My computer would no longer do Windows updates. I tried everything i could think without success. I brought in in for repair and they tried even more things without success. They finally had to reformat and re-install Win 10. They did everything possible to ease my reinstall of all my software. I cannot tell you how great a job they did. Their effort was outstanding and they kept me informed. I highly recommend them.

Called Melrose Computer Care and no sooner got the word ‘iPad Air’ out of my mouth when the man who answered the phone tersely said, “we don’t repair iPads”. Is it me, or does their website and a rather large poster outside their business state they REPAIR IPADS. When I acted confused, the man told me they only work on computers. Maybe someone should tell them to update their website and take down the faded poster.

5 stars doesn’t begin to express the level of excellent service and value you get at this establishment. The professionalism of the owner is at a level you rarely see today.Have used their services on numerous occasions all with extreme results.I took my laptop to “the geeks” and had it brought up to date at a cost of well over a hundred dollars. One week later one of my grandchildren dropped it and it landed right on the outlet while it was being charged pushing in the plug area. Took it back to the geeks and they wouldn’t even look at it, stating that the whole “board” would now have to be replaced.I then took it to Melrose and Mohammed got the model number, looked up if there was a part available and was able to repair it to its original state in just a couple of days. Saved me from buying a new laptop! FIVE STARS

Melrose Computer Care delivered quality service in a timely manner and at a good price! I dropped off my non-working laptop with Mohamed on a Thursday just to retrieve the data and had a backup of the data and a working laptop the following Tuesday! (This was over a 3 day holiday weekend!) Great value and great service.

I highly recommend going here for computer care. I called Mohammad about bringing in a 2010 MacBook Pro that I needed to speed up for school. He was thoughtful and reasonable in his suggestions, explaining why he thought a certain route was best. Very affordable pricing and was able to do it in a timely manner. This is the first place I would go to for any computer care or questions because he is honest and trustworthy.

MCC was able to take my antiquated iMac G5 from the brink of abandonment to beyond my expectations. Mohammad not only procured me a replacement logic board for a reasonable price, but he provided a fair cost of labor as well.His office is easy accessible as well and with easily accessible parking, too. Will definitely be my first call on any issues going forward.

My laptop just stopped booting up on a Saturday. MCC got it fixed overnight and on a weekend. It was a corrupted file in the sys architecture; they found it, fixed it and I was back up and running that Sunday afternoon.
