From beginning to end, I received the best customer service. Carole is so patient, kind & professional but also friendly. The seamstress also did a great job & was very pleasant & patient. I absolutely LOVED my dress & didn’t want to take it off!!! So classy, elegant, comfy & just fit me like a glove. I recommend Burton’s Bridal’s to every bride!

Carol and the Burton’s Bridal staff have all been amazing during the craziness of a pandemic wedding! There’s no other shop I would’ve rather dealt with during all of this. I also LOVE my gown! Great communication and alterations as well.

A seamless and wonderful experience at Burton’s Bridal!!! Picking my dream dress was the most difficult task while planning for my wedding. I went to several bridal stores, dont let this smaller shop pass you by. The owner is OUTSTANDING and helps you but also allows you to try your own taste and isnt overbearing. She is so easy to deal with and makes a very stressful situation feel very comfortable. Alterations was such an easy process, and from day 1 the process is flawless. Great dresses, great prices and great staff, HIGHLY recommend.

My Daughter first came here after seeing the wedding dress of her dreams in another boutique! Burton’s treated her with such kindness and special ordered her gown and from the first day walking into Burton’s Carol was Amazing and you could tell she truly cares about every bride and goes Over & Above! The bridesmaid dress my friend chose came with a fit that was totally opposite my body type. Carole and her seamstress made sure it fit flawlessly. Even though there was so much work to be done, they took it all in stride and made sure I looked perfect for the big day. Thank you!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!This place is a poor representation of what a bridal shop should be .My first impression was bad right from the start when I went for my appointment & the woman Carol was not even there .I had to leave and come back because she was going to be 20-30 mins late.When I came back she did not even apologized & then proceeded to ask me where I was because she was waiting for me & didn’t even get up from her chair.The gowns on display are wrinkled & ratty looking & some stained with coffee & such .All the gowns that were ordered for the bridal party were all too small . I assume a bridal shop with experience knows to order a size up & not exact to measurements. But maybe that’s because their seamstress is only there 3 days a week from 10-3 and they are bothered or overwhelmed with alterations.We were never greeted with a smile or a warm feeling. This woman hates her job & it shows!

Such a wonderful and supportive place! I got the most beautiful dress here, no one else made me feel as confident or beautiful! 10/10

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! There are only 2 people who work at burtons bridals and they both have horrible attitudes and put down the bride and the bridal party. Every girl including the bride in the bridal party had a horrible experience with Carol. All of our dresses were too tight, and ripped after we sat down in them after 6 alterations for myself. Carol is no help whatsoever, her attitude is completely terrible and very judgmental calling all of the girls disproportionate and needed to lose weight to fit into the dress. If you want to get your feelings hurt and feel like you entered the gates of hell then definitely take a trip to Burton’s.

Absolutely love this place, I’ve been dealing with carol for the past 2 years, and she’s been nothing but amazing to me!! Always attentive and always listens to me complain. Lol 🤣 If you haven’t gone to this shop yet, do it!!!!

Just picked up my dress from Burtons . My experience was amazing . My wedding was supposed to be last year but got postponed due to covid . The alterations were all done perfectly . They held my dress until 3 days before the wedding . Carole and Saveria were great!

Carol and her seamstress were so helpful and kind! They took their time helping me find a dress and waited for me past closing hours when the BQE was flooded with traffic! Definitely recommend!

Burton’s is great! I got married last weekend and got so many compliments. The alterations were done just the way I wanted and my dress fit great. The process of picking my wedding dress and alterations was easy and I never felt rushed. Stop at Burton’s to find the dress of your dreams!

I purchased by wedding gown and veil from Burtons. First of all, their selection is great. They really do have some wonderful gowns for all different tastes. Their prices are extremely fair, but that did not compromise the quality of anything I purchased from them. I also really like Carol. She is blunt and honest, but I like that about her.My dress fit perfectly the day of the wedding! Everything I received for my wedding from them was wonderful and I really did look beautiful on my wedding day. My sister who will be getting married next August in Chicago may also purchase her wedding gown from here, after seeing how easy it was for me. I highly recommend this bridal store! You will feel absolutely beautiful and you wont be spending a ridiculous amount of money on a dress that you will probably only wear once.

Great experience!!! This was the 7th dress store I had gone too. I told Carole and Brittany exactly what I wanted, and by the third dress I was sold!!! Did bridesmaids dresses there to! Super easy to communicate with and the alterations came out great and my dress fit perfectly. I had a great experience and Carole and Brittany really know their stuff. Highly recommend.

Carole and Brittany were great to work with. Burtons ended up being the first bridal salon I went to and it’s where I ended up saying yes to the dress. I found one dress at Burton’s that I couldn’t stop thinking about. I went to a couple of other stores trying on dresses but nothing compared! Brittany was so helpful when I initially went in to try on dresses. I really had no idea what I wanted but we were able to narrow it down. On my wedding day in Charleston, SC I got so, so many compliments on how beautiful my dress was. I could not have been pleased with my choice and Burtons!

I really can’t say enough about Burtons. I purchased my wedding gown from them and have referred everyone I know to them. I’m now on the bridesmaid side of it and have been equally as pleased. Carole is so great! She tells it how it is and we always end up having a good time while I’m there. She’s so knowledgeable and does whatever she can to accommodate you. I’ll always refer anyone getting married to visit them!

Burton’s was great! I got both my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses at Burton’s and it was all a great experience. Everything was in my budget and perfectly altered. There’s a wide variety of bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses in all different sizes. I highly recommend making an appointment!

Today I found my dream dress at Burtons! The dress is everything I was looking for and for a great price. The staff was kind and helpful and really listened to what I was looking for. I am definitely going back there for bridesmaids. I recommend going there if your looking for your dream dress!

I had a particular dress in mind that i wanted to try on and after contacting several bridal shops to see if they had the dress (none did) Carole, answered me with a no we dont, but we can bring it in for you during our trunk show!I cant be more happy about my experience so far with Burtons Bridal. We had a such great experience ! The staff at Burtons found me the perfect dress for my wedding ! They had so much patience as I was between two dresses . I can’t wait to wear my dress in December . We also found the perfect bridesmaids dresses for my girls. Bill Levkoff just came out with new colors and no other store even had the swatches yet ! These women had all the new swatches at their fingertips .

Thank you Burton’s! I went to almost every store on Long Island looking for a specific dress and it was no where to be found. When I called Burton’s, Carole offered to get the dress in for me to try on. So, I agreed! The dress came 1 week later and I went to try it on. Turns out, I said yes to that dress that day. I can’t thank Carole enough for going out of her way for me!

Rude staff

I also disagree with one of the previous reviews. I used Carol at Burtons for my wedding and my sister used her in 2006 for her wedding. Carol will really work with you and present you with the best prices possible. She does all alterations in her shop and she doesnt kill you on the prices for that either. Shes very fair and I found her amazing to work with. She also worked with my mom on her dress and was able to alter it down about four sizes when my mom lost weight. They even were able to make her a custom jacket for her dress. My bridesmaids were also happy with their dresses and alterations.

The times they are open for dress appointments is very slim. They got points for accommodating my schedule & meeting me when they werent supposed to be open but the woman who helped me was on her phone the whole time. My mom was zipping me up for me. Just strange.

There isn’t enough words to describe how much i honestly LOVE Burtons. I got my flowers, wedding dress, veil, bridesmaid dresses and my mother’s gown from them. From my very first phone call with Brittany to my final dress fitting appointment with their incredible stream stress Saveria, everything was seamless. Carol is the owner, she goes above and beyond for all her brides to make sure their happy. I had tried on SO many dresses and i was scared i wouldn’t be able to find “the one” but carol put me in a dress i wouldn’t have picked for myself and i fell. In. Love. She really knows what she’s doing. (Bc she’s been doing it for YEARS) I literally cried and hugged them all at my last visit bc i was going to miss going there, they were such a huge part of my wedding planning process. The whole team there is incredible and has been doing this for years. My dress fit me like a glove, my mother’s dress was perfect and all my girls had a great experience. If you find a dress someplace else they will do everything they can to get it for you AND at a better price then anyplace else. Truly a one stop shop for dress and flower needs. My flowers were BEAUTIFUL, everything i envisioned and prices that can’t be beat. Using them was 100% the best decision i made and as the bride, we need to make a lot! Don’t walk, RUN here!

My name is Bina, I am the office manager at Dr Davidowitz office so that is why it says his name on the google review but i had to highly recommend this place to every bride. These amazing ladies saved my life, in a matter of 6 days! I was frantic because my original dress didnt come in how i imagined so i needed to find a new one last minute. Every boutique was negative and told me i had no time and they couldnt help me but when i walked into burtons I was instantly relieved by their warm hearts and professionalism. thanks for putting up with me and making my dream wedding come true!

Please read this honest review before doing business with these people - youll thank me later!To summarize, I ordered a bridesmaid dress from Burtons, which initially was fine. However, when the dresses came in, the owner was so incredibly unpleasant and rude to work with and communicate with. There is also no mention of hours of operation on their phone menu or website so you basically have to guess when they are open and until when.The owner has a sketchy cash-only policy in order to take the dress home and not to mention the place itself is a disaster. Im more than fine with a simple shop but this had dust and grime everywhere. You couldnt pay me to step foot in that place again. I like to do business with people who value me as a customer and this woman was as pleasant as a hemorrhoid.The owner, Carol (sp?) even yelled at me over the phone because other bridesmaids didnt come pick up their dresses the night before. What does that have to do with me!? I had nothing to do with those plans and I cannot control the actions of others. Just ridiculous. Im almost embarrassed of how horrible this woman is.Ive been in multiple other weddings, and based on my experiences, I suggest Bridal Reflections and The Bridal Suite of Huntington - much cleaner shops with employees who treat customers with the utmost respect.

I found my dream wedding dress at Burtons. The dresses came on time and everyone was very helpful. The size of the place is small so it can get a little crowded, but if you have an appointment you should be ok. This place is a hidden GEM because they have it all and if they dont, it can be ordered for a fair price which is why I came to Burtons. Thanks again for your patience and kindness.

I disagree with the above comment. My daughter, bridal party and I (mother of the bride) all ordered our dresses from there. Carol has been very pleasant. The place is a small family business I believe. It is a bit crowded but clean. Alot of places have cash only price. I being a business owner as well know the crazy charges of accepting credit cards and dealing with the astronomical fees they charge. As for the women was said the place was so dirty and that Carol was so rude, you had the option to walk out and order nothing from her.

IM IN THE WEDDING BUSINESS AND I HAVE ALSO BEEN A BRIDE( got my wedding gown and 10 of my bridesmaids gowns at burtons) AND I HAVE BEEN IN SO MANY WEDDING PARTIES! JUST RECENTLY MY FRIEND HAD MYSELF AND HER BRIDAL PARTY GO LOOKING AROUND FOR OUR BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES AND I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW MUCH OTHER STORES CHARGE FOR THE DRESS SHE PICKED FOR US ALL TO WEAR! SO I CALLED CAROL THE OWNER OF BURTONS BRIDAL AND HER PRICE WAS $120 LESS THEN WHAT MY FRIEND WAS ABOUT TO HAVE ALL OF US SPEND! WE ALL MADE SURE TO WRITE DOWN THE GOWN DESIGNER AND STYLE NUMBER AND THATS ALL I DID WAS GIVE CAROL THAT INFO AND BAM WE ALL JUST SAVED OVER $100 EACH!
