When I started collecting tools at the age of 21 this is where it started. Sockets, wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, drill bit sets and mostly basic hand tools. Nothing has failed me and everything I feel is of good quality for my needs. Id probably stay away from the power tools but everything else go for it!

I stopped there this evening (11/2/21) to pick up an electrical wire tracer.When I asked the gentleman who was working there if a certain tester worked on electrical wire he snapped at me that he didnt know.🤨 Okay.I removed it from the box and read the directions which were not clear. Still unsure, I put it back together, deciding to give it a try anyway.As I was looking at another item on my way to the register, he popped out from an aisle and snapped at me that they closed in 5 minutes.🤨🤨🤨That was it for me. I returned the tested to the shelf and simply left, heading to a different store.If he wants to be unprovokingly rude then Ill take my money elsewhere.Ive shopped at the store on a number of occasions and both my father and I have left many dollars behind over the years. Ive never experienced an employee there behaving so rudely. But it was enough to put them back on my forgot about them.

Ah, the dollar store of tools. If you want to buy cheap tools for one time use, thats your place. They sometimes sell cool stuff I cant find anywhere else, so worth browsing the aisles for potential finds.

If youre a Werner driver delivering here, you want to turn on Armitage Avenue then make a right into the alley behind the strip mall and come from the north to set up for the trailer swap. Leaving here will be difficult. The parking lot is horrible. Your best bet might be to try and turn around and leave the same way you came in. I was lucky it was a Sunday morning so I had no trouble getting out. Good luck.

Jack stands recalled, 17 months ago. This was my 12th visit, I ask for the replacement ones, they Never have. All they offer is a store credit,, or keep using them till one day your crushed under them. Manager assistant, doesnt care how much his customers spend there. Not his problem. Customer service at the most minimal level. Buy local died today here, Walmart has them Free shipping for 3.oo less, so does Amazon. Forget that inside club

They need to hire experienced people I call to have an engine put aside I gave them the part number I go have someone pick up the engine and it’s the wrong engine whole different part number and I take it out the box and the engine won’t even pull start it’s seized customer service there sucks as much as the DMV NEXT DOOR

The big box hardware stores are great when you need to buy tools and hardware that will be well warrantied and long lasting. But when you just need a tool for a one time job Harbor Freight is hands down the only place to shop!

Im just going to put it this way... Can you call these tools high quality? Not really... Will they get the job done? Probably... It depends on what tool you need, there are good deals for things that you need to replace frequently. If you want something at a good price this is the place. If you are looking for longevity go elsewhere... There are some tools here that can get the job done. Good deals for lesser quality tools is the key to this place...

In trying not to downgrade the quality, I am not sure the tools sold here are for industrial or professional use. However, why pay full boat for a tool that you might use a few times a year. For that and other top quality minor items I give them 5 stars for affordably outfitting the weekend amateur.

Went to buy 100 watt solar kit for $199. At checkout lady said, look up Harbor Freight on your phone and see if its any copons for this. I did, and copon for $149 for this kit. She could have kept quiet and let me pay full price. But she didnt and saved me $50. I LOVE HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS.

Harbor Freight has a lot of good supplies/tools reasonably priced. In most cases cheaper than Home Depot. The quality of some of it may not be as good, but low prices. They seem to always have sales going on too. For those that go frequently I would recommend the Inside Track Club. Its $40 I think, but when I got it I instantly saved $25 on something so it paid for itself within 2 visits. I travel quite a bit and they are everywhere I go.

Good store. Has pretty much everything you need to work on your car. Prices are so low for a reason though everything is made with pretty low quality. But good if your on a budget

This place overwhelmed me with their variety of tools! Staff is knowledgeable, amazing and friendly I bought my father a plunger and he loves it! I also purchased tools here and they look sturdy. Will definitely come back.

Ok but didnt have what I needed.

Most tools are made in China. With that said the tools sold here are at a new level of cheapness. It is highly recommended that PPE be worn at all times during operation of power/hand tools that are purchased here. Especially safety glasses. Do not buy safety glasses here. You can count on the tool that you need most to fail if it was purchased here. Anybody seen with power tools/hand tools that came from here are complete idiots at there so called profession. You can identify these tools by name. The Chinese name them after places that meant something at some time long ago but now are places of failed American dreams. Like Pittsburgh or Chicago. You are best off throwing out what you are trying to repair and buying new. Chances are you where going to screw the job up and leave it unfinished anyway.

Over all many of the tools are junk . I warn you about purchasing any of their electric power tools . Some of the hand tools are also junk . So that being said do your research . Some tools like the impact sockets, the Earthquake air impact guns, & the other pneumatic power tools that they have are just as good, if not better than the expensive name brand counterparts. The service is good at this location, but watch the cashier . The one I got on my last visit didnt put in my free tool coupon and charged me twice for the same time . So like I said do your research, check YouTube it has many reviews from real customers about almost anything you are thinking about buying

Always what I expect- I reccomend you use the coupons from their flyer, and get on their mailing list/email list- you will get good coupons. Dont expect snap on, but you will pay 1/100th the amount of snap on.

If you are in to tools and such, this place is like a magical Toyland. They have lots of useful tools and gadgets, along with plenty of stuff you never know you needed. Dont expect to get a lot of help from floor workers, as they are few and far in between and dont offer to assist. Can find some decent deals occasionally.

Great for cheap tools. Mid you the tools are cheap. They will get the job done if you are an average home owner and only use the tools on occasion. For tools used daily for industrial purposes you should spend the extra money and get some better tools. That not to say they dont have any good tools. Just most are cheap for occasional use. Dont buy their saw blades or drill bits though. Anything that cuts and wears out go somewhere else. You can buy the drills and grinder here just get the blades somewhere else. Always remember to bring their coupon books too. They have great discounts in those books and you can always get a free item with a purchase. You get to choose a light, a multimeter, a tarp, and a few others. Free with every purchase, one part per customer per day. Bring a friend so you can get two free things. Also Vince is a great at helping out people. Ask for him. He know his stuff and is honest.

Not my favorite of the stores, people have tendancy to be somewhat rude. But still love harbor freight. And for what its worth not a bad place.

Great prices the place was in good order have been to a couple of other Harbor freights and they had been a mess there Tools and everything had kinda of been allover the store and when looking for something dont want to spend an hour to 2 hours looking around the only thing I didnt care for was the manager was kind of rude to my friend and to his employee who had apparently just came back from a 2 week vacation.
