At first I was happy but when I got my bed set a lot was wrong, there was marks on it and some of the wood was cracked, yeah they did a great job with getting me new pieces but the drawers that they got were even more worse with smears on it,I decided to try them again since they had a deal I got a living room set and when I received it the coffee table was chipped and the manager was able to get me a new set the next day, which I appreciated that but now to come to find out my couch cover underneath the zipper has broken off and I was very upset because its only going to be a month since I had my furniture, luckily the manager was able to order a new cover for me but as I explained the problem he made me feel as if it was my fault and made it clear it was not his mens fault since they delivered on the 3rd of august and I barely seen this now, but who knows maybe when they were setting up my couches they seen it but didnt say anything?? But I mean really who checks the underneath of the cushion cover to make sure its good when you are guaranteed good quality of furniture from the start now if I assembled it myself then I would check but even if I did I would still be the blame because I did, But this is my fault I should have learned when I bought my bed set! No more for me thanks but no thanks!

Receive a child bedroom furniture, look beautiful on ordering monitor but, when got it was not totally happy, was told that there is no RETURN store policy .Please read fine print on invoice.

Bought sectional sofa 3 pc table set 2 lamps one throw one rug and 5 pc accessory Ihad to move away and could not take the sectional and when I went to take it back Niko who is part owner charged me a 25% restock on the sectional although I took the rest of the items he billed out the sectional at $839.00 when it is now on sale for $719.00. I would never recommend Comfy to anyone ever because of theway the owner treats their customers.
