Fast shipping, good price and phone was in great condition (like new). However Seller said phone was fully unlocked but unfortunately was not. It was locked with AT&T and I contacted AT&T to unlock it but phone still under Contract. I contacted the seller and said I don’t have to return the phone because they will contact AT&T to unlock it. I am using the phone now with my T-Mobile and it’s unlocked. I give the seller a 4/5 review because he should make sure to verify everything before selling a phone. Saying the phone is unlocked while it’s really not, it’s very frustrated for the buyer.

Love the phone! It comes in a great condition. The packaging was great. The only thing I was not happy about was the battery health (89%) other than that this was a GREAT PURCHASE!!! The phone 10/10 the battery 7/10

Just as advertised! literally cannot find a single flaw with this refurbished phone, inside and out. I popped my Tracfone SIM Card in and it activated immediately. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommend.

My review is based mostly on customer service. For the phone condition everything is ok, but was not unlocked. I contacted you by phone, email, text message more than twenty times.Always without answers, always voicemail. it just proves that you are not reliable to me. I paid $ 330 for a phone and I can not get in touch with the seller for my concerns. you have your money and then you do not care about the customer. Selling cheap products is not only what matter you need a customer service that is available to the customers. I do not see the interest to give buyer your phone number because you are unreachable. So my iphone is not unlocked and my question was to know what should I do now because you have made it clear it was factory unlocked. Either you unlock it or refund my money. This review was the best way to contact you and if no update from you today I will do more than post some reviews

Phone arrived in perfect cond, but when I put my sim card it said SIM not supported. Contact them by mail and confirmed the phone was unlocked. They asked me to activate the phone via iTunes or with an other SIM card but still nothing. now they ask me to hold 3 additional days and will refund me if the problem persist.“Update”Looks like the phone was not unlocked yet. They contact me back after 2 days and asked me to put my SIM card and the phone is now working. Bad and good experience!

Get the phone after 11 days instead 3 days and worst arrived with a cracked screen. Dont really know if it was damage in transit but when i tried to contact Cabnow about that. They said i wont be refunded but will try to replace it instead . Now I have to ship the phone back to them before i get the replacement. Just need my F..kin money back Really bad experience and i have to wait longer again
