The service person interrupted our transaction to take care of a customer that was behind me in line.I had a small purchase, but I think this is unacceptable.The service person also made a comment about my use of a credit card for my small purchase noting that they incur credit card fees. She asked if I had cash, but I declined.Because I had a small purchase, I was half-hoping that I would be dispatched more quickly when I went to pick up the material. Other customers were picking up 10-20 times more materials than I was and I had to wait for all of them to be done, but that part is not a big deal to me.They get 3 stars only because their prices are really good compared to big box stores, though I dont know how they compare to other metal suppliers.

Raw steel supplier open to the public at tree cheapest price I have found in cook country. Great selection of steel and fence supplies. Super Friendly staff, (ask for Darla or Trouble..Lol) fast service, and super clean showroom and sales floor. I highly recommend this company for all of your steel needs.
