and absolutely wont. Decent prices for the cabinets, but bad customer service. I will try and find another cabinet company.

I am very happy with my past experience with Kitchen and Bath Design. I highly recommend this store to others. So far after two times purchase I dont have any problems with the store. Delivery always on schedule time.

I do not recommended this place, they charge my credit card twice for materials the do not have in stock, my guys wait in this place for materials for nothing 2 hours,we waste time and money for nothing, I am very disappointment about customer service (Karol) when I did talk to him about this situation he hung up. Now I need to wait for refund 3 days they double transaction without my permission.When they delivery materials first time they delivery wrong profile molding, they do not know what they do,Do not waste your time and money

This place is amazing newly renovated amazing prices and wonderful service.

Would score lower but not an option. Went to price cabinets and compare. Walked into their “showroom” more like a few desks sourrounded by scattered tools dust and clutter. Walked around for 10 minutes to look at half assembled piles of cabinets. We waited for some one to make contact with us. No acknowledgement of our presence. Not even eye contact. We will take our business elsewhere.

This place is amazing, always deliver on time and help me unload the cabinets.
