So to be upfront, I was greeted and assisted with my purchase which was nice. However that same employee didn’t seem very health conscious as he mentioned he still goes back to the same brand of pre-workout even after doing “illegal stuff”. And the cashier spent nearly 5 mins chitchatting with a customer as I was right behind him ready to checkout. I understand he was trying to be nice to the customer, but I had my hands full. Could have wrapped up the conversation much earlier.

First time here! Julian and Kevin were great!!! Came close to closing time and were friendly and genuinely helpful! Definitely coming back to this location. Thank you guys!!

Great choices of all kinds of vitamins and supplements. Prices are very high though.

I would shop there often when there was a different staff who were great. Now I have to make sure I’m getting the sale price, and on top of that they suddenly don’t price match anymore. Yikes, GNC here I come.

I love Vitamin Mama AKA Vitamin Shoppe they have a good rewards system for customers.

Went to this location on 5-2-21 around 5:30 pm. There were 3 employees standing at the register talking to each other. Not even one of them asked if I needed assistance! I couldnt find what I was looking for so I just left. Dont go to this location they are Not helpful at all!!

Kevin was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable in helping me find what I needed to get back into shape. The protein he suggested I get has worked wonders. My abs are finally comming back because of the right supplements! Thank you Kevin for all your advice . I will be back when I run out

Great findings of products but was very disappointed on their customer service. I finished my pre workout powder and stopped by after work to buy another pre workout powder container. There was no greetings, no help from anyone like my other vitamin shoppe locations that I go to. Besides my pre workout powder, I found good items on the sale area. I went to pay on the register and as I finished paying, I said “Thank you,” twice and received no response back and seemed dismissive. As I arrived home, ready to workout with my workout team, I checked the receipt and noticed they overcharged me for the sale items I had purchased! The sale table was in open display, in front of register where the lady was looking towards, and I even flipped the items for the sale price to be shown and easily seen by the person. I do not recommend this location whatsoever, and will continue to purchase from Harwood Heights and Chicago (Clybourn) .- Discontented customer

The sales associate was extremely informative and professional. When it comes to supplements we tend to gravitate towards The shiny boxes or the ones weve seen on television and not the ingredients inside those supplements and he explained that to my friend and I in great detail. l would highly recommend anyone to visit this vitamin shoppe.

Today kevin helped me out and I saved alot of money on sales he informed me about. it was a great shopping experience and I will always comeback to this store cause of the great experience thank you.
