Customer service here is deplorable she ignored the line for 5 minutes and then acted bothered she had to help anyone

The Pharmacist at this location are simply awesome! She took the time to discuss my medications and actually helped me figure out what has been causing my joint and muscle pain for last 3 years.

Great staff, they know us by name and never give us a hard time. If theres something wrong with getting a prescription filled, they go above and beyond to fix it.All in all its pretty much the perfect little small town store.

God. Avoid the pharmacy here at all costs. They have messed up EVERY SINGLE order I’ve ever had. They flat out said each time that someone “dropped the ball” and didn’t do what they were supposed to do. Once said someone had literally stolen my prescription and then after a near heart attack and definite migraine, I called the WYANDOTTE cvs (which is excellent) and they confirmed that this was NOT the case. I’ve had prescriptions sent there which are time sensitive that were literally never called into the store, and then they say they haven’t had it in a year and to call to tell them to fill it a few days before. Like, what is the point of a pharmacy tech then if I’m doing their job? When a doctor sends you a prescription, order if needed and fill it! You, the employee, not me, the customer!!!!!!!

Most unethical staff I have came across in a CVS. Rudeness to all customers. Better to close this location as there is another welcoming location in Dearborn. Store seems overloaded with stocks. Will never visit again!

My experience at this cvs was horrible.service was really bad n this fat red head employee there was really rude n disrespectful to me n a few other customers as well. Also one time I was there that same employee was selling her prescription pills to a few people rite at the front counter were the photo downloader is. the management needs to fire her or they gonna lose business cuz of her cocky attitude Im telling everyone I know not to shop there

May i just say the Pharmasists and pharmacy staff are amazing!

I arrived at cvs in Melvindale thinking that the pharmacy department was open, but it wasn’t. So I went to the front cashier desk and politely waited to inquire about the pharmacy but the employee at the cashier never looked up to say “may I help you “.So I intentionally waited for at least 1 1/2 minutes & still nothing...very, very poor customer service ☹️You loose good business like that...

Quick with refills on prescriptions.

Waited at tge coubter after ringing the bell. Was acknowledged but tge cashier continued to help a personal friend at the picture Kiosk. She called for help but none came ...just lost a sale of at least $50...
