First and foremost if I could give this shop a million stars I would. I unfortunately was T-boned in my literal brand new 2021 F-150 2 weeks after I rolled this beauty off the lot. The truck was towed to B&K collision from the scene. Honestly I was a little hesitant at first, only for the fact that I have never had any work done on my vehicles outside of the dealership ever. Well right from the start I was shown that quality work and amazing customer service is out there other than the dealerships. The team at B&K did a fantastic job basically rebuilding my F-150, dealing with the headaches of the insurance company, and my pain in the butt self. They not only did exceptional quality work with this huge job but throughout the process was in constant communication with us. The pictures Ive added I think speak volumes on the magnitude of their outstanding talent and ability to do major repairs. If you cant tell they basically built a brand new F-150 from the frame up. This shop is magical and I swear they have Unicorns in the wild working for them. I got to pick up my truck yesterday and as I was promised that I wouldnt even be able to tell this was a total loss that they saved by their incredible knowledge and workmanship of what they are doing. Yall when I say there isnt even a creak when driving this beast, THERE ISNT EVEN A CREAK, WHISTLE, NOISE OR ANYTHING! Every employee we encountered I can promise you was dedicated and maybe a little emotionally attached to this repair. I know my truck was treated as if it was their own personal vehicle. B&K Collision is an excellent shop. Ive had multiple vehicles repaired by them. They have always communicated well during the process and keep me updated on progress. Both cars were completed quickly and look good as new. I drive an hour out of my way to take my vehicles here.

I spoke with Brad at the shop who was very friendly and professional. He gave me the full details of the repairs and how long it would take. I was able to get a rental through them which was better. My front bumper cover, headlamps, grill and fog lights all had to be replace. All the under plastic part fell off due to the parts of the bumper cover messing.They did an awesome job repairing my 12 year old 8th Gen Honda Accord. The car looks brand new! I was so amazed when they brought it around. They also cleaned the outside and inside of the car. My car was a mess but B & K were able to bring new life to it again. Brad and his team did a beautiful job on my 2014 Lincoln MKS. I had it painted due to a botched job at a dealership before I owned it. I picked up the car yesterday and could not be happier with the work. They also fully detailed the outside of the car and besides the showroom look to the areas they painted you couldnt even tell it had been there. Anyone who knows anything about cars knows that black is one of the hardest colors to get right and make look good but they did it. Excellent job! Thank you again!

I had a minor issue that was turning into a big one and Mike helped promptly! The plastic part that shields the engine under the hood was dragging. It was becoming so loud that people would look when I drove by. Desperate I called and few places and Mike said “come on in we can definitely try and help” needless to say he was able to secure it back in place free of charge. I know where I’ll be going when I need any other mechanic work!

Everything was easy and the process was seamless, starting from speaking to the front staff when I was initially just getting information about their services and process to dropping off my vehicle and eventually picking it up. Everyone was so nice, they have great communication and customer support services and even helped navigate the insurance process with my auto insurance. They turned an unpleasant event into a pleasant experience and I would crash a car just for them to fix it... ok maybe not that extreme but I’m definitely taking any car repairs and referring everyone I know to B&K collision for any future needs.

I am largely unavailable, so b&k worked with me to use cell phone pictures to give me a quote, and when the work was done a day later than expected, they gave me a loaner car so I didn’t have much of an interruption in my business. They do very good work, and maintain the feeling that you’re someone they’re trying to help out at the same time. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had a curb scrape filled and repainted by B & K. I received quotes from multiple shops, and while B & K was not the lowest, they were lower than most and had recommendations from other shops. I liked that I got a quote done quickly online with uploaded images, and they agreed to honor the price even after I came in and it turned out to be more expensive than they thought. I had to wait a few days for the loaner car to be available but during that time Brad was good about communicating the status and when also the job got done. The job was done well and I came back after a few days to get the badges put back on from the dealer and they also cleaned off some overspray.

Lee quickly took care of me when I arrived to drop off my car. He was really busy, but he made sure I was taken care of. The work was done in 3 days which made me very happy. My car was in for minor repairs. They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I left without my receipt and didnt get home until after 5pm to get their message about it. When I called, they were still there and said that they would wait for me to come back and pick up the receipt!! That was above and beyond the call of duty -- they are the best!! I recommend them to everyone.

B & K does great work! I couldnt be happier with how my car turned out and how quickly it was repaired! I was also able to use their B & K rental car at no charge. When I picked my car back up it was also clean and smelled great (added bonus in my book) I definitely recommend using B & K for any work you need done.

I went in with a co worker who recommended them their service was beyond amazing. One of the best places I have ever been to they treat their customers with the upmost respect. Lets face it, when you walk into most collision shops, you enter with the mind frame thinking youre going to get screwed over. Not many people know much about cars, like me. So when I went to Belle Tire and they charged 400$ for a new brake light, I thought what a great deal. Yea, B&K doesnt do that. Theyll treat you with respect, provide accurate and trustworthy quotes, explain everything in lay terms, and most importantly, do a superior job compared the big name guys.
