For the past two years every single package I was supposed to receive from this FedEx location has been delivered to the wrong address.
That’s my third time using this store to send stuff overseas. I always receive super fast service. But I have to say the new guy was so slow it’s kind of annoying. I hope they’ll fix it!
Today I visited the FedEx Store 2188 in Melrose Park, IL for my scanning and email needs. Jason was the best. I didnt know how to do any of this. Jason was very personable and helped me understand the process step by step. He was very professional, very helpful, and patient. Jason was very knowledgeable about the machine and how to fix the problem when it was not going through. I rate Jason 5 stars for going above and beyond to help me. Theyre on top of things. Theyre Fast, friendly people, very helpful and Courteous. I cant remember the young lady thats always there but she gets 5 Stars in my books and a trophy 🏆
They had a normal Nolan employee who did everything in 5 minutes and at an affordable price. And I did with him a lot of good stuff. Now the photo prints are over 30 minutes long and they added plus $ 8 fee for one photo. They explained it very brazenly and said that the employee was fired. good to blame the one who is gone. and they made the postcard just awful !!! It was a very unpleasant experience!
Will never use Fedex again. Was promised delivery Christmas Eve (and paid for it!) My Marine son could not come home this year, shipped his gifts to NC. Checked tracking on Christmas Eve and the package was still in Niles IL! STILL has not received them, every day I get a new estimated date. Way to ruin his Holiday Fedex! Never again...
The woman was very nice, and was very friendly. She was so cool, but her main goal was to sell me boxes, come and padding for my package. I just wanted to send it to Motorola, and she said that they are offering a special box that protects it for three inches and would not let me send it without that. so I reluctantly paid the $10. I was in a rush. overall the people are very nice, but they want you to have your package very secure and for you to buy stuff from them and spend as much money as you can. I regret buying the $10 package, I literally went in with 20 bucks and came back with half of that and without satisfaction
New management was so rude and very unhelpful. Felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. Will not be going there again.
I went with my own paper pkg for a box of shoes! Lady was nice, but did try to sell me a box. So a box for my pkg box! LOL.Said my pkg would get ruined or ripped! And only would only spend $3 more. So I thought my total was $13😀WRONG! I ended up spending $24 for something that was supposed to be cheaper so I thought! It was Sat. Everything else was closed! I dont think Ill be returning anytime soon! Unless I absolutely have to! Ill make sure to have my own damn box next time! 😣
I stopped by this print shop at 10:20 a.m. to print a 35 page document. It is 11 a.m. and they are still trying to get their printers to work. My experience there was not goo at all. The old lady there try to charge me almost $4 for extra padding because she said my package has some loosing parts inside (a couple small books that were inside the package) and Fedex doesnt allow loosing parts in your package. Anyway I went to the other Fedex office and at Harlem and North and they accept my package. Beware for those people that want to charge more for extra padding on your package even if you dont need it, I will never go there again.

Place is OK. Why does the lady keep asking whats in the boxes each time I drop them off? Gets annoying, I always answer with a coffee maker.
