I love coming here. The gentleman is always so sweet and a pleasure to talk with. I always stay a few minutes to chat with him. Unfortunately, the lady who works during the day is very rude and starts an issue every time I go in. She has zero customer service. The difference between their customer service is night and day. I will not be back. I will not give my money just to be disrespected. So thank you to the lovely gentlemen who has treated me great over the years and provided wonderful customer service. Lady who works in the daytime very rude started yelling at a couple in their 90s about the way they were parked in a handicap spot outside the store, the couple could barley walk. Not a good impression for business

My boyfriend and I found this place by accident, and couldn’t be happier. The store owner is super nice, welcoming, and very helpful. Store is clean, and they have anything you could need. Came here when the toilet paper crisis started and he had stock, as well as paper towels, hand sanitizer, and various other necessities that we couldn’t find anywhere. Pricing is great and he is very honest about what is good on the market and what is not; doesn’t just try to sell you any random thing. I’ve sent a bunch of people here for their vape needs, and will continue to do so!!

This is literally the best vape shop on long island! I’ve been coming here for years. The owners are very friendly and really great people. They were very knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions I had about the products. Clearly says theyre open at 7:30am on Sundays. Im right out front of the store and its closed. Its not that difficult to update the business hours!!!! Its misleading people and wasting our time!!

Don’t have anything positive to say, since I came in at 9:18 to pick up juice when they supposedly are open til 9:30. Despite this the man at the counter refused to let me inside. Hopefully they adjust their hours on here since they are clearly not accurate.
